We are seeking an experienced and highly organised individual to join our staff team. This is a broad, operational, and strategic senior role that will involve overseeing all of the church's operations in a way that best enables the growth of God's kingdom. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations by managing logistics for our multisite church, providing administrative, financial and HR support, and serving as an integral part of our staff team. The ideal candidate will bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a servant-hearted leadership approach.

The Digital Learning Team design, deliver and implement innovative technology driven, educational solutions that enhance the learner experience on our programmes. They are responsible for the learning experience design on Virtual learning environments (VLE) and work with curriculum and pedagogy to create engaging, accessible and interactive digital learning content.
As a Coordinator, you will primarily support on Year 1 of Approach Social Work. You will be responsible for managing the Digital Learning helpdesk and providing administrative support on our Moodle learning platform. Your role is essential in creating a high-quality learning environment for both staff and participants. Please note that ‘Administrator’ is the title we use for advertising. Internally, administrators are known as ‘Coordinators’ so this role’s full title is Digital Learning Coordinator.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Manage the Salesforce helpdesk and serve as the main contact for Digital Learning queries.
- Administer Moodle by managing accounts, content, backups, quality reviews, and troubleshooting.
- Support the Digital Learning Team with meetings, documentation, and information management.
- Develop training materials and guidance for staff and participants.

A little bit about you
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to join our Digital Learning Team. In this role, you will manage queries, coordinate administrative tasks, and support the smooth delivery of online learning. You should have experience handling customer support, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines, and maintaining accurate records. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is essential, while familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and learning platforms such as Moodle would be beneficial.
Knowledge of digital accessibility and learning technologies would also be useful. You will need strong communication skills, the ability to learn new systems quickly, and a practical approach to problem-solving. If you are adaptable, resourceful, and eager to contribute to digital learning, we would love to hear from you.

About the role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with a background in to delivering, implementing and evaluating digital marketing campaigns and strategies that deliver against objectives, as well as previous experience of line management, to join our friendly and expert Digital Team.
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the team and our media agency to deliver exceptional and effective digital activity that delivers against organisational objectives. You will have significant experience of managing teams to run successful digital campaigns including (but not limited to) email, paid digital channels (including social, search and display), and organic social channels.
You will line manage a team of four digital marketeers, providing engaging and motivating leadership, management and personal development support.
You will champion the voices of children and young people with cancer, and their families in everything you do.
What will I be doing?
No two days are the same at Young Lives vs Cancer. So, summarising your ‘day to day’ isn’t easy. Here are some of the main things you’ll be doing, but you’ll find more details in the job description.
- Provide engaging and motivating leadership, coaching, management and development of direct reports and the wider team
- Work with the team to devise and implement email, paid and organic social strategies to help achieve organisational objectives
- Support the organisation to deliver excellent digital campaigns across the channel mix ensuring that there is cohesion across online and offline channels
- Take an active role in developing and embedding new ways of working, establishing relationships with other teams and work alongside the Head of Digital to raise the profile and understanding of digital marketing across the charity
- Provide advice and expertise to other teams in the use of digital marketing
- Project manage large campaigns from scoping to briefing, implementation, optimising and review, and managing the relationship with our digital media agency
- Support a data driven and test and learn approach within the team, encouraging continual learning and optimisation
- Manage out of hours moderation if needed for high profile or high-risk activity
What do I need?
The key skills we’re looking for in this role are:
- Leading and line managing teams to deliver, implement and evaluate digital marketing campaigns and strategies that deliver against objectives
- Digital specialist with extensive experience of managing paid social, organic social, email and PPC channels, as well as leading and delivering complex digital projects
- Significant experience and knowledge of digital tools such as GA4, CMS systems, Meta business manager, Hootsuite, Dotdigital
- Understanding of digital journeys and implementing digital strategy across channels
- Extensive experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritising in order to meet objectives
- Experience managing digital media agencies
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills with a good mix of evidence-based decisions balanced with pragmatism and innovation
- Financially astute, contribute to setting budgets and overseeing spend

Role Description
To be the driving force behind our communications. You will get Hope After Harm “out there”, making sure that our charity tells a compelling story to all of our stakeholders. You will work closely with the CEO and the fundraising team, to define and deliver our approach and priorities.

Responsibilities
- Work with the CEO to develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance our brand and reach
- Maintain and social media platforms with relevant content to drive engagement working with other organisations on any joint campaigns as necessary
- Maintain the Hope After Harm website ensuring it is up to date and accurate
- Produce a regular newsletter for stakeholders showcasing our charity
- Work with teams across Hope After Harm to develop marketing materials such as brochures, reports, and promotional content
- Assist in planning and executing events, campaigns, and fundraising initiatives
- Support the CEO in managing media relations, including drafting press releases, responding to media inquiries, and building relationships with journalists
- Manage our library of resources (case studies, quotes, photos etc)
- Report on performance around our communications and adjust approaches accordingly
- Ensure all communication materials align with our mission, values, and branding guidelines
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Our ideal candidate would have:

You will be delivering 1:1 complex case counselling and assessments within face to face and remote appointments for our Stockport Homes Group counselling service based onsite at Beacon House or at Stockport Homes Group main office.
Beacon Counselling and Stockport Homes Group work in partnership to provide effective, high quality short-term therapy to Stockport Homes adult tenants through a self or supported referral pathway.
Clients referring into this service will be assessed initially by this role and allocated into the appropriate pathway within the programme.
The role requires 10 client hours per week including assessments, with a 12 hour per week contract. You may be required to work evenings to meet the demand and needs of our clients.

Although training to use our systems will be provided, you will have some digital competence and understanding to fulfil the administrative requirements of the role.

The Nuffield Family Justice Observatory (NFJO) is an organisation that seeks to improve the lives of children and families by using data and research to hold up a mirror to children’s and families’ experiences of family court and their circumstances pre- and post- court proceedings.

The Operations Administrator will support the NFJO in the management of processes relating to finance, human resources, events and information administration, working closely with the Executive Coordinator.
The role will build strong relationships with the Nuffield Foundation’s HR, Finance and IT functions to help ensure shared processes are administered. Additionally, the Operations Administrator will work closely with staff across the NFJO, making sure it is a collaborative and supportive place to work.

Salary: £31,200 per annum

About the role
Agenda’s Research and Evidence Officer will play a key role in our data, evidence and research and workstreams.
They will design, hold and deliver research projects; centre women and girls’ voices through coproduction; share evidence and insights with the wider team, trustees, and funders; and produce a range of materials, including reports and briefings, for different kinds of external audiences.
They will gather a range of evidence through data collection and desk-based research, and carry out research, using interviews, focus groups and data analysis as well as less-traditional research methods.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct desk-based, primary, secondary, qualitative and quantitative research, including; submitting Freedom of Information requests; analysing data and evidence from a range of sources; conducting interviews and focus groups; and other evidence gathering as necessary to develop clear cases for change across the issues Agenda Alliance works on.
- Design and maintain systems, project plans and research methodologies to develop evidence across Agenda’s priority areas, centring voices of women and girls with lived experience of the areas we work on, and the expertise of Alliance members.
- Produce engaging ways of sharing Agenda’s learning and communicating research findings, including through writing reports and briefings, and providing other members of the team with evidence and insights for their work, including the Communications and Campaigns Coordinator, and the Policy and Public Affairs Officer.
- Grow and maintain relationships with a network of organisations, practitioners and experts, including systems of engagement and intelligence gathering (e.g. online, focus groups, roundtables, project visits).
- Work closely with the rest of the team to develop evidence to inform Agenda’s policy positions, campaigns and influencing.
- Engaging with stakeholders, decision makers, politicians and government officials as appropriate.
- Work with the wider team to embed and utilise effective monitoring and impact evaluation processes for our research activities.
- Lead on embedding anti-racist and trauma-informed approaches into our evidence and research practice.
About you
We’re looking for an experienced researcher, with a background working with experts by experience, committed to embedding women and girls’ voices in research in a trauma-informed way.
We’re seeking someone who can demonstrate compassionate, person-centred research skills, an ability to understand and analyse quantitative and qualitative data, and an appetite for designing new projects and processes to uncover evidence and insights.
This is an exciting and varied role, providing the right candidate with a unique blend of in-depth research; using evidence to inform policy-influencing and campaigns; and engaging experts by experience. It is ideal for someone who has experience of research and data analysis, but is interested in centering the lived experience of women and girls, alongside the front-line experience of our members, to develop insights for change.

About the Role
upReach is recruiting for our unique Future Charity Leaders Programme (FCLP). This is a great opportunity for anyone who is passionate about social mobility, and looking to gain exposure to various aspects of charity management whilst working with university students who are exploring their career options. We welcome applications from those in the corporate world who are looking for a career change as well as recent graduates wanting to kick-start their career in the third sector.
About the FCLP
upReach’s Future Charity Leaders Programme (FCLP) is a graduate programme combining delivery work (supporting our Associates) with exposure to a range of aspects of charity management.
As a Programme Coordinator on the FCLP you will be delivering personalised employment-focused support to a cohort of approximately 80 Associates, helping transform their lives by equipping them with the necessary skills to secure a top graduate job. During a typical week, you should expect to be working across a range of projects including 1:1 undergraduate coaching, group workshops, webinars (we refer to them as Video Forums), partnership management (with university partners or employer partners) and more!
In addition to this, the programme offers the opportunity to develop skills in key areas of charity management by participating in 3 rounds of six-month 'rotations'. After your initial 18 months and the completion of 3 six-month rotations, you will have the opportunity to undertake an apprenticeship in Leadership and Management to further develop your skills.
Throughout the programme, you will receive dedicated internal training developing your leadership skills and building your confidence in the role.
Through our partnership with The Circle Line, you will be part of a supportive peer group, offered regular personal development training workshops online and in-person on their '12 Tools for Life'. You will also be able to choose your own practitioner to support you with 1:1 sessions throughout the programme to help you unlock more of your unique potential.
What will I be doing?
The FCLP is a fast-paced but rewarding role. Programme Coordinators spend 80% of their time (4 days per week) working directly with associates to enhance their career knowledge and skills and 20% (1 day per week) on a charity management rotation (or an apprenticeship after 18-months). No two days are the same, but your responsibilities may include:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with Associates, helping them to achieve their career goals

Assisting Associates with their applications to undergraduate positions and graduate jobs

Developing sector and/or employability skill knowledge while building resources to aid all Associates

Planning, delivering and reporting on events and workshops with partners

As you will be working directly with our beneficiaries throughout their degree, this consistency will allow you to build bonds with your Associates and ensure continuity, thus allowing us to have the most impact for the young people we work with.
