The role and your key responsibilities

As a Partner Success Lead your role is to provide world class customer service to our partner base of over 2,500 schools and colleges. You will be responsible for onboarding our new schools and supporting our existing schools to make the most of the Unifrog platform. Solutions and customer service focused, you will make sure that all interactions with Unifrog are prompt, positive and successful. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Partner management
  • Being the first point of contact for enquiries from our existing 2,500+ partners.
  • Onboarding our new schools by setting them up on our platform and making sure teachers and students are ready to get the most out of Unifrog.
  • Continually improving our onboarding materials and processes using feedback from our partners.

• Partner training and support

  • Training staff remotely on how to use the platform.
  • Troubleshooting issues and providing on-the-spot support via phone, email and video calls.

• Ad hoc tasks

  • Leading on and supporting a variety of other projects across other parts of the business during quieter periods.
  • Proactively working to foster a sense of community amongst our Unifrog partners and always thinking about how we can promote the sharing and embedding of Unifrog best practice across our partner schools.
  • Supporting the team with general admin.

Key details

• £31,430 per annum (Grade A) plus a share in a company-wide performance bonus.

• Full-time.

• Working hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm or Monday to Thursday, and 8:30am to 4:00pm on Friday.

• 28 days paid holiday per year (plus bank holidays).

• Split your time between home and our office in Hoxton, London (a minimum of 2 days per week).

We are looking for passionate and qualified A level tutors to deliver high quality group tuition to our cohort of almost 1,000 students. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced tutors with a love of learning to help bright students overcome barriers to academic achievement. Tutorials are delivered online to groups of up to 4 students via our bespoke online learning platform.

Tutorials generally take place between the hours of 3pm and 8pm on weekday evenings, with flexibility around the schedules of our tutors and students.

As a key member of the legal team, you will assist lawyers with casework, support client care, and ensure the smooth operation of our legal advice service. Your role will be integral to ensuring survivors receive high-quality, compassionate, and informed legal support.

You bring a strong interest in legal issues affecting survivors of sexual violence and are eager to learn and contribute meaningfully to the work of the team. We are looking for a skilled professional to join our Marketing and Planning team, which has a key role in driving awareness and understanding of our support for children, parents and professionals. We work closely with teams across the NSPCC to raise awareness of our vital services, behaviour change campaigns and income generation which helps us continue to fight for every childhood.

The Strategic Marketing Manager will focus on marketing to adults, in particular parents. They will lead a team of 3 to deliver our flagship behaviour change campaigns, Talk PANTS and Look Say Sing Play, working with colleagues across the organisation and external partners to expand the reach of our campaigns. They will lead on raising awareness of the NSPCC Helpline, that anyone can contact if they are worried about child and support wider priority campaigns that may include Brand and Online Safety. In addition, they will work closely with Income Generation, Services and Strategy and Knowledge on key projects and campaigns to ensure we are working together to maximise income and impact. 

The post-holder will have significant experience in leading insights-driven marketing strategies and campaigns that make an impact, from development through to delivery, overseeing a small team. IPSEA is the leading charity in the field of special educational needs and disability (SEND) law in England, and we provide free and independent legal advice and support to families of children and young people with SEND. We also provide training on the SEND legal framework, and we influence policy at both a local and national level.

IPSEA has a proven track record of successfully securing grants, and this is a new role designed to help strengthen and grow IPSEA’s income from charitable Trusts and Foundations. Leadership

Essential 

• A proven track record in mass participation or public fundraising roles leading on the development of new, successful programmes
• Demonstratable strong strategic planning skills and the ability to develop and implement long-term strategies to achieve fundraising targets and enhance the charity's mission
• Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience in overseeing multi-disciplinary teams. Essential experience includes team leadership, staff motivation, setting clear objectives, and fostering a collaborative work environment
• Experience in effectively developing, managing and reporting complex income and expenditure budgets
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels and excellent written skills
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent analytical skills, making informed and balanced decisions or recommendations, understanding the impact of decisions
• Experience of engaging supporters, volunteers and the public
• Understanding of the importance of delivering a positive supporter experience and experience in creating and delivering stewardship plans

About the Role

As Team Leader, you will assist the Manager in the running of a 16+ semi-independent supported accommodation service, supporting the delivery of high quality transition services for young people that promote their independence and increase their life skills.

Applicants should have

· At least two year’s relevant experience providing housing and/or support services to vulnerable individuals

· A good understanding of the regulatory framework relevant to the provision of housing services for young people

· Knowledge of the welfare benefits system in relation to young people.

· Ability to lead, motivate, supervise and support staff and be a positive role model.

· Ability to prioritise own workload and to work flexibly to meet deadlines or service requirements.

· Ability to use own initiative as well as be an active team member.

· Flexibility to occasionally work evening and weekend shifts and participating in the On-Call system.
