Overview
You will be focusing on the encouragement of planned giving, the continued introduction of contactless giving and the Parish Giving Scheme, supporting 2 treasurers and contributing to materials to assist parishes in becoming Joyful Generous Stewards. Training will be tailored to your individual needs. The Stewardship Resourcing Officer role is supported by funding from the National Church Institutions through the Giving Advisor Fund and Strategic Mission and Ministry Investment.
The duties and responsibilities below will be shared between the existing Stewardship Resourcing Officer and the successful applicant working it out together, bearing in mind geography, workload and experience. The two Stewardship Resourcing Officers sit within the Making Disciples project team as part of Vision 2026 and the Team Lead is the Archdeacon of Blackburn who is responsible for setting the overall priorities. The Director of Vision Delivery, as line manager for both Stewardship Resourcing Officers, is responsible for approving the overall division of work, to ensure that no areas are neglected, and the work is fairly shared.

Employer partnerships at Unifrog
Unifrog provides employers with a comprehensive talent attraction and development offering, with a holistic approach to our partnerships. The Employer Partnerships team brings local and international employers closer to our Unifrog schools, students and teachers. We focus on three key areas:
- Building brand awareness
- Increasing talent attraction and/or diversity of hires for apprenticeship opportunities
- Supporting corporate social responsibility
This allows employers to centralise their engagement with the future workforce via one partnership.
This is the newest element of the Unifrog team and since starting work with employers in March 2022, we’re now partnered with over 110 organisations from across all sectors and industries to support them with their talent attraction and brand awareness.
We’re increasing growth through providing unique tailored partnerships for employers; from partnerships that centre around a virtual course to support students in developing their skills (while increasing brand awareness), to partnering with Unifrog schools in areas of high levels of disadvantage via our school sponsorship programme, which brings outstanding careers guidance and networking opportunities with employers and universities to the students, schools and parents/carers who need it most.
The role and your key responsibilities
As Employer Partnerships Manager, your role is to grow our employer partner numbers and support our existing employer partners to get the most out of their partnership with us. A fundamental element of our work with employers is to make sure they’re adding genuine value to our student, teacher and parent community.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Make sales to employers:
- Working with our New Business Lead and the wider Employer team, you’ll secure and conduct meetings with employers in which you’ll listen to their needs, communicate our mission to them, demonstrate our offering and seek to secure their ongoing subscription. External events and conferences are a regular part of the role where you may also be required to deliver presentations and be part of panel discussions.

Maintain excellent relationships with existing partners and secure their subscriptions

You’ll onboard new partners, conduct regular check-in calls and consultatively support our employer partners to make the most of their partnership with us. It’s crucial that you maintain a sky-high resubscription rate.

Matching campaigns

Support your partners to identify events and opportunities they’re running that will be of interest to students using Unifrog, and work with our Employer Engagement Coordinator to add them to our system.

Webinars, online fairs and in-person events

These events are another way for our partner employers to interact with our community of students and teachers. From virtual careers fairs, skill development webinars to in-person insights days, we strive for all our events to be useful, impactful and enjoyable for everyone taking part.

Help develop new ways for our employer partners to add and receive value

Data analysis

You will be expected to organise and interpret data to help employer partners make decisions about their partnership which will lead to securing new business and renewals. We also use Salesforce and Power BI; experience using these tools is desirable but not essential. You also need to be confident using google sheets, excel and powerpoint to create easy to understand visual representations.

We are more interested in people’s attitude and ability than their work history, but previous experience in Corporate Social Responsibility, Emerging Talent, and/or Apprenticeships would be an advantage.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Employer Partnerships team. You’ll work alongside several other teams at Unifrog too, including people on our marketing, data analysis, and school facing teams. You’ll be line-managed by the Head of Employer Partnerships.

Key details

Base salary of £37,485 plus commission and a share in a company-wide bonus (£50,000 OTE). Grade B.

Full-time.

Working hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm or 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:30am to 4:00pm, or 9:00am to 4:30pm on Friday.

Job Summary
The role of the Link Worker is to deliver support sessions, deliver groups and carers' assessments to adult carers who live in Salford. Whether the support sessions be in person, out in the community or via phone or video call – it is the role of the Link Worker to provide meaningful and creative support to carers of all ages and backgrounds using the service.
Job Purpose
The service supports carers of all ages (young carers, young adult carers and adult carers) across Salford through a model of identifying carers, offering support and offering them the appropriate provision. Part of this may be an offer of information, access to groups, or a time-limited session package of support which will sometimes include a carers assessment. The aim of support provided is to enable carers to develop resilience and to also be linked into local community assets, thereby reducing their reliance on other services.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Key duties:
• Provide one to one sessional support with carers aged over 25 – using a casework template. Support sessions can be held in person, virtually or by telephone – based on the carer’s request.
• Deliver Statutory Carers Assessments to carers aged over 18.
• Design and run support groups/ events for carers you support to attend to provide respite and to allow carers to build healthy relationships.
• Attend family core groups where necessary to provide informal advocacy for carers on your caseload.
• Keep an up-to date record of daily support sessions/ meetings.
• Attend and contribute to team meetings and meeting with external stakeholders.

About the Accelerating Reform Fund
The Accelerating Reform Fund is a new initiative which aims to transform social care services, making them more responsive to the needs of the community. It is a national programme, with 42 regions allocated to have their own projects. Greater Manchester is one of the ARF regions. The ARF has a particular focus on unpaid carers aims to boost short-term breaks for carers and improve hospital discharge processes. This work is made possible by Department for Health and Social Care grants. As an organisation, Gaddum has supported and collaborated with unpaid carers for many years, so we’re excited to bring our experience to the table. This role will be based in the Manchester team working to improve hospital discharge processes for Carers and will be based in North Manchester General Hospital.
Job Summary
To develop and ensure safe discharge planning and information for unpaid carers. To embed procedures to raise awareness of the needs of carers in a secondary care setting, working in partnership with the discharge and enablement teams. To empower carers to be involved in the discharge process.
Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to support the early identification and referral of carers, ensuring they receive timely and appropriate support to meet their needs. The role focuses on enabling faster, safer, and smoother hospital discharges by addressing carer-related issues and providing clear referral pathways for hospital staff, acting as a critical link between secondary care and community services. By fostering collaboration with hospital staff and local services, this role contributes to the prevention of carer breakdown, reducing the risk of hospital readmissions and ensuring a seamless transition from hospital to home.
