About the Role
The Street Engagement Team is a multi-disciplinary team that provides person-led support to people experiencing street homelessness and interconnecting needs.
A day in this role is never the same – part of it will be spent on the street, offering support to people experiencing homelessness. You might be out with another member of the team, or with one of our specialist health partners like a homeless health nurse, or substance use worker. Alongside this element of the role, the rest of your day will be spent intensively supporting a small caseload of people who are isolated from services.
You will have substantial experience in delivering a person-led, psychologically, gender and culturally informed service to people who are street homeless. You will be excellent at building and strengthening trust in relationships. You will be a problem solver, with a positive attitude towards change and service development.
You will also have the personal credibility to build confidence in the wider community and across partnerships. You will be both strength-based and solution-focused, developing and enhancing the relationships with a commitment to embed coproduction into The Connections services.

Role summary
This role is multifaceted, helping Cornwall VSF to deliver our contracts effectively.It is envisaged that this role will initially be solely focussed on the People in Mind contract.It is anticipated that once the Programme Lead is embedded into the PiM service, that a second contract will be added to their portfolio.
Key Duties
Programme management.
Create, update, communicate and manage the overarching programme plan, contract risk register monitoring, budget, and evaluation - reporting progress on a quarterly basis.Ensure the plan reflects the bid and where plans have diversified, ensure rational is communicated to the partnership and commissioners.
Develop and manage trusted relationships all levels to ensure effective networks, communication and collaboration are created, nurtured, and enhanced.

Work with VSF’s Leadership and Finance Officer to ensure the budget lines you are responsible for are effectively managed, monitoring spend against profile on at minimum a quarterly basis.If underspends are incurred work with the partnership to ensure funds are re-prioritised.
Develop and oversee the referral processes and reporting.
Ensure that points of referral such as the Community Gateway have the information needed about the providers to make accurate referral assessments.

Organise and facilitate engagement events with the wider VCSE sector, including sessions with ICB/Cornwall Council and colleagues from outside the sector.
Work with senior leadership to develop and manages processes for conflict management, safeguarding and crisis management, quality assurance, provider underperformance, complaints, provider diversification or negotiations for provider service amendments.

Grant Funds
Lead on Cornwall Community Foundation contract liaison ensuring grant funding is delivered as planned, that the learning approach is embedded, reporting provides the data needed and that VSF has the communications content required.
Work with our learning partner to ensure learning events are well plan and that learning questions and plans are available well ahead of time.
Annually set the priority target areas for VCSE grant funding budgets, by facilitating discussion with the partnership and the Cornwall VSF team.
Ensure that learning is fully considered by the steering group and that delivery changes as a result of learning.
Ensure appropriate performance, impact and financial reporting processes are established for any grant elements within VSF’s management, governance procedures, and standards.
Personal health budgets
Working with wider VCSE partners, create a specification of what the programme requires from a PHB delivery provider, that includes guidance, process, forms, data, analysis, follow up with recipient and data capture and analysis from the follow up.
Work with learning partner to determine a learning approach for PHB.
Develop reporting measures for PHB and update information quarterly.
Human learning system approach
Work with learning partner to create a plan for the learning approach that covers all aspects of the partnership and on prioritise learning outcome that can be accommodated.
Facilitate the steering group considering learning and discussing potential changes to plans and service delivery.
Engage and lead on elements when required for programme managers, practitioners and CWF grantees learning sessions.
Reporting
Work with the Programme Coordinator and Intelligence and Impact lead to ensure the programme is capture all data required to enable continuous improvement of the programme.
Ensure that data is analysed to demonstrate important intelligence and impact and the relevant information is shared with Comms officers to feed into the Communications plan.
Lead on reporting to wider partnership on collective performance.
Lead on quarterly reporting to commissioners at quarterly online or face to face meetings.

Communications
Work with the Communications (comms) Officer to create a communications strategy and delivery plan that will be shared with partners and funders.
Work with the Comms Officer to ensure that comms reporting metrics are determined so that appropriate data can be captured.
Oversee the creation of a comms brand strategy and guidance for the partnership, comms templates such as impact stories, case studies, requests for comms support, partner comms plans.
Ensure the comms officer works with partners to develop comms plans for their element of the service and that partners report back on their comms activities, this should be collated for impactful reporting to commissioners and for analysis on what has provided good return on either time or money spent.
Oversee the creation of social media channels for the contract and the social media strategy.
Work with Comms Officer to determine how to spend the modest comms budget, prioritising where the money is used and assessing the impact of the spend.
People with lived experience
Work with the Comms Officer to ensure that the voices of people with lived experiences are embedded in the strategy of the programme, by working either with other organisations such as Healthwatch and wider VCSE partners or by cultivating a specific programme group if necessary.
Ensure that this is embedded for the lifetime of the programme and that people with lived experience have a route to feedback about the services.
When feedback/steering is provided, ensure it is fed into the learning cycle.

Purpose of The role
Habitat GB is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of Advocacy to lead our efforts in advocating for policy change within the UK government (in particular targeting the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office) to prioritise housing in international development. This pivotal role will play a crucial part in supporting Habitat for Humanity's global advocacy agenda which aims to promote equitable access to adequate housing worldwide, focusing on informal settlements in the Global South. The Head of Advocacy will be instrumental in building Habitat GB's profile and influence, establishing strong relationships and coalitions with stakeholders in the UK, identifying lobbying opportunities, providing strategic political insight, and ensuring systematic monitoring and analysis of the international development political landscape. By collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders, the successful candidate will drive meaningful change and contribute to addressing housing challenges on a global scale.
· Develop Advocacy Strategy: Lead the development of a comprehensive advocacy strategy aligned with Habitat GB's mission and the "Home Equals" campaign objectives, engaging key people in Habitat for Humanity's global advocacy team. · Delivery of Advocacy Strategy: Deliver activities to implement the advocacy strategy, working closely with Habitat GB’s senior leadership team and Habitat for Humanity's global advocacy team. The Role
ENN is looking for a highly motivated, adaptable, and skilled Project Manager to support with the project management, development, and delivery of our technical portfolios alongside our Project Technical Leads. You will be comfortable supporting complex projects and working with dispersed technical teams. You will have a sound knowledge of project management and budget management, donor compliance and reporting and monitoring and evaluation. Relevant third sector experience would be advantageous. Fundamentally, you will have a keen interest in what we do and be ready to contribute to making a positive change.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Manage a portfolio of projects, working closely with the Project Technical Lead and in collaboration with other Project Manager(s), to ensure project activities and deliverables are clear, appropriately planned, and resourced and delivered on time and in budget. Developing and maintaining appropriate project management tools e.g. Gantt chart, workplans, phased budget tracker etc.
- Support Project Technical Leads with annual budget planning, and quarterly budget reforecasting exercises, prepare and provide regular budget information, spend tracking and analysis to the Project Technical Lead and Project Coordinator Lead to inform decision making.
- Coordinate the preparation, development and submission of donor finance and narrative reports for the portfolio of projects you manage, ensuring compliance with and adherence to donor and governance requirements.
- Work with Project Technical Leads to identify and plan project resource requirements and undertake procurement/recruitment of resources as needed, aligned with project budget, and ensuring procurement and due diligence requirements are met.
- Support the facilitation of internal and external project/network meetings, events, conferences, and webinars (in-person and online) including undertaking Travel Risk Assessments for all project related travel for staff and consultants, within UK and internationally, in line with ENN’s Travel and Expenses policies.
- Coordinate the production and dissemination of ENN’s publications (such as our flagship publication Field Exchange) and project outputs, including liaison with copyeditors, designers, printers, and translators.
- Support Project Technical Leads to identify, mitigate, and maintain a record of project related risks (operational and strategic).
Fundraising and Business Development
- Coordinate the development and submission of new grant proposals on time and ensuring completeness of applications. Support Project Technical Leads on developing proposal budgets and ensuring sufficient resource capacity.

- Coordinate seeking extensions/modifications of existing grants as required.

- Work with the Project Technical Leads to articulate project strategies, identify appropriate indicators and means of verification as part of project design and proposal development.
- Ensure project strategies, targets and indicators are clearly documented and accessible.
- Collate and share information/monitoring data on project performance on a regular basis with Project Technical Leads and wider Project team to track performance against project strategies, targets, and indicators.
- Compile internal project monitoring and evaluation reports and prepare monitoring and evaluation data for inclusion in donor reports.
- Support Project Technical Leads to regularly analyse and review project performance (short and long term), identifying trends and implementing learnings.

Essential
- Previous experience of project management, ideally in the third sector.

Reporting Lines and Team
- This role reports to the Project Coordinator Lead. The role will work in the Projects team which is also made up of Project Administrator(s) and other Project Manager(s), working with our technical team including Project Technical Leads and Portfolio leads.
Terms and Conditions
- Hours of work: Full time, (37.5 hours per week)

Main Duties & Responsibilities

This exciting Public Mental Health Officer role will work alongside community partners to identify, test, and embed the best approaches to improving mental health in communities. You will support the development of the evidence base on mental health, and generate compelling evidence of how systems can act to support good mental health.
What the role involves:
·Build and grow the Foundations’ relationships in Wales with communities and organisations.
·Build the capacity of partner organisations to test and evaluate public mental health approaches.
·Promote and/or facilitate training and workshops to support coproduction and public mental health approaches in local communities and organisations.
·Develop and utilise mixed evaluation methodologies to evidence impact.
Skills, knowledge and experience we are looking for:
·Community development and capacity building experience

About the Role
The Street Engagement Team is a multi-disciplinary team that provides person-led support to people experiencing street homelessness and interconnecting needs.
A day in this role is never the same – part of it will be spent on the street, offering support to people experiencing homelessness. You might be out with another member of the team, or with one of our specialist health partners like a homeless health nurse, or substance use worker.
You will also be supporting the Enhanced Practitioners with their caseloads day-to-day, responding to ad-hoc outreach referrals, and contributing to the overall running of the team in a duty capacity.
You will have experience in delivering a person-led, psychologically, gender and culturally informed service to people who are street homeless. You will be excellent at building and strengthening trust in relationships. You will be a problem solver, with a positive attitude towards change and service development.
You will also have the personal credibility to build confidence in the wider community and across partnerships. You will be both strength-based and solution-focused, developing and enhancing the relationships with a commitment to embed coproduction into The Connections services.
Salary: £33,860
