Role Requirements
- Support planning and changes in the administration of children and young people’s timetable for children and family services.
- Support with photocopying of notes for subject access/ solicitor requests (SARS).
- Manage the SARS and redacting process with appropriate members of the Therapies teams.
- Update logs and coordinate the Clinical and Safeguarding Supervision across the Therapies teams, escalating non-compliance where required.
- Monitor mandatory training compliance and administer booking processes for all relevant training sessions/course.
- Coordinating specialist clinics, including spine and hip clinics; liaising with the Physiotherapy team to ensure the correct children are on the schedule. Liaison with external Consultants to organise the clinic lists.
- Carry out audiotyping of clinic letters and distribute as required.
- Update absences within the teams onto the SMI (staff care) system, as requested by the Heads of Service.
- Place orders for any required equipment and/or resources for departments and for the children and young people as deemed necessary.
- Take overview of clinical asset ordering, linking with the clinical assets team and management system, in line with MHRA guidelines and the medical devices policy.
- Track and monitor equipment orders with Heads of service, escalate delays and provide a central overview for all equipment re-charges and ordering.
- Raise and receipt PO’s and invoices for the therapies directorate and liaise closely with the finance team.
- Undertake other or additional duties that are within your skills and abilities, as the organisation may reasonably require from time to time.
With experience of working in a complex environment, across a large and diverse workforce, you will be exceptionally organised with a high-level of attention to detail. You will naturally possess excellent inter-personal skills, and an ability to consult and positively engage with key stakeholders across the organisation.

The role:
We are recruiting for an enthusiastic Internal Audit Officer to join our Risk & Assurance team. Reporting to the Internal Audit Lead you will have responsibility for planning and delivering assurance reviews across our school feeding programmes worldwide. As Internal Audit Officer, you will have an amazing opportunity to develop your skills in internal audit, witness first-hand the impact of our feeding programmes and influence the development of processes that ensure we keep our promise to feed each child every school day.
Duties:
The role is primarily focused on planning and delivering work for a structured plan of reviews across the network. As a junior member of the Internal Audit team, you will conduct these reviews and follow up of any agreed actions with the support and coaching of the Internal Audit Lead. This is a remote role however there will be between 5 and 6 audit field trips per year, each lasting between 1-2 weeks, so you must be happy to travel regularly as part of your role.
With the support of the Internal Audit Lead you will have responsibility for mapping the processes under review, assessing the quality of our control frameworks to manage risk and testing the effectiveness of our controls in practice. This includes:
- Highlighting opportunities with staff to enhance and strengthen the design and operation of existing controls, or to introduce new controls.
- Documenting all fieldwork in a concise, thorough and accurate manner, meeting reperformance standards for all controls testing.
- Drafting high-quality reports to summarise findings and make clear recommendations.
- Providing ongoing support to local management teams around implementation of agreed actions.
- Assessing and challenging, based on provided evidence, whether agreed actions have been effectively implemented by staff by the deadlines set.
About you:
A self- starter, you will be passionate about collaborating with others to drive continuous improvement and to develop practical solutions. The ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues in different countries and settings, will be key to success in this role. With fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal, you will be confident in imparting your findings and recommendations in person, over the phone and via concise, high-quality reports.
1-2 years audit experience and good knowledge of the charity sector would be desirable but not essential. We will offer comprehensive training to candidates who are aligned to our values, passionate about our work and can demonstrate relevant experience of, working collaboratively with stakeholders, analysing large quantities of data and producing detailed reports. You must have a strong, analytical approach with the confidence to make objective decisions and challenge where needed.

Support Worker (Part-Time) - Extra Miles Hospital Discharge Service
The St Paul’s Centre is based in Crewe, Cheshire, where we operate several services for the benefit of our local community. Our services include a Furniture Recycling project, Food Bank, SALS Shoes, a Cycle Workshop, Futures Project (Adults with Additional Needs) and various others.
Since 2022 the Charity has delivered our Extra Miles Hospital to Home Support service. The project provides practical support for local, vulnerable people leaving hospital. We support the preparation for discharge, the discharge itself and ensure the welfare of the client in the home for a 7-day period. Tasks include ensuring the client is safely settled into their home, helping with initial shopping and providing transport to medical appointments.
This is a rewarding and valuable community role supporting Hospital Discharges from both Macclesfield District General Hospital and Congleton War Memorial Hospital.
We are looking for an exceptional individual to join this demanding and busy service.

This role
We are recruiting for a new role providing EA support to the CEO and administrative support across the organisation.
Justice and Care is at an exciting moment with the imminent launch of a new ten-year strategy and this role will be a key part of our team and play a vital role in helping us achieve our vision.
This role will report to the Head of HR but will provide EA support to the CEO and ad hoc support to other members of the Senior Leadership Team. The role will provide administrative support across the organisation so will get to work alongside all teams.

Learning Disability Community Caseworker
Do you have experience in giving money or energy advice? Are you organised and can manage a varied workload? Yes, we may have the role for you.
Mencap's advice service are looking for a Learning Disability Community Caseworker that specialises in delivering energy and money advice using video calling, telephone and email advice and face to face in the community.
This is a fixed term contract until March 2026, working 30 hours per week. We are flexible to where you do your work, but there will be an expectation of travel to our Peterborough office or community venues when needed.
Working with three other Energy and Money Advice Caseworkers - you will:
· Offer clear accessible advice to people with a Learning Disability, their families and carers.
· Manage a caseload of your own clients.
· Create, book and deliver workshops, events and webinars on Money and Energy Advice.
· Identify and undertake safeguarding alerts, following up on these and challenging them if necessary.
· Ensure that the caseworkers are at the right locations, with the right stock and equipment ensuring cost-efficient travel and venue planning/booking and excellent time management.
· Working with Subject Matter Experts in other nominated advice areas, to refer cases in and out of other parts of the team when the clients need more than Money and Energy Advice.
· Communicate effectively and accessibly, with empathy and clarity.
· Assist with the monitoring and evaluation of the project, capturing K.P.I's and flagging any slippage.

The Foundation of Nursing Studies (FoNS) is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our growing team. We are a small, agile team and need someone who enjoys working flexibly on a range of topics.
Main Job Purpose: Administrative support to FoNS team, CEO and Board of Trustees
Responsible and professionally accountable to: Programme Manager
Hours of Work: 35 hours per week (either full days or flexible hours)
Terms of Employment: Substantive. 3 months’ probation period. Hybrid working with a requirement to attend the office in central London at least 3 day per week.
Holiday: 25 days per year + Public Holidays + additional paid leave days for Christmas closure

- Office Management
- Build and maintain good rapport with internal and external colleagues.
- Balance the urgent and important work that needs to be achieved.
- Assist with the management of the physical office space, equipment management, liaison with our landlord and attends of the quarterly Health and Safety committee.
- Assist with the administrational needs and priorities of FoNS and supports the team, CEO, Chair and trustees.
- Provide a point of contact with HR company and ability to manage a HR dashboard.
- To liaise with our IT providers to help troubleshoot IT issues.
- Adhere to data protection and GDPR standards.
2. CEO Administration Support
Supporting the Chair and CEO with specific administration duties including the following: -
- Assist the CEO with the Company Secretary role and requirements.
- Aid the CEO and Chair with internal and external communications.
- Diary management for CEO and the Chair.
- Organise meetings for FoNS staff and board.
- Minute taking for Board and other meetings
3.Programme Support
- To provide social media and communications support where needed
- To be part of the Resilience-based Clinical Supervision programme team.
- Support the team to plan and organise events, taking an active role in event preperation.
- Support FoNS team with general administration as required.

Location
The successful candidate will be required to live within a commutable distance to their Peterborough office.

Salary
The spot salary for this post is £30,272 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants who do not meet all the requirements of the post will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.
