Job description

This role sits within the Digital Section in the Communications Directorate, reporting into the Digital Marketing & Fundraising Manager. We’re looking for an organised individual with experience working with email platforms, building reports, producing creative, and undertaking market research to join us as a Digital Marketing and Fundraising Assistant. You will work within an ambitious and passionate digital team and across the organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing Digital Marketing and Fundraising team and work across the organisation to achieve greater digital knowledge and digital growth for the charity.

The role will be focused on providing support around key channels such as email marketing and supporting the team on various digital projects and in the smooth running of the digital workflow. The role will also include providing insights from social media and social listening tools to inform future activity.

This is an exciting time to join The Salvation Army as we look to strengthen and coordinate our digital activities. If you are looking for your next challenge and would like to play a key role in The Salvation Army’s digital growth, this could be the role you’re looking for.
