About the Role
Are you an experienced A level tutor? Can you support under-resourced young people to reach their full academic potential?
We are looking for passionate and qualified A level tutors to deliver high quality group tuition to our cohort of almost 1,000 students. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced tutors with a love of learning to help bright students overcome barriers to academic achievement. Tutorials are delivered online to groups of up to 4 students via our bespoke online learning platform.
Tutorials generally take place between the hours of 3pm and 8pm on weekday evenings, with flexibility around the schedules of our tutors and students.

Role Responsibilities
- Lead weekly hour-long tutorials with your tutor group(s), via The Access Project’s online learning platform
- Responsively plan and deliver stimulating, high quality tuition in line with our Quality Assurance Framework
- Effectively monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback when requested
- Complete weekly attendance forms, supply monthly invoices, and complete other administrative duties as required
- Participate in our observation and feedback process, taking advantage of continuous professional development opportunities
- Follow The Access Project’s safeguarding policies, supporting the wellbeing of your students at all times
Person Specification
- At least two years A level teaching and/or tutoring experience
- Positive, engaging and flexible teaching style
- Familiarity with and strong knowledge of relevant exam boards and specifications

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an Apprenticeships Service Administrator to support the apprenticeship provision within Harris Federation Central Head Office.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the apprenticeship team and support by managing administration and providing essential support to apprentices across the Harris Federation. Key responsibilities include the organisation of Apprenticeship events, maintaining individual learner records (ILR), data analysis, and managing the virtual learning platform and MIS. Additionally, there will be a requirement to assist line managers and staff members with Apprenticeship queries.
A primary focus is on onboarding learners and maintaining accurate enrolment records, contributing to the effective delivery and evaluation of apprenticeship programs across the Federation.
Qualifications & Experience
MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Reporting to the Apprenticeship Manager you will be responsible for:
General Administration and Apprentice Support
- Supporting Harris Federation as a main provider, ensuring all apprentice data is accurate and up to date
- Preparing and updating PowerPoint presentations to promote apprenticeships
- Organising and promoting apprenticeship events and information sessions
- Supporting the promotional/marketing strategy to drive apprenticeship applications and delivery
- Organising and managing information days for prospective learners / students and supporting the recruitment to various apprenticeship programmes
- Maintaining responsibility for monitoring and updating records on the DAS (Digital Apprenticeship Service) system and other data system trackers
- Maintaining apprenticeship records, including the apprenticeship tracking system, producing reports to monitor enrolment, completion rates, and levy usage
- Helping to maintain the EOSONE learning platform to ensure accurate data and the declaration of our monthly ILRs (individual learner records)
- Supporting the implementation, procurement, quality assurance and evaluation of the apprenticeship offer to support business objectives
- Data analysis and preparing regular reports on performance of various programmes
Management Information System (MIS)
- Managing and actively updating EOSONE learning platform to ensure all the learner portfolios are up to date including off the job
- Supporting with the on-boarding of learners on the Harris Federation main provider provision and the completion of relevant enrolment documentation, procedures, and guidance
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We would like to hear from you if have:
- The ability to establish a new role in the Harris Federation and work collaboratively with key stakeholders to deliver successful apprenticeship programmes
- Strong project management skills with experience of complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience of working across a large organisation, developing and delivering initiatives and maintaining stakeholder relationships
- Ability to travel to Federation Academies as required
- Experience of working with various MIS within the FE sector and working with the third-party service provider to ensure the platforms are user friendly and up to date
- Supporting with ongoing design, configuration, and maintenance of the ‘EOSONE learning platform’ working together with the third-party service provider to ensure the platform is user friendly

To be successful in this role, you will be a motivated, flexible individual, who is passionate about working with young people around their sexual health. The postholder will conduct outreach, education, and training in several settings depending on the need of different young people. These could be educational settings, youth settings, community events, sports settings, clubs and pubs. You will target vulnerable young people, such as Looked after Children (LAC), those who are Not in Education, Employment, or Training (NEET), those who come from areas of high deprivation and high need, and those with other increased risk factors, as well as young people aged 13-15 who are not yet able to access online services.
As part of your frontline work, you will encourage young people to sign up for a C-card, and if aged over 16, register to Get It in order to order condoms and lube from the website. When appropriate, you will refer young people into appropriate local sexual health services for contraception, emergency contraception, pregnancy testing, STI screening and treatment.
Programme
METRO work closely with our partner Spectra to deliver sexual health services in the London Boroughs of Wandsworth, Richmond, Merton and Kingston. In these Boroughs, METRO deliver the Come Correct free condom scheme (C-card), the National Chlamydia Screening Programme (NCSP) as well as Get It, an online scheme which offers condoms, lube, Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea screens.
METRO also delivers training and education, aimed at both young people and professionals working with young people, as well as community outreach and engagement to reach young people directly- particularly those who are most vulnerable to sexual ill health.

The Role
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and experienced support worker to join our Young People Support Team based in Hackney. You will provide client directed, person centred support to help young people achieve personal goals and aspirations for independent living, training, employment, and education. South West Community Chaplaincy (SWCC) aims to provide effective care and community support for people as they leave prison and re-integrate back into the locality, within the counties of Devon, Cornwall and West Somerset. This includes mentoring, practical support and signposting to assist the integration of ex-prisoners into their communities, in collaboration with other professionals.
We are actively seeking to strengthen our team of Community Chaplains and specifically to appoint a new Community Chaplain in Cornwall, to work with people in the community after they have served a sentence. The role is also a strategic one, in that it will involve extending the network of support in the county, through the development of support hubs with other service providers.

,Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions using Power Apps Studio, Power Automate, Copilot Studio and Power BI to automate processes and improve data insights
- Working closely with teachers, school leaders, head office staff, consultants and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the solutions meet their needs
- Integrating Power Platform solutions with other systems used by the Harris Federation, ensuring security, seamless data flow and functionality.
- Providing ongoing support and maintenance for the developed solutions, troubleshooting issues and implementing updates as required
- Creating technical documentation and providing training to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the developed solutions.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest Power Platform features and best practices, and continuously seeking opportunities to improve existing solutions

,We would like to hear from you if you have:
- A good general education demonstrating numeracy and literacy
- Operational experience of developing AI tools and processes, ideally within a large education environment or similarly large organisation
- Familiarity with educational data, recognising the sensitivities of this data as well as understanding what quality and accurate data means for educational institutions
- Awareness of potential impacts if data is inaccurate, particularly in educational settings
- Confidence with the management of educational data across a complex organisation
- Familiarity with operating within an integrated/complex educational data system
- Experience of reporting and analysis of educational workforce data
- Understanding of relevant employment legislation, the Data Protection Act, Information Governance issues, GDPR and the principles of equality and diversity, especially as they pertain to educational environments
- Knowledge of the rules, guidance, and laws governing the secure handling of personally identifiable data within educational institutions
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot 365, Power automate, Power Bi, Sharepoint, Power Apps and other Microsoft products
- Knowledge of appropriate techniques for investigating data quality issues and the ability to communicate findings effectively
- Ability to manage software development projects, with knowledge of the different software project management paradigms and the ability to identify the most effective for each project

The Corporate Partnerships Manager will play a vital role in supporting New Horizon Youth Centre’s mission by managing and growing a portfolio of valued corporate partners (>£20k) and supporters (<£20k). They will nurture these relationships to ensure meaningful, long-term support for our work with young people facing homelessness.
This will include organising volunteering days that inspire action, delivering lunch and learn sessions that deepen understanding of our cause, and finding creative ways for partners to make a real difference. This role will also drive new business, proactively building relationships with companies who share our values and want to help young people fulfil their potential.
In addition, they will lead on New Horizon’s events programme, developing and delivering inspiring events that connect corporate partners, high-net-worth individuals, and other supporters to the heart of our mission.
