At its core, this position is responsible for overseeing the how the charity measures impact. The successful candidate will lead on management of the charity’s central database—used across all centres—to manage client, volunteer and referrer information. This includes coordinating system updates, working with external contractors, and maintaining data integrity and functionality across the board.

This is an exciting time to join the team where the role will be a part of a small, very busy and dedicated People, Capability and Culture (PCC) team focusing on the UK and Germany. The role will be the first point of contact with employees and third-party providers. They will provide advice and support on a number of people and culture systems, processes, IT and travel. They will undertake a variety of HR and Operations administration duties, in keeping with employment law, charity policies and procedures, to support the UK and Germany (DE) Team.
This role with work closely with the Head of PCC & Operations to focus on:
• The coordination of recruitment working with the UK and DE hiring managers. This includes job postings, advertisements, PCC prescreening, scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates.
• Being responsible for managing the Diversity Monitoring process for all recruitment activities.

Liaising with our IT support team on maintenance of laptops and setting them up for new staff. Be the point of contact for staff office resources, supplies and equipment requirements.
Has excellent communication skills, including written and verbal to engage with employees and third-party providers. Is proficient in using HRIS software to manage employee data and produce reports. We are looking for someone to join the team who has the ability to identify issues and problem solve, be creative and can build and manage successful relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Previous charity sector experience and someone who can speak German (both verbal and written) is desirable.

Job overview
The Digital and Content Manager is responsible for the development and execution of BeyondAutism’s digital strategy, ensuring all online content and campaigns support the organisation’s strategic goals. The role owns and manages all digital platforms, including the website, email marketing, paid advertising, and social media (Bluesky, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), ensuring content is engaging, optimised, and aligned with BeyondAutism’s brand identity. About the role
Channel ownership and development
- Develop and execute a digital and content strategy that aligns with BeyondAutism’s overall marketing objectives.

Marketing and outreach campaigns

- Collaborating with key stakeholders to Define and drive the CRM roadmap in alignment with the MND Association strategy and objectives.
- Managing the product backlog and prioritising development needs.

Job Purpose
This is an exciting time to be joining Barnsley CVS and the development of its volunteer offer, working closely with the Barnsley Refugee Advice Project to ensure best practice.
The main purpose of the role is to facilitate better integration of refugee’s, migrants, and asylum seekers into community life in Barnsley using the vehicle of volunteering as a means of supporting this.
You will be responsible for building a strong and trusted relationship with the refugee and asylum seeking community; ensuring potential volunteers are well supported to easily access volunteer roles in Barnsley and playing a significant role in community cohesion. You are likely to provide support through 1-1 support, small group sessions or carefully worded website adverts and information. Alongside this, you will work closely with voluntary and community sector groups to help them develop appropriate opportunites, ensure good practice and create a network of trusted organisations.
You will need a passion for volunteering and inclusion, patience to work with vulnerable communities and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people in both a written and spoken context.
Main duties
Individual support
· Providing direct support to individuals from Barnsley refugee, migrant and asylum-seeking community to find community-based volunteering roles
· To support the potential volunteer through the application process
· To support the potential volunteer through the recruitment and selection process
· To provide support to the volunteer during the settling in period
Support to organisations
· To work with organisations to ensure that volunteer policies and procedures are inclusive
· Work with organisations to provide high quality support to volunteers from the Barnsley refugee, migrant and asylum-seeking community
· Provide support and guidance in relation to obtaining DBS and equivalent checks where necessary
· Provide information, advice, training and assistance to organisations on the implementation, management and monitoring of volunteering activities
Collaboration
· The post-holder will be expected to work in collaboration with the Barnsley Refugee and Advice Partnership
· To attend the migrant drop-in and work in collaboration with the partners of the migrant network
· To work in collaboration with other Volunteer Coordinators both internally and externally through attendance at the Volunteer Coordinators / Managers meetings hosted by Barnsley CVS
· To attend workshops, group meetings, market places to help network and promote the volunteer services of Barnsley CVS
· To create reports reflecting the progress and learnings of the project to both report to the local authority and to assist in development

- Line management: Manage the Digital Coordinator, providing guidance, support and performance management to ensure effective delivery of digital priorities
We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce), including customising workflows, reports and integrations
- Hands-on experience managing websites (ideally using WordPress), including familiarity with plugins, SEO best practices and web analytics
- Demonstrable experience of working with external agencies to manage website and CRM development
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; able to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Strong project management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities and deliver projects on time and within tight budgets

- Experience of interrogating data to generate actionable insights and drive decision making

As Schools Coordinator, you will coordinate and deliver weekly family meals at your allocated schools (2-3 evenings per week) as well as coordinate all aspects of the projects, from volunteer management to food surplus supply.
Our after-school community meals will be spaces where families of school children can gather at the end of the school day to enjoy a free nutritious meal and be among the school community. As a can-do person and excellent communicator, you will manage the volunteers at each project ensuring they are trained, supported and on-message with FoodCycle strategy. There will be frequent travel within Central Region (Initially focused in Birmingham/West Midlands), with evening work required. A full driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential for this rewarding role.

- A confident strategist and executor, comfortable switching between content production, community management, and performance evaluation
