You will value inclusion and be able to engage people who may have poorer health consequences because of their care experiences, and the quality of or their access to maternity and other related services.This post is aimed at meeting the needs of mothers, parents and families by asking questions and sharing their insights. You will deliver a workplan in a small team with the Project Officer and MNVP Lead, helping to represent users so that their voices influence the planning, design and safety of public services. This role includes communication with and facilitation of activity with volunteers and members. This work is offered at 20 hours a week, with some room for flexibility after interview.

Scope of role
The Head of Programme & Organisational Development is also one of two Co-Leads of On Purpose London. As such, they are jointly responsible for the London Associate Programme in partnership with the Co-Lead of On Purpose London who focuses on Business Development & Community. We find this co-leadership model offers a useful balance of mutual support and challenge, role-modelling how we believe leadership should operate.
You would be part of our cross-organisational leadership team of six city leads and the CEO. This group is a source of valuable peer support and a forum in which to collaborate, coordinate and learn together, through which you will contribute to strategy and organisational development and lead and support specific cross-city improvement initiatives.
Whilst this role focuses on the On Purpose London programme delivery and organisational development, it is a collaborative role with shared responsibility for all of the London team and operations.

Build engagement with our wider ecosystem of trainers, mentors & coaches - Ensure the recruitment, onboarding, matching and ongoing management of coaches and mentors throughout the year to support Associates’ growth and development.

Lead the recruitment of high-calibre Associates from a diverse range of backgrounds - Oversee a rigorous assessment and selection process including scoring applications, training interviewers, interviewing candidates and managing the pipeline of potential candidates before and after offers.

The Day to Day
You will:
· Help to identify community partners in Darnall and establish trusting relationships with them. Liaise directly with them, helping to identify their needs and develop opportunities for the museums and collections to be useful to partners.
· Collaboratively facilitate projects with communities that will use the collections to explore environmental change in different ways, trying new things and evaluating impact.
· Act as a representative and advocate of Sheffield Museums and liaise with external stakeholders and partners including but not limited to universities, community and interest groups, creative and environmental practitioners, businesses and specialist network agencies, taking the opportunity to promote fundraising where appropriate.
· Be responsible for your own safety, the safety of colleagues and visitors, taking all appropriate measures required to maintain the security and safety of collections, buildings and people

The role
As Community Coordinator, your role will focus on the growth and sustainability of the FareShare programme, through maximising relationships and adding value to create the best experience for our charity community. Main areas of responsibility
- Charity account management:You will carry out virtual calls and in person visits with new and existing charities, and be responsible for ensuring that coverage KPIs are reached and maintained for both new and existing retailers. You will also be responsible for undertaking food safety reviews with charities to ensure compliance.
- Retailer Engagement:You will play a key role in maintaining strong retailer relationships across your region. You will take an active role in any meet and greets with retailers, where required. Plus, you will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with the relevant retail stakeholders in your region, sensitively dealing with any issues in a professional manner, as and when they arise.
- FareShare Network Engagement: We aim to become 'oneFareShare’. These roles are an integral part of our FareShare network and you will partner closely with the Regional Centre(s) in your areas. About the role

The Fostering Recruitment Social Worker will be responsible for leading on the full recruitment cycle/process of new foster carers in TACT Scotland which will include delivering Skills to Foster training. Liaising with various stakeholders regarding the foster carer provision/recruitment in TACT Scotland. Conducting initial visits and attending recruitment events/activities associated with the role. Relationship Fundraiser
1.0 Job Purpose
The Relationship Fundraiser plays a crucial role in supporting the Relationship Manager in advancing North Yorkshire Hospice Care’s mission by assisting in the enhancement and management of relationships with individual donors.
The Relationship Fundraiser will assist in identifying potential donors, understanding their motivations, and contributing to tailored engagement strategies. Through these efforts, the fundraiser will help to ensure donors feel valued and connected to the charity's cause.
This role will primarily focus on growing and maintaining various fundraising avenues, including in memory, regular giving, facilitating legacy gifts or bequests in wills, and singular donations. The role aims to maximise opportunities for donor engagement and individual giving.
2.0 Key Tasks
- In-Memorium Fundraising Support: Assist in implementing sensitive and impactful strategies to encourage donations in memory of loved ones, ensuring memories are honoured and families and friends are supported throughout their giving journey.
- Regular Giving Support: Aid in driving the regular giving program to secure a sustainable income stream. This will involve supporting in creating tailored appeals, managing communications, and contributing to enhancing donor satisfaction and retention through regular updates and engagements.
- General Donations Assistance: Provide support in overseeing the process for general donations, maximising the ease and effectiveness of one-time and ongoing contributions. This may include assisting in campaign management, donor acknowledgment, and contributing to leveraging special events and anniversaries to inspire giving.
- Donor Relationship Support: Help build and maintain strong, personal relationships with donors through consistent, thoughtful communication and recognition strategies. Utilise CRM to track donor interactions, preferences, and history to tailor approaches and increase donor engagement.
