About the role:
We are pleased to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our advice team at Citizens Advice Richmond as a Manage Your Money Lead.
In this role you will be working alongside volunteer advisers, providing holistic advice and support to households in financial crisis and provide advice around income maximisation, managing fuel costs including leading on our Energy Advice Project, benefit take-up, applying for grants to help with costs arising from the cost-of-living crisis, reducing indebtedness and budgeting and money management to help to prevent future financial crisis.
The purpose of this role is to reduce the stigma for low-income households around needing and accessing financial support and give people confidence to seek cheaper alternatives to contract costs around, for example, telephone, tv and broadband.
The project includes support on preparing personal income and expenditure details which can be used by residents themselves when negotiating with debtors on repayment plans.
This work will have a focus on community-based outreach work, working alongside organisations such as foodbanks and community centres. It will aim to prevent future or recurring hardship.
This role is funded by City Bridge Foundation.

The Hummingbird Project is a youth-centred organisation that aims to provide trauma-informed services and promote youth-led action that is underpinned by our shared belief in human rights.
Our services support young refugees, between the ages of 14 and 25, many of whom arrived in the UK as unaccompanied children. The project is based in Brighton and works with those living in the city and across East and West Sussex.
As well as our direct services for young people, we actively campaign for the rights and protection of young refugees at a local and national level.

The Youth Service Manager will play a key role in ensuring services are delivered to a high standard and that the young people we support have the care and services they need, as well as a voice in decisions that affect them.
The role incorporates line management for service leads, including support and advice where individual cases are particularly challenging and/or complex. It will support the overall management and the delivery of our high-quality services through regular supervision and coaching of project leads, as well as contributing to developing new services and monitoring and evaluating activities.

This central key role within the charity will include:
· Support the delivery of the organisation’s strategic objectives and be involved in the strategy development, business planning and financial planning process working with the CEO.
· Identifying opportunities to further develop existing services and provide new ones (e.g. for older people with dementia and their unpaid carers) in ways that will improve reach and impact to meet the needs of existing and new generations of older people – working closely with staff at all levels and through the development of external partnerships.
· Developing high quality and successful funding proposals and business cases to support existing work and new development. Research and apply to funding sources aligned with the organisation’s strategy and beneficiary group and build relationships with these funders.
· Leading on specific projects, often working in partnership with other voluntary sector organisations and other stakeholders.

Job purpose
The NSPCC is seeking an Data and Insights Manager to join the Commercial Strategy Team within the Professional Learning Services department (PLS). The successful applicant will be experienced in developing data strategies, managing data teams as well as have experience of presenting customer and market insights to influence commercial decision making.

The Corporate Partnerships Manager will support KSS's fundraising with corporate partners, businesses, and business-related organisations across all regions (Kent, Surrey and Sussex). The role will help to drive current activity towards its full potential and find ways to grow corporate fundraising through strong relationship management and stewardship.
Main Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage corporate relationships to ensure that these organisations are well nurtured and supported, and that they receive adequate recognition for their contribution towards KSS's continued operation.
- To retain all corporate partners where possible and increase income from our current donors year on year. By having a 12-month plan for key partners and a plan/journey for how to elevate low level donors.
- To create collateral and fundraising mechanisms to support the 12-month plan in Canva and with the assistance of the marcomms team such as: fundraising calendar, flyers for events, t-shirts, seasonal fundraisers e.g. at Easter Guess the eggs in the jar.
- For key partners create a yearly 1 pager impact report of their donation and a more general report for other partners.
- To plan and deliver at least two networking/stewardship events a year at Redhill and Rochester for current donors with the support of the events team where required.
- Oversee all day-to-day activity with our corporate relationships, ensuring that activity is effectively coordinated and that broader teams support delivery (e.g. volunteer development, events and supporter experience).
- Proactively research and recommend opportunities for KSS to increase the value of corporate relationships including (but not limited to) donations, staff fundraising, payroll giving and participation in events.
- To own and manage the monthly visits to Redhill and to plan visits for key partners separately to these days.
- To be responsible for and own the sponsorship budget sourcing sponsorship for KSS events from existing donors and new donors.
- Support colleagues with seeking corporate sponsorship and involvement in KSS owned events.
About you:
- Experience of providing excellent customer service to a portfolio of customers, donors, stakeholders or corporates.
- Experience of writing cases for support, producing fundraising materials and creating account plans.
- Adaptable, tactful and diplomatic when speaking with members of the public or corporate supporters.
- Ability to work outside of core hours including weekends as and when required.
- Display a keen interest in the work that KSS does, and come up with ways to support activities.

The Role

Job Summary
