Inclusive Boards are delighted to be supporting the English Schools' Football Association (ESFA) in their search for new Trustees and External Council Members.
The ESFA is the national governing body for football in schools and is an incorporated charity as well as a Membership Association. This means they have around 350 groups of volunteers working across England, in District, County and Regional Schools' Football Associations, creating fantastic opportunities for children of school age to play football. Members run competitions, tournaments, festivals and leagues across the whole of England and also create opportunities for more talented players to take part in representative football, including at international level.
This work is carried out by ESFA’s fantastic army of local volunteers, over 2000 of whom give freely of their time to enable children to benefit from sport. All of this work is governed by ESFA’s Board of Trustees, who are responsible for running the business of the charity and by the Council, which is responsible for strategic oversight of the ESFA's football offer.

Our trustees play a vital role in achieving the Strata Florida Trust’s core aim – the restoration of the buildings of Mynachlog Fawr to create the Strata Florida Centre/Canolfan Ystrad Fflur as a place of heritage, culture and education. They oversee and steer the vision, strategy and progress of the Trust, drawing on their own knowledge, skills and networks.
As a small but ambitious charity we are seeking individuals for the role whose experience and skills will complement those of our existing board members and enable the Trust to continue to expand.
Remuneration: The role of Trustee is not accompanied by any financial remuneration.
Time commitment: Six Board meetings per year. Approximately 12 days in total including board meetings, and additional meetings, discussion and preparation.

Duties:

· Contribute to the broader promotion of the Trust’s objects, aims and reputation by applying your skills, expertise, knowledge and contacts.
As a small charity, there will be times when the trustees will need to be actively involved beyond Board meetings. What we are looking for
We are looking for people willing to bring energy, enthusiasm and commitment to the role, and who will broaden the diversity of thinking on our board.

IHF Overview
The International Humanity Foundation (IHF) is a 501 c3 International Non- profit, founded in 2001. Our two-fold mission is (1) to Educate marginalized children—activating their highest potential and nurturing healthy, loving communities around them. The happiness of our worlds children rises above all political and religious differences; And equates to the quality of our worlds happiness tomorrow. — (2) to Educate global citizens through communication and real life experiences, (online and in person), about the realities of marginalized communities; while teaching practical skills in aiding needed efforts, thus giving voice to the voiceless.
For over twenty years, IHF has offered children and adults (from young through retirement) venues for learning and safely practicing leadership skills.
IHF is a unique organization. It believes in absolute transparency and functions almost entirely through the efforts of its hundreds of unpaid volunteers from all over the world. Our volunteers give their time, skills, energy, and love, working toward a better world for all, one child, one human, at a time. We believe caring, quiet growth produces deep healthy roots.
