About The Felix Project
The Felix Project is London's biggest food redistribution charity and the largest end-to-end food redistribution charity in Europe. Our vision is a London where no one goes hungry and good food is never wasted. We rescue surplus food from businesses, supermarkets, restaurants and farms. This food is nutritious, in-date, and safe and includes a high proportion of fresh vegetables, fruit, meat and fish. If we did not rescue this food, it would be at risk of going to waste. Instead, we deliver it free of charge to London charities, schools, food banks, COVID food hubs and other organisations serving people in need. Our food is a vital lifeline for children and families, people on low incomes, people who have lost their jobs, the homeless, refugees, domestic abuse survivors, the elderly and keyworkers.
We were founded in 2016 in memory of Felix Byam Shaw, by his father, entrepreneur Justin Byam Shaw.
Purpose of the Job
The Senior Statutory, Trusts and Foundations Manager will support the step change in growth of primarily Statutory income and support Trusts and Foundations income for The Felix Project in line with the organisational strategy.
This role does not currently have direct reports; subject to income growth, it is anticipated the successful postholder will build a team over time.
You will be part of a successful team generating £5M with planned incremental growth over the next three years.
We have secured significant funding from the GLA. Our goal is to retain and build upon this, gaining multiyear strategic statutory funding both from central government, local government, and through the individual London boroughs.
You will have a track record delivering Statutory income. You will assess the performance of our statutory funding, working in partnership with the Head of Community Engagement to map a pipeline of potential funds, pinpointing key influencing and decision-making contacts. As part of business planning, you will evaluate the needs of commissioners, working with The Felix Project service delivery teams and finance to create funding bids which are framed to deliver the funders goals, whilst ideally covering the charity’s core costs.
The Felix Project has recently established a Policy Unit. You will work closely with the team to understand the advocacy strategy which has the potential to provide substantiation for funding bids through insight and elevate Felix’s position in the market as a lead and trusted public service delivery solution.
You will be used to working with impact teams from the creation of a funding bid, to establish direct and indirect measures of success which will provide the data points required by funders and help support Felix’s position as a multi-year delivery partner.
You will be confident writing detailed reports meeting funders needs and collaborating with teams across the charity to bring alive the impact of our work.
The role involves frequent collaboration with key internal partners at all levels to inform engagement with funders, including the Charity’s CEO and Trustees. Occasionally we would expect you to work evenings and weekends at networking or fundraising events.
Trust and Foundations income forms 50% of the team’s current revenue. Directed by the Head of Statutory, Trusts and Foundations, and working in partnership with the Senior Trusts and Foundations Manager, you will cultivate existing funders with the aim to secure repeat and grow funding; you will manage and add to an agreed pipeline of warm, lapsed and cold funders securing commitment through great research, understanding of a funders goals, inspiring bid writing, and attentive stewardship.
Because of the impactful work of The Felix Project, fundraising for this cause is very rewarding. During COVID and the current cost-of-living crisis we have focused primarily on our social impact, providing nutritious surplus food and prepared meals from Felix’s Kitchen to Londoners in need. We provide the food for free to over 1000 community organisations, primary schools and children’s holiday programmes across all boroughs. The environmental impact we have by rescuing huge amounts of good quality surplus food from farms and a wide variety of food suppliers is another exciting angle to approach funders with.
In addition, we are piloting youth volunteering and employability programmes, and at times we have exciting tech and capital projects to raise funds for.
Our four depots and Felix’s Kitchen are amazing facilities where you can work and arrange visits with funders, and staff is encouraged to get to know the organisation by volunteering regularly.
We have also established an office (gifted) in Canary Wharf, where we operate one of two point to point food collection and drop off schemes.
The Felix Project has a very strong brand and media presence and is a much-loved London charity.

We are looking for a Centre Coordinator to join our team in our Belfast Centre. In this role, you will provide a warm and welcoming reception for young people, staff, and visitors over the phone and in person, so if you are approachable, passionate, and non-judgemental, this could be your role.
You will indirectly support young people by ensuring that our Belfast Centre operates safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing delivery space, facilities compliance and controlling office equipment and supplies. Having previous administrative experience is beneficial but not essential.
To be successful in this role, you must have a good understanding of the challenges young people within our target groups face, to assist them when they arrive in our Centre. In this role no two days are the same, you get to be involved with many different functions of the Trust and interact with everyone who works in the Belfast Centre, this is why planning and organisation skills are a must.

Job Summary
This role is an expansion of our employment pathway and will be our first dedicated employment coach for our students.
PiP has developed a unique reputation for our experience and quality of employment support for adults with learning disabilities. This has led to an increased number of referrals with a focus on employment, an expansion of our in-house social enterprise capacity, and more employers keen to work alongside us to diversify their staff base.
PiP is keen to respond to and meet this demand. This role for us is the next step in doing so, allowing us to increase our job coaching capacity and providing more dedicated resource for students on their employment journey. As to date our coaching has been delivered across our existing staff team.

Bristol Charities mission is to provide opportunities and support for people and communities to improve lives through grants, housing and charitable projects.
They are at a very exciting time in their development and have created a new role of Director of Fundraising & Communications to help them on their journey. This a new role that will play a crucial part in shaping the future of the charity as well as securing the resources to deliver sustainable growth in the work and impact of the charity.
Going forward their work will be delivered though a distinctive and coherent Community Hub model, which will be holistic, person-centred, integrated, joined-up, and promote a partnership approach. They also purchased The Vassall Centre in 2021, with long term plans to redevelop the site for community benefit.
In the short term they plan to relaunch the Vassall Centre as a standout, accessible, and affordable workspace venue for charitable organisations. Their community Hubs will include directly delivered Bristol Charities programmes/projects, services delivered by local partners, and services delivered by their strategic partners. They are also looking to increase the number of housing units they manage, either through development of their existing sites, through acquisition of new sites or through partnership working with other local housing providers, and any new Housing Schemes will incorporate the new Hub model.
Bristol Charities now need to recruit an experienced, passionate, and entrepreneurial fundraising professional; someone who is capable of not only overseeing a small but growing communications function, but who also recognises the importance of aligning fundraising and communications strategies and activity.
With this role, there will be the opportunity to build a fundraising function from scratch and lead on the fundraising and communications strategy for the charity, at a time of exciting change. The work would go across a range of sectors and will provide an opportunity to impact the city in lasting and tangible ways.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Fundraising will play a key role in the Senior Leadership Team by providing thoughtful and creative leadership and productive working relationships with other Directors, teams, and colleagues, helping to set the direction for the charity and tackling strategic challenges.
For this role, we are seeking:
· Extensive fundraising experience in a compatible context, specifically across key areas of income generation.
· Must be target driven to achieve income objectives set.
· Relevant professional qualifications or qualified through experience (either fundraising or communications).
· Leadership at a senior executive level with experience of managing relationships with key stakeholders, colleagues and Trustees to deliver fundraising and marketing objectives.

About the Role:
The Gender Equality and Social Inclusion Senior Advisor is a senior position in the WASH Technical Effectiveness team, reporting to the Gender Equality and Social Inclusion Lead.
Together with the Gender Equality and Social Inclusion Lead, the Senior Advisor co-leads the delivery of core team responsibilities regarding the thematic areas of GESI and other closely associated topics for high quality WASH programming. Applying a people-centred, systems strengthening approach to WASH, she/he provides high quality specialist technical analysis, advisory, and support services to the design, inception, implementation, troubleshooting, monitoring, and/or assessments of WaterAid's programming worldwide, at both strategic and operational levels.
In collaboration with country, regional and global colleagues, she/he co-leads the facilitation of effective learning and management of technical and programme knowledge across the organisation, and co-leads the development of relevant standards and guidance. She/he also provides strategic and technical input to fundraising, communications, and external engagements.
The Senior advisor has a high degree of independent and professional responsibility within own specialist areas, and discusses with her/his line manager to agree on how objectives are delivered. About You:

The Head of Urban Transformation role leads campaigns delivery and development work across Possible’s ‘getting around’ strategic focus area, continuing our groundbreaking work on campaigning for traffic reduction and sustainable transport across the UK.
This currently includes delivery of the multi-year Get Shady project - swapping cars for trees on London’s hottest streets - and oversight of further work across urban greening, parklets and sustainable urban transport. In the future, this could include other campaigns.
With the support of the co-directors, you will be managing an annual Get Shady budget of hundreds of thousands of pounds, and a team of at least two staff members, alongside key relationships with our partners. You’ll be tasked with overall delivery and impact of Get Shady, supporting other work in your function via line management and project sponsorship, and leading fundraising against existing and new work in line with organisational strategy. You’ll work collaboratively with the communications team to spread effective campaign messages far and wide, and leverage the greatest impact possible in our target communities and beyond. Working within strategy and project plans that have been collaboratively developed, you’ll be free to put forward your own ideas for campaign activities, particularly in response to changing events. Job Summary
The Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role as the key contact point for Gaddum’s infrastructure support of the GM system. They will work closely alongside our passionate and skilled Greater Manchester colleagues in this transformative journey, taking ownership for the achievement of key project milestones, and will ultimately ensure that the system has the oversight and awareness of risks in order to plan for successful deployment.
Job Purpose
The Senior Project Manager (SPM) will provide expert oversight and support across the ARF projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective delivery. The SPM will, as per their job title, project manage the infrastructure element of the entire GM programme.
They will coordinate efforts across various sectors, manage stakeholder engagement, and be responsible for the integrated approach to risk management, data governance, and financial oversight. The role is accountable to Gaddum’s CEO, and will report to them. It is central to ensuring the successful execution of the ARF's vision and objectives.
Ultimately, the SPM’s goal is to support the system to achieve a consensus on what success looks like for the ARF in GM, and then work alongside the system to enable it to achieve it.
Main Duties and Responsibilities

Project Management Expertise: Working to agreed methodologies, provide expert oversight, ensuring all ARF projects are coordinated and integrated effectively across different sectors, with a clear definition of success.

Stakeholder Identification and Engagement: Lead stakeholder mapping and engagement, involving adult social care, hospitals, respite providers, carers, and other system partners, adding capacity to pre-existing stakeholder mapping.
