As part of the social prescribing team, you will work in partnership with community organisations, health and social care and statutory services to provide a social prescribing service to people aged 50 and over, and/or self-identifying as a carer of an older person living in the London Borough of Southwark. The role will be based at our Healthy Living and Learning Centre, as well as working from our Stones End Day Centre, from partners' sites across the borough, in clients' homes nad in other venues that clients' might choose.

This role will be central to ensuring our data-driven approach aligns with our goals. You'll work closely with the Head of Evidence and Impact and colleagues across the organisation to:
- strengthen our data infrastructure,
- optimise programme evaluation,

- advocate for policy changes that benefit young people.

Khulisa’s new strategy is focused on evolving our delivery approach for lasting impact. This involved making significant changes to our programme delivery and operating model. This shift towards prioritising long-term outcomes and an evolved delivery approach requires an expert Data and Insight Coordinator who can play a central role in data management and analysis, systems development, MEAL (Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning), and storytelling.
Whilst this role requires proven experience of quantitative skills, we are open to candidates with limited or no experience in qualitative research. This is a varied role and there will be opportunities for fieldwork e.g. conducting interviews, facilitating and moderating focus groups, etc. We can provide training and support to help you develop the necessary qualitative skills.
The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about data and eager to contribute to our ongoing efforts to improve our data-driven approach. We are looking for a person with strong communication skills and experience of providing safeguarding support and advice as part of a multi-disciplinary or faith-based context to join our established team for maternity cover.

Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities
The Senior Programme Development Specialist will work on complex and major bids, often on multimillion consortia, commercial contracts and multi-country partnerships, and will be expected to take a high degree of responsibility for developing successful bids including negotiations with internal and external partners.
This position will drive a high-quality bidding process with institutional donors and large foundations to build a healthy and sustainable funding pipeline so that CIUK can achieve our programme goals. You will work closely with technical advisory teams, country offices, finance colleagues, and other partners in order to deliver winning bids, which showcase CARE’s programme innovation and deliver impact as well as ensuring adequate cost recovery for CIUK.
