As a support worker in RBKC complex needs services, you will work with a variety of support needs, working between our different services to ensure that person centred support is provided to all of our customers. Our aim is to ensure we work in a psychologically informed way to bring excellent support to our customers. To enable vulnerable people living in a variety of different tenures to manage their tenancies/ licences and move towards greater independence within the community by providing a flexible and individually tailored support package. Support Workers will provide support to customers to help them develop the life skills they require to meet the assessed needs of the customers of the service. In some services, this will include providing physical, domestic, emotional and social care. They will work with customers to promote social inclusion and alongside other members of the team to promote independent living, encouraging customers to maximise their skills and choices.

What you'll do:
Undertake key-working responsibilities for a caseload assigned by the Team Leader/ Manager
Undertake initial and continuous assessment of needs and potential risks and agree levels of support and actions
Create support/action plans for providing appropriate services based on the assessment and reflecting the services and resources available
Support customers to undertake all domestic tasks wherever possible, including practical assistance where they have not yet developed the skills, to ensure customers enjoy a high quality of accommodation
Develop and maintain links with all key agencies and service providers in the local community
Empower customers to ensure they receive the service and benefits they are entitled to
Undertake all administrative work and keep accurate and comprehensive tenant/customer records to professional standards
Encourage and enable tenants to pay their rent and to ensure that rent accounts are managed effectively in conjunction with the Housing Management team

About the organisation
Look Good Feel Better is a national cancer charity devoted to delivering workshops that help people living with a cancer diagnosis to cope with the physical and emotional side effects of their treatment. Delivered by trained volunteers from the beauty industry, the free workshops offer practical advice about changes to skin and hair as well as supporting body confidence and well-being. The Role
The charity is now embarking on a significant growth plan which will see a trebling in the number of beneficiaries supported (from 10,000 to 30,000 within four years). To allow the charity to deliver this plan, they are making substantial investment into the fundraising and communications team, this new role will be instrumental in assisting with the ambitious income growth. By 2028 the income should be reaching 3 million pounds.
Although you will be seeking to increase all areas of income, however, initially this role will focus on the management and development of the individual fundraising (regular giving, lottery, individual fundraising initiatives, digital fundraising, legacy, e-commerce, event and challenge event fundraising) and trust and foundation income streams. The Head of Fundraising will also assist and deputise for the Director of Fundraising and Communications in the day to day management of corporate fundraising.

This innovative role has been created to respond to recent demands for an integrative approach into support delivery of vulnerable adults presenting a severe and enduring mental illness and/or a forensic background, at times in combination with substance misuse.
The post holder will lead on creating a therapeutically informed programme in order to develop a Psychological Informed Environment in the service.
The role would suit an experienced counsellor/psychotherapist who will lead in facilitating therapeutic groups and individual counselling /therapy for service users. The Senior Finance BP will provide Strategic and Operational finance support to the Operational Director and Heads of Service. About the role:
This role involves both face to face and virtual support in a hybrid model of working. There is an expectation that you will do a mixture of working from home, our office in Old Street and in co-location at Northwick Park Hospital. As a Hospital Independent Domestic Violence Advocate you will:
- Implement effective ways of working with victims to increase safety and reduce harm
- Provide a high-quality, front-line service to victims of domestic abuse, delivering a premium service prioritised according to risk
- Work within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local partnership responses to domestic abuse
- Be comfortable with running group training sessions and be willing and able to share your specialist knowledge with acute staff across the hospital

Community Fundraising

Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to increase income through regular giving, donations, campaigns, legacy giving, corporate partnerships, and other fundraising initiatives.

We are seeking a Mission Enabler, Regional Mission to work in partnership with key staff across the Movement. They will provide direction and energy to Scripture Union’s Regional Ministry with a focus on establishing and sustaining ministry opportunities. This will require the person to recruit, motivate, train, equip and support a large number of volunteers/Faith Guides, with whom they work in partnership as well as leading by example, through the modelling of excellent mission delivery to children and young people consistent with Scripture Union’s mission. This role will the cover Hampshire, Surrey and Sussex areas.
The successful candidate will:
· Identify, recruit and support Faith Guides, volunteers and Local Mission Partners (LMPs) through a range of methods, including electronic, phone and face to face.
· Provide relevant coaching and/or mentoring, equipping and resourcing for Faith Guides, volunteers and LMPs.
· Lead local mission activity within Scripture Union’s mission framework, establishing a clear hand-over process and timetable to local church partners.
· Pioneer new approaches/ideas in line with SU’s strategy that have the potential to be replicated elsewhere and lead to a greater scale and depth of mission activity.
· Support, by promotion or direct involvement, SU’s wider programme of holidays and missions across England and Wales and, if appropriate, internationally.
· Undertake specific fundraising activities and approaches in line with SU’s fundraising approach.

- To be a good listener with great interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) including across geographical and cultural boundaries.

- Digital literacy with good IT Skills and ability to use Office 365 tools of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint and set up virtual meetings on MS Teams.

Although not essential, we also prefer you to have:
- Experience in learning and development administration.
- Experience of using a Learning Management Software.
- Some knowledge of e-Learning.
- Ability to speak and write in French, Portuguese or Spanish would be an advantage.
- Experience of working in an international team and operating in a matrix structure.
- Experience or knowledge of the development sector.
