We are looking for a Head of Fundraising and Partnerships to join Re-engage. Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will oversee the charity’s fundraising teams with responsibility for the whole range of fundraised income, as well as developing and supporting partnerships across the organisation.
With our ambition to grow over the next five years, this role will be critical to the success of Re-engage and our ability to reach more older people and reduce more loneliness.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a successful track record in at least two fundraising disciplines including major donors, corporate partnerships, individual giving, legacies and / or trust fundraising. You will have excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills, line management experience, and be used to taking a proactive approach to your work.
As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will work with colleagues to deliver the organisation’s strategy, developing the necessary plans to achieve challenging income targets and support the development of productive partnerships to enable the organisation’s growth.
Leadership
Develop and deliver the organisation’s fundraising strategy
Provide leadership to fundraising teams, including line managing team managers

Fundraising
- Draft fundraising applications, cases for support, proposals and reports to funders
- Work with colleagues to set, achieve and report on targets associated with funder requirements
- Work closely with colleagues in Engagement and Service Delivery to ensure fundraising and income generation support the overall strategy and direction of the organisation
- Ensure all applications are recorded on the CRM (OPUS) to support planning, delivery and reporting requirements

A full driving licence and own car is preferred, as this post will require travel across the UK as and when required, and quarterly overnight stays
Person Specification
- Significant experience in a fundraising role with demonstrable achievements in at least two fundraising disciplines including major donors, corporate partnerships, community fundraising, direct mail, legacies and trust fundraising
- Experience creating income products and packages from the needs of our beneficiaries
- Experience approaching and securing funding from a wide range of public funders, trusts and foundations, private and public sector organisations
- Experience managing and stewarding a varied portfolio of supporters whilst developing new prospects
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to nurture and develop junior talent into high performing fundraisers

The Media Assistant supports delivering communications, projects, and events based on
the wider CCX organisational vision for the Media Team. It is their role to work closely with
the communications specialist and other relevant stakeholders to ensure information is
collated and circulated promptly across multiple platforms and business apps and assist
with community management and scheduling of social assets. Additionally, this role will
support project and event delivery, assisting with compiling project reports, tracking ticket
sales and ensuring that any information, assets or files are stored correctly and kept up to

Duties and Accountabilities
Principal
● Social - management of organisational business apps used to plan, schedule and
post social assets across CCX social channels; overseeing community management -
responding to any messages and supporting growth of our CCX community and
followers.

monitor CCX inboxes and respond accordingly; update relevant external

Purpose of your Job:
This is an exciting new role at Centre 33 and will play a key role to support the advancement and successful implementation of an operational plan to fundraise across Corporate and Community opportunities.
We would like to hear from ambitious fundraisers who have experience in these income streams, maybe as a team member, who is looking for the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge further within Centre 33’s growing Fundraising department. The role holder will work closely with the Development & Partnerships Lead and Director of Development & Partnerships to help create an operational plan and will then have ownership of delivering the plan and the associated income target. CHT is a mental health charity that provides seven rehabilitative residential communities in London and Sussex for people experiencing severe mental health difficulties, and training in the field of relational practice in mental health.
Poor mental health is a national crisis. Those with the severest of mental health difficulties experience a high risk of suicide and self-harm, a lack of independence, and a loss of hope. Though many are still young adults, most of our residents have spent years in psychiatric hospitals before coming to CHT; medication alone is not the answer. For 30 years, CHT has provided a unique approach with a distinct clinical model. We work with individuals with a history of multiple or prolonged hospital admissions, providing an alternative, longer-term solution that enables the majority of our residents to move on to lower support, with many taking up education, training or employment while still with us – a stark contrast to psychiatric hospital.

Rising Sun Domestic Violence and Abuse Service (Rising Sun) is an independent charity in Kent working to prevent domestic abuse and improve the lives of survivors and their children suffering from its effects. We have an ambitious vision for a world in which women and children live free from actual or threatened domestic abuse and all forms of violence.
Our team provide a range of services to adults and children who’ve experienced domestic abuse. We understand the impact of domestic abuse on survivors and so we listen to individual needs and respond in a trauma informed way. We provide one-to-one support and also deliver therapeutically informed group programmes to help survivors to recognise healthy/unhealthy behaviours in relationships and to understand the impact of domestic abuse. Bringing survivors together validates experiences and enables them to draw strength from one another.
As a Rising Sun Administrator you will be a key member of our frontline team working alongside specialist domestic abuse workers and providing essential support as a valued member of the team.
You will be involved in a range of tasks that contribute to the smooth running of our services, including processing incoming referrals and answering our main office phoneline, dealing with referral queries as well as supporting survivors to access support. You will also be involved in coordinating our group programmes for survivors, and our One Stop Shop drop ins.
As the first point of contact for both professionals and survivors you will be instrumental in ensuring they feel heard and supported, through your empathetic and understanding response.
In addition to day to day administrative tasks you will have the opportunity to attend training and learn about our domestic abuse services and the Rising Sun Framework which underpins everything we do. There are also regular team meetings and activities to promote wellbeing which are a great way to get to know your amazing colleagues.
We are looking for an organised, flexible and proactive individual who enjoys learning and is confident at following processes and using MS Word and Excel.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Admin Tasks
- Process incoming referrals to our services
- Liaise with referrers and team members as required and respond to queries efficiently

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Principal Consultant in the MEL Portfolio, you will focus on providing technical and thought leadership in feminist evaluation. You will lead complex, multi-country and mixed-methods evaluations, which will focus on GEDSI as it relates to one of our SDDirect portfolios. You may also be involved in designing and delivering research across our other portfolios. In addition to delivery, you will also be involved in winning new work, leading evaluation, research or MEL bid development and raising SDDirect’s external profile and reputation.
Technical Design, Delivery & Leadership
· Design and deliver a range of mixed-methods evaluations, often in shifting and unpredictable contexts, including impact, formative, summative or process evaluations with a GEDSI focus. This will include the design of the approach, data collection tools and methodologies (surveys, interviews, focus group discussions, workshops, etc.) and analysis of the data collected.
· Support the development of SDDirect’s body of knowledge and practice on feminist evaluation, staying up to date with current thinking on models, methods, good practice and relevant debates.
· Provide leadership to SDDirect contracts as relevant, including project management responsibilities, client liaison, and support to and technical leadership of consultancy teams.
· To use negotiation and diplomacy skills and to confidently manage challenging conversations.
· To ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, to high-quality standards, and in keeping with SDDirect’s ethics and ethos.
· To provide support to SDDirect’s other portfolios (Equal Education, Safeguarding, Green Economies and Infrastructure, Governance and Inclusive Societies, Gender-Based Violence), as appropriate on MEL or in research design and delivery.

Raising SDDirect’s Profile

We certainly don't expect you to come with working experience across all income streams - actually, this could be a perfect chance to add more strings to your bow.
We'd love to see you showcasing the following skills, experiences and behaviours:
* Proven track-record of engaging with high-value supporters (specifically philanthropists of corporate partners).
* Agility to work both strategically and operationally.
* Capability to craft a compelling case for support.
* Persuasive communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
* Ability to work on multiple priorities with good instinct for where time is best spent.
* Solutions-focused team player who brings out the best in people around them.
It's not essential to have worked in the arts before, but you do need to feel passionately about the power of art and theatre to change lives. You'll need to be able to connect the dots between theatre, community and a sense of place, and confidently articulate the value and impact Theatre by the Lake has on local people's lives.
