About You
Do you want to be part of a team leading the field in the development of large-scale nature restoration projects driven by private and public investment into nature’s recovery?
In Wales, the Trusts are setting an ambition to scale up and increase the pace of natures recovery. They have a proven track record of delivering nature conservation projects. However, they now need to scale this to all Wales programmes. They now have support teams from political advocacy, green financing and corporate engagement to match our unique ability to deliver nature restoration at the local level. In the past 18 months, The Trusts have been developing new approaches to funding nature’s recovery from the private sector as well as maintaining close links with funders. These are exciting times and they are building on their unique position to develop major programmes with partners across Wales.
They need dedicated expertise and capacity to work with Trusts to bring this work into coherent programmes and develop models and plans that build revenues for nature’s recovery allowing much greater investment. This post is designed to provide the expertise and capacity to work alongside Trust staff who are already committed to developing these programmes.
You will be from a nature restoration background with an ambition to drive forward a step change in scale and pace of action. You will be organised and motivated, able to take the initiative and lead the effective delivery of nature restoration programme development in Wales. You will have an understanding of issues facing nature. You will likely have experience in project development work and, ideally, an understanding of Welsh partners. You are used to keeping accurate records and can present clearly and professionally. You will be a great communicator, with a personable style who can work with many different people across the wonderful variety of geography and activities of the Trusts.

About the Role
To work as part of a team delivering an assessment, support and move on service to vulnerable clients in supported or community-based accommodation. Your work will be underpinned by the Depaul Endeavour model of assets-based, psychologically informed delivery.
Working under the direction, guidance and support of a manager/senior worker you will be responsible for a caseload of clients as well as share responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of all clients, volunteers and staff in the service. In accommodation-based services, you will ensure that the accommodation is properly maintained and support the client to sustain their tenancy and participate in a positive and successful move on.
Where the client lives in the community you will ensure that their tenancy is not at risk and that they have the skills and resources to manage and maintain their accommodation. Your work will be underpinned by the Depaul model of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy informed delivery, the aim of which is to support our clients to understand and act on their values, strengths, and long-term vision for their future.
Key responsibilities include:
- You will carry a caseload of clients for whom you will be the named key worker, and you will also take joint responsibility with your team members for the well-being and day-to-day support of all clients in the services

the most deprived members of our community. The Watford and Three Rivers
Refugee Partnership (WTRRP) provides services to refugees, asylum-
seekers and other vulnerable migrants in our area, to improve their well-being and interaction with the local community and services. The Casework Coordinator role will focus on ensuring that asylum seekers and refugees engaging
within our service will receive specialist information, advice and advocacy support.
This role will provide support to clients dealing with key issues of
immigration, housing, welfare and health. You will work alongside a strong
established group of volunteers who currently provide a number of roles within the
organisation.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a caseload of clients who require specialist advice and support, ensuring that cases are progressed effectively, including detailed record-keeping.
• Work effectively with the Committee, Office Manager and caseworker
volunteers to ensure issues are resolved. This includes the running
of regular Case Review meetings and managing the minutes and case
records.
• Offer support and guidance, including training where appropriate, to volunteer
Caseworkers and Befrienders.
• Implementation of our safeguarding policies coordinating with our
Safeguarding Lead.
• Take a lead role in weekly Drop-In sessions on
Tuesdays 11am – 1pm.
• Manage a referral phone line.
• Process enquiries about WTRRP, take referrals for clients and contribute to
regular referral intake meetings, offering triage support and signposting.
• Create links and work effectively with public sector agencies to ensure our clients can access all entitled support in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Create effective referral relationships within the refugee sector and wider
charity sector to ensure our clients have access to high quality and effective
support through specialist agencies and services.
Qualities and skills:
Be able to work on your own initiative and independently, with good
organisational skills and IT knowledge.
Be a team-worker with good communication skills, and should have
experience of casework and of working alongside volunteers. You will have an understanding of
safeguarding of vulnerable adults and children.
Have a good understanding of the issues affecting asylum seekers, refugees
and people seeking Leave to Remain and the barriers they face.
Experience in relation to the benefit
system, be able to keep up with law changes as they take place and the impact of these changes on our clients.
Desirable experience:

Contract type
This contracted post is for 35 hours per week (working day pattern to be decided) and may require some out of hours or weekend work as required. We welcome application for flexible working including reduced hours and other flexible working arrangements.

Salary Between £31,930 and £35,020 Plus 5% employer pension contribution.

Holiday entitlement
25 days (pro-rata for contracted hours) of paid holiday per year plus bank holidays. About the role
The Music Industry Lead is key to amplifying the work of Nordoff and Robbins through delivering a successful artist/celebrity ambassador program. About the role

Main duties and responsibilities of the role:
Merchandise
· Proactively engaging with new external suppliers, ensuring that they are reliable, compliant and offer the best value for the charity
· Help to drive the team’s work on sustainability to ensure that goals set out in the teams Sustainability Charter are successfully achieved
· Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and build an understanding of the strengths and gaps we have in our supplier portfolio

Ecommerce
· Leading on development of the charity’s online shop including product selection and marketing activity

· Support the Merchandise and Fulfilment Manager in the development of a wider charity ecommerce strategy
· Monitoring the online shop email inbox and actioning any customer queries
· Reconciling stock levels between the online shop and fulfilment provider
Fulfilment
· Leading on queries relating to fulfilment from both internal stakeholders and external suppliers
· Ensuring the successful upload of weekly material order files to charity’s third-party fulfilment provider
· Weekly stock level monitoring, reporting any concerns or queries to the Supporter Merchandise and Fulfilment Manager

This role is responsible for the management and development of the Here for You delivery team. This includes training and line managing support officers and volunteers who make initial and follow up calls to primary and secondary breast cancer patients. This new role has been created to take on day to day responsibility of the Here for You delivery tasks, ensure patients get calls within service level agreements and provide timely and trusted information and support to people diagnosed with breast cancer. This involves leading the team, responding to safeguarding issues, collecting data, and guide the team to deliver excellent information on the phone. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues focusing on the Here for You expansion, as well as working with colleagues across the primary services, secondary services and personalised support services.
