Job Purpose:
As a key member of the area team, your role is to coordinate and provide operational support to our shops within a defined geographical area. Covering short-term shop manager absences, you'll ensure uninterrupted trading and maximise income generation. No two days are the same – expect variety and collaboration with diverse communities. This role is a fantastic stretch opportunity for those with shop manager experience, serving as a potential stepping stone toward an area manager role.
The role will support shop cover in our Oxfam shop network across Wiltshire and Berkshire. This includes Oxfam Shops in the following geographical area: Corsham, Chippenham, Malmesbury, Marlborough, Devizes, Royal Wootton Bassett, Newbury, Pangbourne, Reading. Whilst travel expenses will be covered, candidates will need to be both willing and able to commit to extensive travel across this defined geographic region
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain inclusive, respectful, and safe environments in the shops.
• Collaborate with Area Manager and shop managers to allocate shop cover effectively.
• Build trusting relationships in each shop to maintain engaged and motivated teams.
• Maximise Net Sales Contribution (NSC) and Gift Aid (GA) in all covered shops to agreed targets.
• Deliver continuous improvement support against specific KPIs.
• Develop and deliver a framework for feedback and handovers.
• Actively contribute to the local community and wider Retail network.

We are looking for a Brand Services Executive to support with brand requests and queries from across the organisation, to ensure the Sightsavers brand standards are implemented, and that colleagues are familiar with and know how to use the brand resources available to them. They will work directly with internal clients, providing authoritative project coordination as well as commissioning services and materials from suppliers and delivering branding projects..
Key duties will include:
- Work in close partnership with the global brand manager to project manage brand assignments and tasks
- Manage relationships with internal clients both in the UK and overseas
- Work with the team to ensure clients' requirements are met and all brand projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Help brief in design and copy to the broader team, and deliver branded materials throughout the organisation as requested

Key Responsibilities:

This amazing opportunity will grant the successful candidate the chance to work alongside vulnerable women fleeing domestic violence and ensure they are surrounded by a strong support network around housing options. You will be addressing the safety of the victims as well as working to keep their children safe too.
As an IDVA, you will be:
- Serving as a victims first point of contact providing them with the support they need emotionally.
- Managing your own caseload of vulnerable clients fleeing from Domestic Abuse.
- Assessing all referrals coming into the service and providing them with initial support should they need it.
- Completing admin tasks and multitasking.
- Completing risk assessments with each client.
To be successful, you will need to:
- Be experienced within dealing with vulnerable people specifically women and children and be responsive to crisis situations.
- Ability to multitask and thrive within a busy service.
- Have a strong knowledge around IT and Microsoft office 365.
- Showing a compassionate nature towards those in need.
