We are looking for someone who will work with local services who can provide awareness sessions to participants and plan and deliver engaging sessions that support the 5 ways to wellbeing. You will be required to manage and develop relationships with our existing referral partners and seek new opportunities marketing the programme.
The role will involve recruiting participants from across the borough to join the programme and signposting for relevant support that is required for attendees. During the programme you will work with adults to develop an individual learning plan to plan for next steps and assist to break down barriers to progressions e.g., tackling loneliness, providing employment advice and building confidence and resilience.
You will be part of the Employment and Skills department who deliver team programmes and one to one mentoring. The established team regular meet to share best practice and discuss standardisation of delivery as this programme is a non accredited adult learning course funded by the Workers Education Association via GMCA.

We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and proactive individual to join our Carlton Marshes engagement team to create exceptional visitor experiences at our spectacular visitor centre and nature reserve.
Based at Carlton Marshes near Lowestoft, the Visitor Welcome Officer is a full-time, permanent role based at one of our most spectacular nature reserves - focused on welcoming visitors, growing the income of the visitor centre, and creating exceptional experiences with the Trust.
The role has three key areas of responsibility:

Financial management
1. Lead the financial management and the development and maintenance of financial controls, systems and procedures
- Lead the preparation for annual budgets and project budgets in liaison with the joint CEOs

You will work as part of a small team to deliver our fundraising strategy – we aim to grow fundraised income to £1 million annually by 2027 to fund vital work in the National Park, including moorland restoration and climate change mitigation, biodiversity and habitat preservation, and work with young people and under-served communities.
You will look after a mixed portfolio of supporters and prospects and take the lead on building a pipeline of potential supporters and building long-term meaningful relationships with grant-making trusts and foundations, corporate partners and individual donors. The role will also include helping to distribute much-needed grants to projects across the park.

About the role

The role is offered on a two year fixed term contract with Crystal Palace Park Trust. Any extension after 31 December 2026 is subject to funding.
This role is funded by the Lottery Fund as part of the partnership project between Crystal Palace Park Trust and London Borough of Bromley.

What this role entails?
The Philanthropy Officer will support the Head of Corporate, Philanthropy & Events to secure and increase income through the charity's Major Donor strategy.

This role will join the Acquisition and Welcome Team, and will help to optimise acquisition activity, managing key channels including Direct Response TV (DRTV) and inserts, to support ambitious supporter growth as part of the charity’s 5-year strategy. As part of the role, you will manage all aspects of the DRTV programme, from working closely with agencies to proposing annual testing plans, to delivering all tests across media, SMS, telemarketing and website landing pages. This role requires managing agencies effectively, and maintaining robust reporting. You will be the expert in this area, and will raise understanding within Brooke of the importance of DRTV.
To be successful in the role of Senior Acquisition and Welcome Officer, you will need:
- Proven experience working in a fundraising or marketing role, with some experience managing DRTV and print channels, either on client or agency side.
- Good understanding of individual giving fundraising KPIs, including in relation to DRTV, print, telemarketing, email and landing pages.
- Experience of proactively creating new processes to improve efficiencies of own areas managed, with ability to interpret complex data into sharable reports.

The Masonic Charitable Foundation is looking for an experienced adviser to join our frontline Advice, Support & Enquiries Team managing all enquiries via the advice line and electronic/mail channels. Each month we receive hundreds of phone calls and emails from people who need our help. The team’s Advisers are often the first point of contact with the MCF and play a key role in our grants process.
You will need excellent customer service skills, a high level of personal resilience, ability to quickly build a good rapport with callers and be a team player who is willing to support colleagues and prioritise the needs of the team. Previous experience in a comparable role is desirable.
Day to day responsibilities include answering calls and responding to emails from individuals and families for a range of support (including daily living costs, health and care and education), liaising with our Advice and Support Advisers and Visiting Volunteers, awarding grants for counselling and consultations and keeping the grants system up to date.
The team is based in our central London office on the edge of Covent Garden, with hybrid working available

This is a newly created and pivotal role in The Aspinall Foundation’s small fundraising team. The Fundraising Officer will be responsible for the delivery and implementation of the charity’s key adoption fundraising programme and supporting the effective running of the Department as a whole.
Within this role, you will work closely with the Head of Fundraising to lead and manage key fundraising initiatives, including adoption programs, lottery communications, and a variety of in-person and virtual events. Responsibilities include improving donor acquisition, retention, and stewardship across multiple channels, while also supporting community fundraising and merchandise efforts.
The candidate will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to develop compelling fundraising materials and maintain strong relationships with donors and volunteers. Additional duties include ensuring compliance with fundraising regulations, monitoring budgets, and providing administrative support to the Fundraising Team as needed.
