You will also manage and support a caseload of peer mentors and provide inspirational IAG and Employability programmes in both 1:1 and group sessions.

The Role
You’ll be part of our Financial Inclusion team, looking holistically at customers and their household circumstances and finding innovative ways to support them to make sustained changes. You’ll be working with partners, building new relationships both internally and externally, with an overall aim to aid our customers to become financially resilient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and enhancing financial inclusion initiatives, with a primary focus on energy-related projects
- Collaborating with customer support teams to ensure impactful delivery of financial inclusion offers
- Supporting operational activities of Financial Inclusion programs across SNG communities
- Working closely with the Financial and Digital Inclusion Manager to identify new delivery partners and continue to develop financial inclusion offers for sustained positive customer impact
- Reporting and analysing on program impacts to evaluate value for money and guide future planning

Previous experience in a similar role, with an understanding of financial inclusion challenges and its impacts would be beneficial but isn’t essential. You will need:

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The Rota Coordinator is an essential and integral part of Team KSS, focusing on supporting the clinical team to ensure safe and effective medical staffing across all areas of Service Delivery. It is dynamic, challenging and at times fast paced. The post holder will be required to undertake the Service Delivery Scheduling in relation to agreed standards and ensure the delivery of Service Delivery Scheduling is of the highest quality within agreed policies and procedures, maintaining operational cover utilising the resources available.
To coordinate an effective Scheduling function in liaison with the Head of Clinical Workforce to ensure the effective delivery of service is maintained. This will involve managing consultant, Registrar and junior doctor rotas, ensuring compliance with the European Time Working Directive and New Deal, together with staff under Agenda for Change Terms & Conditions.
You will ensure that systems are in place to manage all leave and sickness for medical staffing and ensure systems are in place to ensure Clinical Risk/Governance requirements are met.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the delivery of effective, efficient, support service at all times, managing own workload without supervision, and be able to manage competing/conflicting demands on time.
- Responsible for day-to-day operational management of the roster, to ensure provision of planned resources against agreed schedules within the operational, dispatch and on-call rotas, and liaise with staff and Clinical Operational Managers (COM) to ensure rotas are planned and populated appropriately. Ensure “relief” hours are optimally allocated to balance hours worked vs contracted hours. Implement control measures to manage budget implications in the use of relief hours and emeritus staffing
- Assist in monitoring staffing requirements within designated Operation Areas in liaison with the Head of Clinical Workforce
- Check and authorise staffing swaps to ensure these maintain adequate cover
- Provide accurate and timely records of shifts undertaken by emeritus staff on a monthly basis to enable appropriate salary payments to be correctly administered
- In collaboration with the duty COM, arrange cover short-notice absences, allocating and recording emeritus shifts as required.
- Support the Clinical Director and nominated educational deputy in the rostering of the training/educational requirements, including compliance with mandatory training.
- Authorise and Input Abstractions in line with KSS policies and procedures ensuring that appropriate records are kept and annual leave allowances/TOIL are managed to maintain service provision
- Ensure that agreed procedures are followed in relation to the KSS Policy while on shift.
- Ensure that the Trusts computerised rota system is used appropriately in line with all KSS policies and procedures and the data held within the system remains confidential.
- In consultation with Clinical Operations Managers, prioritise use of own time and resources to ensure the best interest of KSS and of staff are observed.
- To attend relevant meetings & induction to outline the expectations of staff when in post in relation to absence reporting and rota compliance.
- Ensure that changes in circumstance of Service Delivery staff e.g grade/hours are actioned using KSS agreed policies and process, completing Staff Change Forms/Termination forms as necessary in collaboration with HR colleague
- Maintain effective working relationships with all departments within the KSS.
- Be flexible within the role and undertake other duties that are required and are commensurate with this role.

Reporting to our Research Manager, you will help us deliver our Research Strategy by helping to develop and deliver a range of funding schemes. Your main responsibilities will be to:
- support the delivery of specific funding competitions, such as our funding on the Impact of Climate Change on Health and in Mental Health research

We will offer you
We will offer a salary of between £32,000 and £35,000 depending on experience for a full-time 36-hour week (happy to consider part-time, min 0.8 FTE) and double-matched pension contributions up to 10% max employer contribution. Job Summary
To be the initial point of contact for customers accessing Huddersfield Mission services. To provide initial stage advice and assistance on a variety of needs. To work within the Advice Team to ensure the smooth running of Huddersfield Mission’s drop-in service, responding to requests for advice and support to customers and triaging them to the correct team member for support.
Main Responsibilities

About the role
The Hardman Trust supports people on long prison sentences to take their next steps in life. As the programme & volunteer coordinator your role is to help make this a reality through the coordination of programmes in line with our business plan, and overseeing the recruitment, onboarding and support of our volunteers.
Your role is designed to flex to coordinate existing or new programmes as the needs of our organisation and its users evolve. In its first year, your role will be to coordinate our Penfriends letter writing programme and our grants programme. This will involve growing both programmes across the estate, liaising with prisons to ensure the smooth running of both programmes, and ensuring sufficient volunteer coverage. You will have day-to-day administrative support from our Office, Programmes and Grants Administrator to complete administrative tasks, and you will be supported by the Head of Service Delivery to embed an organisational-wide approach to volunteering.

As a Money Advice Caseworker, you will be responsible for delivering high quality support services to clients across Devon, by telephone and face-to face, to sustain tenancies and prevent eviction wherever possible, with due regard to Homemaker’s policies and procedures.
You will have experience providing money advice to individuals at risk of homelessness and contemporary knowledge of debt solutions and welfare benefits.
Important qualities include strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and empower others, and the capacity to simplify complex information for clients. While most appointments will be conducted over the phone, some clients will require in-home visits, so the job demands flexibility to travel and work from different locations, necessitating the use of a personal vehicle
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with clients
- Ensure that clients receive a prompt and professional service.
- Provide advice and assistance through a range of channels: face-to-face, by phone, or by email. Seeing clients in office and at outreach locations and visiting clients in their own homes as required.
- Receive and respond to referrals from identified agencies in accordance with prevailing guidelines/funding.
- Provide support to clients including preparing accurate financial statements, budgeting advice, progression of debt options, advising on court proceedings for debt recovery and repossessions, and income maximisation to ensure take up of benefits and options such as backdating, overpayment and sanction challenges, appeals and representation if required.
- Keep the client at the centre of every case; check the client’s understanding and communication needs, agree on an action plan with clarity on who is doing what, encourage the client to be involved with actions as appropriate, keep the client informed of progress of case, and ensure cases are concluded in a positive way.
- Communicate and negotiate on clients’ behalf with third parties as appropriate.
- Give support in the sustainment of any tenancy, as appropriate.
- Ensure clients understand the terms of any tenancy or other legal obligation entered, or about to be entered into.
- Take a holistic approach to issues presented and signpost/refer to other services to help ensure that the advice and other support needs of the client are addressed appropriately.
