Mary's Meals International is recruiting for an experienced Personal Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Founder. Reporting directly to our Executive Assistant, in this fast paced and varied role you will provide a variety of support including diary management, attending meetings, taking minutes, managing follow up actions, event coordination, maintaining systems and processes and undertaking specific projects.
Key responsibilities & activities:
· Act as the first point of contact for our CEO, assessing priorities, redirecting calls, enquiries and requests.
· Diary management, including preparation of papers and information in advance.
· Creating letters and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO, proof-reading, and writing reports.
· Liaise with employees, affiliates, partners and donors, as required.
· Maintain online and offline filing systems for CEO.
· Managing emails, phone calls, post, general correspondence, reports, minutes of meetings, and forms.
· Carrying out background research and providing reports on various subjects.
· Support with the management of social media platforms.
· Organising internal and external meetings, including booking venues, arranging accommodation, preparing agendas and meeting papers, disseminating meeting papers and liaising with board members.
· Attend MMI office/and or Dalmally office on a regular basis to support with receiving visitors, arranging hospitality, assisting with video recordings and administration of handwritten letters.
· Organising and preparing complex travel itineraries and making all travel and accommodation arrangements necessary.
With fantastic interpersonal skills and robust experience as a Personal Assistant, you will thrive in a varied, fast paced role and will utilise your exceptional organisational skills to manage the balance of scheduled work with provision of unplanned support. With great communication skills, you will work closely with a range of stakeholders across a variety of geographies and cultures. This is a predominantly remote role however we will require you to attend our Glasgow and/or Dalmally offices as needed, to meet with our CEO.

Barnardo's is commissioned locally to provide a visiting Children's Rights and Advocacy Service to children and young people being held at Barton Moss SCC. About the role

Key Responsibilities
As a Media Officer, you’ll be a key member of our Media team:
- You will respond to journalist enquiries and ensure Samaritans has a voice in the issues that matter to us.

This is an exciting role within the Fundraising team in Wales that will enable RSPB Cymru to deliver impact. You will provide a high quality and front-line service prioritising risk, addressing the safety of male victims at high risk of harm from intimate partners, ex-partners or family members.
The role offers an exciting opportunity to shape services for male victims of domestic abuse in Wolverhampton, working within a multi agency framework consisting of the local MARAC and partnership responses to domestic abuse.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team at Groundwork as Digital Media Officer at Cannington Shaw Heritage Skills Academy, where you'll be at the heart of our mission to preserve and promote heritage skills. We are seeking someone with creativity and passion who will help us reach new audiences and inspire the next generation.
At it’s height, Cannington Shaw was the largest glass bottle maker in the world. All that now remains is the # 7 Bottle Shop – a fine example of what was once one of the first regenerative tank furnaces in the world. Derelict since closure of the works in the 1980s, it is now badly overgrown, with considerable structural deterioration. The site is a Scheduled Ancient Monument, Grade II Listed, and on the Heritage at Risk Register since 2002.
In the ownership of the Cannington Shaw Preservation Trust, the site is about to undergo a transformation as the first phase in restoring the building begins thanks to a £1.3m grant from the St Helens Town Deal.
A partner in the process, Groundwork Cheshire Lancs & Merseyside are leading on a project to develop and deliver a Heritage Skills Academy that aims to link the opportunities presented by the conservation and restoration of the building with local people wishing to develop their skills – with a particular focus on heritage construction skills.
This role is designed to provide practical hands on experience of working on a live heritage project, allowing the successful applicant to develop their experience of partnership working, – as well as a wide range of heritage skills, crafts and techniques.

We are looking for a Community Relationship Fundraiser to join our Income Generation team at the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association. Fundraising plays a crucial role in sustaining and advancing our care services and research collaborations within the Association. This support is essential for helping people living with and affected by MND.
You will play a key role in supporting fundraisers, helping them to reach their goals while building lasting connections with our charity. Ensuring income to the Association and lifetime value is maximised. Meeting agreed income and expenditure budgets to deliver high standards of supporter care and maximising the return on investment of fundraising activities will be an essential part of your role.
Providing essential guidance and support to fundraisers within your area, your focus will be on ensuring supporters feel valued and engaged, helping them to maximise their fundraising potential. You will achieve this through effective communication across various channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. By building strong relationships, you'll also help to increase their fundraising impact, introducing them to other opportunities within the charity and offering tailored advice.
Collaboration is key in this position. You will work closely with internal teams to create the best possible fundraising experience. By signposting to local volunteering branches and groups, you will help increase the overall value of community fundraising efforts.
You'll work closely with our wider team to maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring consistency and high standards of supporter care. Keeping funds on track and received within the right timescales will also be a key part of your role. You will ensure that all funds raised are received promptly and in compliance with legal and internal guidelines.
Location: Home-based. Option to work on a hybrid-basis from the Northampton office is available.
What are we looking for?
A background in fundraising or sales and account management. You should have experience in coaching and motivating others, helping them to achieve their fundraising targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. You will need to connect with supporters through various channels, fostering an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and perspectives. Your ability to understand and relate to the motivations of our fundraisers will be crucial.
Resilience and flexibility are important as you adapt to changing circumstances. You should also be skilled in time management, able to prioritise your workload and manage competing priorities effectively.
