About you
To be successful in this role, you will have skill and experience in the following areas:
- Substantial experience of, and a strong track record in fundraising, including personally soliciting and stewarding 5, 6 and 7 figure gifts from corporate partnerships or major donors.
- Experience in income generating and stewardship event development, project management and delivery.
- Leadership skills with experience of leading a team, nurturing development and managing performance.
- Experience of strategy development and implementation.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written skills with great attention to detail, and an ability to flex your style according to the audience.
- Managing a diverse workload with multiple deadlines, deliverables and stakeholders, thinking creatively to leverage opportunities and develop relationships.

- Some experience of running reports and exporting data, and of running data health routines, with understanding of relational databases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to an intermediate level, and excellent IT skills and analytical mindset.
- Good understanding of GDPR.
- Good interpersonal skills, and ability to work across teams, with ability to follow complex instructions and processes.

About the role

The Role
We need someone with professional social media and marketing experience who is passionate about driving the Sophie Lancaster Foundation forward. About the Role
The Assistant Management Accountant will work closely and support the Finance team to enhance projects and management accounting at Solace. You will give support to the Interim Financial Controller to produce accurate and timely internal and external financial reports.
In this role, you do the preparation of monthly income and expenditure management reports for allocated projects (including accruals, prepayments, fixed assets depreciations, apportions and reconciliation) and of allocated funder reports. Support with budget planning and forecasting. Ensure that management accounts are produced within established deadlines and distributed to budget holders. Provide monthly analysis. Assist and support in the preparation of with year-end close and audit. Work with Finance colleagues and Solace staff.
About You
The successful candidate will be a nearly qualified accountant or qualified by experience and desirably with knowledge of charity SORP reporting requirements. Able to produce accurate reporting on timely manner and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Can work with non-finance budget holders with clear communication skills. Have strong knowledge of Excel and of working with finance systems.

About the Role:
Working alongside the Engagement & Growth Manager, the Bid Lead will deliver Blue Triangle’s new Development Strategy as we evolve and change our service models in alignment to the needs of people, communities, and commissioners. The role will cover trusts, foundations and statutory funding applications/tenders.
About You:
- You have excellent literacy skills, a keen eye for detail, can bring a story to life and translate information from various formats into tenders, bids, project documentation and reports.
- You thrive in a diverse role, where no day will be the same, and can manage multiple projects and bids simultaneously, juggling conflicting priorities.
- Through a positive and proactive attitude, you build internal relationships for the greater good of your project and Blue Triangle’s services.

The successful applicant will be part of the management team, led by the Chief Executive and will have key responsibilities within that team. We are looking for someone with a passion to take our Café and Community kitchen to the next level by
offering excellent home made food prepared by Companions using ingredients grown here on site. A friendly nature is a must as well as experience working with different dietary and allergy requirements.
