As their Grants Officer, you will work in a team of grant management professionals, alongside a manager and an experienced programme coordinator to ensure the smooth running of one of their high-profile programmes. You will be responsible for a range of tasks across the project/grants management cycle, including assessment of funding applications, undertaking due diligence procedures, processing and managing claims, making payments, monitoring projects, analysing programme data, and liaising with project staff, grantees, and funders.
To be considered for this role, you will have significant experience of working in capital or complex grant management, ideally within the charity sector or similar. You will also have experience of working on a variety of partnerships, contracts and grant programmes involving a range of stakeholders, project types and grant sizes, with the ability to manage your own workload and support colleagues in a busy team. Lastly you will have strong customer service skills and be able to understand the needs of Funders and those receiving funding.

The Role
Reporting to the Compliance Lead, the Data Protection Adviser will drive the development of an improved Compliance culture throughout the charity whilst ensuring that we adhere to all relevant regulations and laws. The role would suit a candidate looking to develop a career in compliance and data protection.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Acting as a knowledge expert on compliance and promoting a culture of compliance within the charity in relation to data protection, fundraising and the provision of support services, by the provision of advice, guidance, internal communications and training.
· Assist in the development of new training materials and communications relating to Data Protection and Compliance including overseeing the relevant intranet pages.
· Help to review existing processes and policies and assist in the updating/development of these, along with tracking changes in the external environment that may have an impact on these policies and procedures.
· Overseeing, managing and responding to queries from the departments different inboxes including those for Data Protection, individual data rights requests and data breaches.
· Project managing a number of key actions from an external review of the organisation’s Data Protection practices.
· Assist the Compliance Lead and Associate Director of Legal and Governance in producing ad hoc and annual compliance reports along with any annual submissions to regulators, 3rd parties or external bodies.
About You
You have experience in, or be able to demonstrate:
· Knowledge of Data Protection and willingness to learn in other areas of compliance
· Experience of working in charities, not-for profit or healthcare sector
· Experience of senior stakeholder management and confidence in communicating with senior stakeholders
· Strong organisational skills

The Role
The CEO will be responsible for providing leadership, direction and overall management of Children’s Heart Surgery Fund, ensuring the charity delivers its mission, strategies and charitable objectives. Duties will include:
- Producing clear strategic and annual plans to determine the development and future direction of the charity in close collaboration with the Board of Trustees and staff team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Governance & Legal Structure Coordination

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:

Purpose of The role
Habitat GB is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of Advocacy to lead our efforts in advocating for policy change within the UK government (in particular targeting the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office) to prioritise housing in international development. This pivotal role will play a crucial part in supporting Habitat for Humanity's global advocacy agenda which aims to promote equitable access to adequate housing worldwide, focusing on informal settlements in the Global South. The Head of Advocacy will be instrumental in building Habitat GB's profile and influence, establishing strong relationships and coalitions with stakeholders in the UK, identifying lobbying opportunities, providing strategic political insight, and ensuring systematic monitoring and analysis of the international development political landscape.
