As our Mass Fundraising Acquisition Marketing Manager (Events) you’ll be part of an in-house team of marketeers responsible for driving mass, new customer acquisition across a portfolio of fundraising products and activities, including events, integrated brand and fundraising campaigns, cash appeals, and regular giving activity.
You’ll collaborate with our creative, media, and third-party agency suppliers, supporting the Senior Mass Fundraising Acquisition Marketing Manager in the development, execution, and optimisation of multi-million pound, omni-channel marketing and fundraising campaigns and marcomms within the overall British Heart Foundation (BHF) integrated media plan.
Additionally, you’ll work across a portfolio of fundraising activities, ensuring tactical delivery and optimisation to deliver transformative customer experiences and drive growth in support and income through mass new customer acquisition.
By putting the customer at the heart of everything you do, you’ll ensure that they feel central to our work and achievements, motivating them to continue funding our research in the long term.
Working arrangements
This is a fixed term contract until 11 April 2025, covering family leave. We are looking for the successful candidate to be able to start with us ASAP .
This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London office.

About you
As our ideal candidate, you will bring extensive and demonstrable marketing experience in designing, developing, and managing integrated, multi-channel marketing plans, delivering successful commercial outcomes, particularly in new customer acquisition and fundraising/income growth.
With excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, effective marketing team, you’ll have experience in paid media planning and optimisation across a full range of marketing channels, especially digital.
Highly numerate, with excellent planning and project management skills, you’ll possess extensive and evidenced marketing expertise, a comprehensive understanding of different marketing approaches, and the ability to use marketing to secure support across a broad range of channels. You will also have experience managing third-party agencies.
Preferably, you will also have an understanding of product and audience motivation in mass fundraising and/or experience of income-generating product or commercial plans.You can translate insights into action using your outstanding data and analysis skills, to optimise performance and engagement. Additionally, you’ll have experience managing significant expenditure budgets and executing departmental plans.

Summary of the role:

Better Cotton makes cotton better for the farmers who produce it and for all those who have a stake in the future of the cotton industry. Today almost a quarter of the world’s cotton is produced under the Better Cotton Standard, and 2.2million cotton farmers have been trained in sustainable farming practices and are licensed to grow Better Cotton. The Coordinator will drive revenue in support of ongoing success and growth of Better Cotton globally. The Communications Executive will co-ordinate and contribute to the planning, implementation, and optimisation of all internal and external communications. This will range from attraction campaigns, public relations, and the internal engagement calendar and events.

Sensory Services by Sight for Surrey is a county-wide charity supporting people of all ages who are Deaf, hard of hearing, blind, partially sighted, and deafblind. Job Purpose:

About the Role
PMC is looking for a Networks Manager (Parental Leave Cover) to manage the delivery of the Centre’s Networks and further develop our offer of networking events and skill development programmes.
The PMC’s Networks connect and support researchers who are engaging with British art in its broadest sense, at different stages of their working lives. The networks currently include the Doctoral Researchers Network (DRN), Early Career Researchers Network (ECRN) and the British Art Network (BAN), a subject-specialist network supported by PMC in partnership with Tate. The programming of each network is led by a convenor: annually appointed external convenors in the case of the ECRN and DRN; the Head of Grants, Networks and Learning in the case of BAN. Additionally, the PMC Networks team run programmes and events to support the vocational development of emerging researchers and professionals, currently including the British Art in Motion film competition and the Art Trade Seminar. During 2025 our Networks programme will be developed and refined, with a new consolidated network for emerging researchers. The post-holder will undertake the final planning and implementation of the new network.
Salary will be £44,000.
This post is a fixed-term contract for a minimum period of 10 months, full-time and the hours of work are 35 per week.

The successful applicant will:
- take an active role in the BAN team, based across Tate and PMC, in overseeing the effective delivery of the Network’s activities
- lead on BAN’s membership and communications, including working with the external web developer in maintaining and developing the dedicated BAN website and preparing and delivering membership-wide mailings
- work with the Convenor to plan and deliver the Curatorial Forum (a global residential programme) overseeing the logistics and administration (including travel and accommodation bookings)

- manage the effective planning, administration and delivery of DRN and ECRN programmes, working with PMC colleagues and the Network Convenors

Role Description
This role will contribute to A4ID’s mission of promoting the UN SDGs, the power of pro bono, and strengthening the rule of law by focusing on climate change and environmental conservation.
The Project Manager will oversee the delivery of a project focused on combatting the Illegal Wildlife Trade (IWT) in the Kavango Zambezi (KAZA) region in Southern Africa. This will include convening partnership stakeholders for project planning and development, devising and implementing activity plans, sourcing experts and developing monitoring and evaluation. This role contributes to building the capacity of legal actors on needed legal support and expertise to tackle issues such as illegal wildlife trade in Southern Africa, as well as climate mitigation and adaptation around the world, particularly in low to middle-income countries. The Project Manager will also have opportunities to engage in coordination and learning activities, representing the KAZA project as part of A4ID’s broader portfolio.
You will lead on and advance A4ID’s climate-related and environmental projects, including related business development and developing and supporting new service offerings and products. The role will also support A4ID teams in relation to climate and environmental projects (including strategic pro bono projects) and will contribute to thought leadership, enhancing knowledge generation, and communications.
