About the role 

This is a new role and sits in the Fundraising and Digital Directorate. The Fundraising and Digital function is responsible for all the charity’s fundraising, brand, website, social media, emails and lead generation campaigns. This role sits within the Public Fundraising Team, which secures donations from individuals signed up to our newsletters and individuals giving up to £5,000 per year, legators and regular givers. 

With the ongoing worldwide refugee crisis, Refugee Council is needed more than ever. Effectively communicating a positive narrative about refugees and the refugee council, alongside raising funds to invest in our services, advocacy and engagement work has never been more important. The organisation is embarking on an exciting new phase with a new ambitious strategy, a new senior leadership team and a much higher external profile. We are ambitious about growing our supporter base over the next five years, from both online and offline givers. This is a critical role that will drive digital retention and acquisition activities and leading on our email marketing efforts. You will support the development and delivery of our digital marketing programme, focusing on both the stewardship of existing supporters and the acquisition of new donors. You will also play a key role in managing our email marketing campaigns, ensuring high-quality, personalised communication that drives income and contributes to an excellent supporter experience.

About the Role

The Head of Public Affairs and Policy is responsible for overseeing Reprieve’s political engagement and policy work; managing public affairs and policy focused staff; and steering forward advocacy and policy that advances Reprieve’s strategic objectives on behalf of our clients in all the jurisdictions where we operate. 

Reprieve’s current policy goals in the UK include prohibiting intelligence sharing where there is a risk of torture or the death penalty, ensuring UK security assistance doesn’t contribute to human rights violations, and ending the practice of citizenship stripping. The role involves close collaboration with Reprieve’s regional and thematic casework teams to encourage states to restrict or end the use of the death penalty or involvement in other human rights abuses such as torture and arbitrary detention. 

Reprieve’s work encompasses a number of regions across the world, including the Middle East and North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia, South East Asia, and the United States. Location, contract and salary

This is a full-time role, on a one-year fixed term contract, with the possibility to extend, subject to funding. The annual salary is £61,003 per annum, less any required deductions for income tax and national insurance. 
This role is based in Reprieve’s London office. Reprieve operates a hybrid working model and we require staff to work 40% of their working hours from the London office and the rest of the week from home. Role overview

 An exciting opportunity for a creative and highly motivated candidate with strong technical expertise to help increase Global Canopy's impact by making world-leading environmental and financial data more accessible to our key audiences in the finance sector, business, government and civil society. 

The role will focus on the ENCORE tool which helps governments, central banks, financial institutions and businesses assess their nature-related risks and impacts around the world. This is Global Canopy's all-encompassing tool: while Trase and Forest 500 focus mostly on agriculture and deforestation, ENCORE's ambition is to connect all types of economic activities to many more forms of nature depletion globally. It is developed in partnership with UNEP WCMC and UNEP FI.

The primary goal for this role will be the creation of the EU Nature Dependency Dashboard in a new website.

Magpas Air Ambulance are looking for a driven and organised Challenges and Events Officer to join our Corporate, Community and Events Team. This is a key income-generating role, responsible for the planning, promotion, and delivery of a portfolio of challenge and fundraising events – including third-party, virtual and flagship events.

The postholder will work closely with colleagues and external partners to deliver exceptional supporter experiences that inspire participation, encourage fundraising, and maximise income for the charity.

You’ll need solid project management skills, strong supporter stewardship instincts, and a good understanding of how digital channels can be used to recruit, engage, and motivate fundraisers.

While you’ll be supported by our Digital Fundraising Officer, you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive marketing and recruitment plan – combining digital campaigns with in-person promotion and outreach at events and through partner networks.

This role would suit someone with some experience working on charity challenge events who is ready to take the next step in their career – bringing their knowledge, creativity and energy to a role where they can work with autonomy, ownership and impact.

Role Summary:

• Lead the planning, promotion and delivery of a portfolio of fundraising challenge events, including third-party, virtual and flagship activities

The Trusts and Foundations Team is part of the Fundraising and Marketing Communications Department and is responsible for delivering over £3m a year for the organisation’s services.

As Senior Trust Fundraising Manager you will be responsible for managing our existing donor relationships, researching new funding opportunities and preparing applications with a focus on 5 and 6 figure funding. This is a well-established income stream for Whizz Kidz with content for proposals readily available and accessible and you will have the opportunity to work with long standing supporters, helping them feel inspired by the impact of their gift. You will use your skills of relationship management to make a real difference to the lives of young wheelchair users. Finally, you will join an ambitious and collaborative fundraising team, keen to share success and support one another.

The ideal candidate will have experience of growing a Trust income stream and of preparing donor reports and providing excellent stewardship to funders and will be an excellent spoken and written communicator with a particular emphasis on funding application writing and reporting. They will have strong prospect research skills with the ability to secure higher value funding partnerships and an understanding of the issues young wheelchair users face.

About the Role

As Team Leader, you will assist the Manager in the running of a 16+ semi-independent supported accommodation service, supporting the delivery of high quality transition services for young people that promote their independence and increase their life skills.

The Woodland Trust is looking for a Campaigning Administrator - Woods and Trees Under Threat to join our Campaigning team

The Role: 
•    In this role, you will be primarily responsible for answering questions from the public relating to woods and trees that are in danger, on behalf of the team that works on campaigns. The Trust gets hundreds of these questions every year.
•    You’ll be responsible for keeping records up to date, answering emails and occasional phone calls, and offering help and advice. 
•    This is a vital position in showing how much we’re making an impact and making sure we’re helping people who care about woods and trees.
•    This is a part-time position; 25 hours a week, ideally working over 4 days - Monday to Thursday.
•    This role includes a mix of working from home and at our main office in Grantham, Lincolnshire. Visits to Grantham would be required no more than once a month on average.

We are currently looking for Senior Copywriter with 5+ years of experience and a proven track record of crafting bold and standout brand voice, impactful campaign messaging in both long and short form, and is capable of creating engaging and insightful yearly reports.
