Main Areas of Responsibility
ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an Apprenticeships Service Administrator to support the apprenticeship provision within Harris Federation Central Head Office.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the apprenticeship team and support by managing administration and providing essential support to apprentices across the Harris Federation. Key responsibilities include the organisation of Apprenticeship events, maintaining individual learner records (ILR), data analysis, and managing the virtual learning platform and MIS. Additionally, there will be a requirement to assist line managers and staff members with Apprenticeship queries.
A primary focus is on onboarding learners and maintaining accurate enrolment records, contributing to the effective delivery and evaluation of apprenticeship programs across the Federation.
Qualifications & Experience
MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Reporting to the Apprenticeship Manager you will be responsible for:
General Administration and Apprentice Support
- Supporting Harris Federation as a main provider, ensuring all apprentice data is accurate and up to date
- Preparing and updating PowerPoint presentations to promote apprenticeships
- Organising and promoting apprenticeship events and information sessions
- Supporting the promotional/marketing strategy to drive apprenticeship applications and delivery
- Organising and managing information days for prospective learners / students and supporting the recruitment to various apprenticeship programmes
- Maintaining responsibility for monitoring and updating records on the DAS (Digital Apprenticeship Service) system and other data system trackers
- Maintaining apprenticeship records, including the apprenticeship tracking system, producing reports to monitor enrolment, completion rates, and levy usage
- Helping to maintain the EOSONE learning platform to ensure accurate data and the declaration of our monthly ILRs (individual learner records)
- Supporting the implementation, procurement, quality assurance and evaluation of the apprenticeship offer to support business objectives
- Data analysis and preparing regular reports on performance of various programmes
Management Information System (MIS)
- Managing and actively updating EOSONE learning platform to ensure all the learner portfolios are up to date including off the job
- Supporting with the on-boarding of learners on the Harris Federation main provider provision and the completion of relevant enrolment documentation, procedures, and guidance
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Strong project management skills with experience of complex projects with multiple stakeholders

- Experience of working with various MIS within the FE sector and working with the third-party service provider to ensure the platforms are user friendly and up to date

How we work with Employers and Higher Education Institutions
At Unifrog, we partner with universities and employers to help them connect with our global network of highly engaged students, teachers and careers leaders.
Our partnerships allow universities and employers to co-create content which can be accessed on the Unifrog platform (including online subject taster courses and day-in-the-life videos), share upcoming events and opportunities with relevant Unifrog students and teachers, and take part in a series of events throughout the year aimed at providing students at Unifrog schools with all the information they need to make the best decisions for their futures, and create the strongest applications.
The Employer and HE teams exist to support each of Unifrog's university and employer partners to make the most of their partnership with Unifrog, and to secure new partnerships with universities and employers who could benefit from a relationship with Unifrog.
The role and responsibilities
As New Business Lead for Employer and HE Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in driving Unifrog’s growth in our employer and higher education markets. You’ll need to be target driven to help create a wider network of universities and employers to support Unifrog students from around the world to find their best next step.
You will be given support by both the HE and Employer teams but will also have the autonomy to lead your own campaigns and projects.

Your key responsibilities:

Design tailored campaigns involving emails, phone calls, webinars and social media, to target employers and higher education institutions in a smart and engaging way.

Communicate with interested employers and higher education institutions to explain the work we do at Unifrog and the partnerships we offer in a compelling manner to secure online demonstrations for our Employer and Higher Education Partnership Managers.

Attend conferences (sometimes overseas) to promote the work we do at Unifrog and network with relevant stakeholders in the employer and higher education sectors.

Be the first port of call for partnership/collaboration enquiries from employers and higher education institutions.

Analyse data from the Unifrog platform to inform your research around suitable higher education institutions and employers that we don’t work with but who would benefit from a partnership with us.

We are seeking a full-time Primary Science Mentor to join our team of experts. Through your knowledge of and passion for primary science education, you will inspire transformational change in schools.
You'll be home based and able to support schools in one of the following regions: East Midlands, North East England, North West England or South Wales Valleys.
About the Primary Science Teaching Trust (PSTT)
PSTT is a registered charity with a clear vision – we want to see excellent teaching of science in every primary classroom in the UK. We believe it is vital that children are engaged and inspired by science from an early age. We want to draw on their natural curiosity to help them explore, understand and ask questions about the world around them.
We’ve built a Primary Science Teacher College of over 200 outstanding teachers; each helping to shape and influence science teaching across the UK. We produce great resources that improve how science is taught and planned. We organise engaging professional learning events for teachers, and work with partner organisations to further enhance how science is taught. Our 2023-28 strategy is building on these strengths to reach more teachers across a more diverse range of schools.
We’re dedicating our most intensive efforts to areas of the UK requiring most development in primary science. Our Priority Areas initiative is being piloted in 30 schools, and in September 2025 we plan to launch this programme in a further 30 schools. Our Regional Mentors have worked with more than 3,000 schools across England, with exceptionally positive feedback.
Job summary
There are two parts to the Primary Science Mentor role. The majority of the role will focus on strengthening primary science teaching and leadership by leading our second Priority Areas initiative. Through their knowledge of and passion for primary science education, the successful candidate will inspire transformational change in schools taking part in this project. They will build close working relationships with participating schools and create a vibrant and exciting learning community based on mutual support and the sharing of expertise.
The remaining hours in the role will be as a Regional Mentor: joining PSTT’s growing team of primary science experts who provide bespoke support directly to individual schools, multi-academy trusts and other school groupings and organisations. This includes developing and delivering training in a variety of contexts, including online; working individually with Science Leaders; being a leading voice, expert and advocate for primary science (both regionally and nationally); and creating partnerships with other organisations that support science within the region.
A crucial part of the role is to ensure collection of appropriate data for both Priority Areas and Regional Mentor activities, so that we can evaluate our work against intended outcomes.

The role and your key responsibilities
As an Account Manager, your role is to make sure that all partners in your area make the most out of the Unifrog platform. You’ll build and maintain excellent working relationships with your partner schools and colleges, and provide expert guidance on how to embed the platform across all year groups.
You will cover your own area of the country with occasional travel to your partner schools and colleges (on average 1-2 days per week).

Monitor and analyse usage across partner schools and colleges; identifying partners that need additional support to use the platform effectively.

Attend conferences and run CPD events on behalf of Unifrog.

Main Responsibilities:

About the role
The Legal Clinic Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of King’s Legal Clinic (‘the Clinic’), under the direction of the Clinic Director and Assistant Director. The Legal Clinic Manager has line management responsibility for the Legal Clinic Coordinator and Legal Clinic Administrator.
Daily Clinic activities include supervising students in the processing of potential client enquires across the in-house Legal clinics; suitability and conflict checks with law firm partners; allocation of cases to student advisors and internal and external supervisors; delivery and organisation of the Clinic’s research and justice projects and training program.
The Legal Clinic Manager is responsible for ensuring the Clinic works smoothly, efficiently and is a positive learning environment and workplace for students and Clinic staff.
The role holder must have excellent organisational, IT, project management, and communication skills. An ability to relate to and work with a diverse range of students, partner organisations and clients. Purpose of role:
To work in partnership with the Head of Training and Qualifications and other colleagues to ensure effective delivery, monitoring and Internal Quality Assurance of Bild BTEC qualifications including Certificates and Diplomas.
Role Summary:
The Qualifications Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of Qualifications & Diplomas throughout BILD and the RRN and to assist with the vision of becoming the qualification provider of choice for Learning Disability and/ or Autism Professionals and Providers.
The Qualifications Coordinator will lead on Internal Quality Assurance and other processes to ensure that the requirements of awarding bodies/assessment centres are fully met.

This is a newly created role which is being introduced to support the centralisation and future growth of the Marlow Education Trust . This hands-on role will be responsible for preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring all transactions and month-end processes are carried out, preparation of balance sheet, capital projects and fixed assets reconciliations , line management of finance officers and assistants, as well as oversight of accounts payable, accounts receivable and VAT returns. You will be involved in cash flow forecasting, treasury/banking processes, budgeting/forecasting process, monthly reporting, variance analysis and more. You will support the CFO, and work closely with all schools’ leadership teams and Headteachers.
The successful candidate will have previous financial experience ideally in a school environment and a recognised accounting qualification,, and will be flexible and able to demonstrate an ability to adapt to a changing environment. You will be professional in your approach to all aspects of the role, extremely well organised, a team player and competent with accounting and procurement software, MsOffice and Google Suites.
Main Responsibilities

Produce draft monthly and annual financial statements, including payroll and balance sheets reconciliations, income and expenditure, and cash flow statements

Undertake payroll preparation including staff cost allocation on a monthly basis

Support the production of regular re-forecasts during the academic year

Prepare and post monthly and annual prepayment and accruals

Maintain fixed asset register and post depreciation

Monitor of capital projects income and expenditure and carry out necessary postings at the end of each project

Ensure compliance with VAT, taxation, and other liabilities, minimizing amounts due while meeting legal requirements

Undertake a credit control function thus ensuring that the payment of outstanding sums are received as swiftly as possible

Liaise with auditors and facilitate all audit arrangements

Manage finance team in the central services and work closely with School Leaders to provide consistent financial information to all schools

Collaborate with the CFO to design and implement new financial systems and processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness while maintaining strong internal controls

Act as an extended part of the schools' Senior Leadership Teams, providing high-level support to their back-office functions

Support schools in setting reliable and realistic budgets based on consistent planning assumptions

Monitor and identify corrective actions when necessary to ensure budget adherence.

As an Admissions Manager, you'll provide vital support to the Head of Admissions, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing the Admissions team, and ensuring all processes are efficient, fair, and customer-focused. You will also collaborate with key stakeholders, manage applicant communications, and ensure compliance with UCAS regulations.
Your new role
- To provide management support to the Head of Admissions around the admissions business process, and in the development and documentation of agreed processes, procedures and policies.
- To take operational management responsibility for student admissions in relation to all applications across the University (FE, UG & PGT & PGR), including the provision of training to admissions practitioners.
- To act as line manager to Admissions Officers.
- To ensure all admissions processes, policies and procedures are being followed throughout the University within agreed Service Level Agreements.
- To have responsibility for the liaison with Programme Directors and Deputy Deans to resolve the legitimacy of rejects, alternative course offers and APEL decisions.
- To regularly generate reports and analysis to inform the progression and development of the admissions team, and to provide ad-hoc statistical analysis when requested from the Head of Admissions or other stakeholders.
- To work closely with the Student Recruitment & Engagement team to ensure a seamless student journey from application to enrolment.
- To develop, manage, monitor and report on applicant communications using the SITS student record system and the CRM system.
- Liaise with colleagues in the Marketing, Communications & Content team to ensure non-entry requirement UCAS Entry Profile information is accurate and reviewed annually.
- To be responsible for monitoring application statistics to ensure that they match application data held in the SITS student record system
- Be responsible for fee status assessment and ensure that the Admissions Team are kept informed on changes to fee status classification and UKVI requirements.
- To act as the main point of contact for the application process with key stakeholders both internally and externally, particularly with feeder schools and colleges with external progression agreements in place (in collaboration with the Partnerships & Engagement Manager, who has responsibility for maintaining feeder school relationships).
- In addition, the Admissions Manager will be responsible for maintaining successful operational relationships between Academic Staff, Registry, Student Services and Finance.
- To act as an ambassador during Open Days and external Marketing & Student Recruitment events on behalf of the university, both within the UK and overseas when required.
- To manage the day-to-day delivery of the admissions process, developing a culture of excellent customer service.
- To develop and monitor agreed customer service standards (e.g. turnaround times, customer journey, application workflows etc.)
- To support the process for developing and agreeing entry criteria, offer-making strategies and communication plans.
