About the Role
Reporting to our Marketing Manager this role plays an important part in supporting SIB’s strategy and focus.
We are looking for someone who:

Key responsibilities
Marketing
1 Working with Marketing Manager to implement the Marketing Strategy, including contributing to campaigns, messages and stakeholder relations.
2. Supporting the implementation of marketing plans for specific funds, working with our delivery partners and sub-contractors, as appropriate, and helping with programme and fund roundtables and events.
3. Supporting the Director of Investments and the Marketing Manager in delivering new business strategies by providing market analysis and data, publicity plans, key messages, event planning, set up and coordination as necessary.
4. Supporting the Marketing Manager with marketing contacts in partner, investee and other stakeholder organisations, maintaining contacts and ensuring that SIB funds and programmes are represented across sector events and in peer publications.
5. Liaise with the Business Development Manager to contribute effectively to new tenders, including supplying accurate marketing and communications data and deliverable activities.
Communications
6. Working with the CEO, Deputy CEO and Marketing Manager to implement the Marketing Strategy, including developing and managing campaigns, messages and stakeholder relations.
7. Supporting the development of content and publications as required including newsletters, brochures and reports, case studies, blogs, articles, website content, e-newsletter content.
8. Working with the Marketing Manager and Policy and Communications Manager to liaise with external networks – national, third sector and key regional press contacts, other communications managers – to increase the reach of SIB’s work and to disseminate it widely.
9. To adopt our continuous improvement and learning ethos.

- Experience of creating impactful marketing materials and campaigns utilising multiple channels and platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our small but professional and friendly development team to continue the delivery of our high-quality new build homes programme.
We design our homes to high standards, incorporating local architectural features. Our typical sites are around six to ten affordable homes, although we can also develop a small number of outright sale homes through our subsidiary ER Homes Ltd to cross subsidise the affordable homes.
About you:
To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record in working and successfully delivering affordable housing development and preferably rural housing. You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work both collaboratively and independently. It takes a special project manager with professionalism, enthusiasm, tenacity and a great deal of pride to stay the course and deliver these small, often challenging yet ultimately rewarding community housing schemes. The right candidate will also have sufficient technical expertise, from a formal qualification or direct experience. For a large commercially focused charity in London, we're recruiting a Property and Asset Manager for a 6-month contract to manage the performance of their property assets portfolio and ensure the delivery of a high-quality service to all users. Role Summary
ProVeg International is a global organisation made up of 12 national non-profit teams, each of which responsible for local fundraising, supported by an international fundraising team focused on major opportunities, international, and core funding.
The role of the Grant Writing Manager is to provide excellent and compelling fundraising content of all kinds, whether internal cases for support, proposals, applications or reports in order to support the goal of at least doubling our global income from around 15 to 30 million dollars in the next three years.
You will be an expert in grant writing, and have a keen eye for detail and basic financial acumen related to project funding bids. Leading People’s Economy’s approach to training
- With support from the Programme Director, lead the development of People’s Economy’s approach to training and workshops to create an approach and set of standards to be applied across the organisation.
- Stay abreast of developments in training best practice across similar organisations and use this knowledge to further develop People’s Economy’s training approach.
- Develop resources (e.g. types of training exercises) that can be used across People’s Economy’s training work

Responsibilities
- Lead and innovate UK fundraising efforts, focusing on major donors and corporates.
- Develop a creative 3-year fundraising strategy and set actionable annual and quarterly objectives.
- Cultivate and expand relationships with new major donors, moving them along a prospect pipeline.

The Royal British Legion (RBL), the leading Armed Forces charity, is looking for an experienced marketing manager to join their Fundraising directorate and lead a brilliant team to develop and implement a range of supporter acquisition marketing programmes to achieve the growth ambitions of their Fundraising strategy.
RBL holds a special place in the hearts and minds of generations of people in society. As the largest military charity in the UK and home of the extraordinary Poppy Appeal it has provided support to members of the Armed Forces community for over 100 years. Today is no different. The needs of veterans, young and old, serving personal and their families are growing and complex. To support them the charity needs to raise awareness and donations.
The Supporter Acquisition team at RBL is responsible for all marketing to attract new supporters across a large portfolio of appeals/products and media. The charity is seeking a team leader who has significant expertise with a wide range of marketing channels and can really add value to large well-established programmes with their experience, knowledge and drive to continually improve, identify appropriate new opportunities and shape supporter acquisition programmes.
The role involves leading an experienced team of two managers and two co-ordinators, and leading relationships with key suppliers. The marketing programmes include most significantly face-to-face fundraising (from stands in retail space or expos/outdoor events and door-to-door) and DRTV advertising, plus some print campaigns, payroll giving and 3rd party marketing. The role will also manage development projects that could include aspects of digital fundraising. An important part of the role is developing advertising for the nation’s largest charity appeal, the Poppy Appeal each November.
RBL introduced a new fundraising strategy last year called ‘Three Giants’ to focus on protecting and strengthening three vital areas of income generation, the Poppy Appeal, individual giving and gifts in wills. Now is an exciting time to join the charity to help to implement the strategic change and to be a key stakeholder or lead in a variety of cross-team workstreams.
As an experienced senior marketing manager, you would hit the ground running to optimally deliver plans with your team, whilst helping to shape programme strategies and review supply requirements.
