This role oversees audience engagement on social media channels, the web and newsletters. The post-holder has a strong focus on delivery to deadlines, as well as the development and execution of a global content strategy. Working closely with regional colleagues, the role will also ensure that there is effective distribution of content across their global network.

The successful candidate will bring excellent experience of content creation with significant editorial expertise to ensure compelling story-led content. You will have considerable experience in developing and executing successful content strategies across multiple channels with an excellent knowledge of the social media landscape, platforms, and how best to utilise these to grow audiences. About the role

We want to reach and support more people with heart and circulatory conditions, helping them to feel informed, empowered and understood. 

You’ll play a key role in doing this, using analytics to evaluate, analyse and plan content; developing and improving user journeys; and producing new content that meets users’ needs.

You will help shape and drive the user-centred digital content of the Health Content Team, working closely with colleagues across the BHF, in particular in insights, digital products, UX and CRO, and marketing and communications.

Acting as the content management system expert within the Health Content team, you will also be the main point of contact with the Digital team.

Working arrangements 

This is a 12 month fixed term contract, covering a sabbatical. 

This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London office.

You are skilled in SEO, content migration, taxonomy, information architecture, and collaborating with development teams. An outstanding project manager, you apply content design techniques and processes effectively.

Your extensive stakeholder management experience helps you work well with multidisciplinary teams, acting as an ambassador for the Health Content team.

It would be advantageous to have:

• Knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, and Sitecore.
• Understanding of cardiovascular health issues.

Your new role

• Cash management - monitor daily cash balances and cash flow projections to support operational needs.
• Banking relationships - cultivate and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, serving as the main point of contact for treasury-related matters. Coordinate bank account opening, closing, and management.
• Cash forecasting - develop and maintain cash forecasting models to accurately predict short-term and long-term cash requirements. Analyse cash flow trends, variances and risks.
• Financial reporting - prepare regular reports on cash positions, liquidity metrics, and financial performance for senior management and external stakeholders. Assist in the preparation of cash flow statements and other treasury-related disclosures for financial reporting processes.
• Risk management - identify, assess, and manage financial risks, including currency risk, interest rate risk and counterparty risk. Develop and implement hedging strategies to mitigate exposure to financial risks and safeguard the institute's assets.

What you'll need to succeed

• Professional certification such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is desirable.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is essential.
• 3+ years of experience within a treasury, cash management, or financial analysis roles is essential. Preferably within a global organisation or within the not-for-profit sector.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, banking operations and cash flow management.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Experience with the financial system Workday is preferred.
