About the role
As a Family Resettlement Worker, you will work with a caseload of families and individuals who have arrived in Westminster, London under a UK government (refugee) resettlement scheme (or who have been resettled to Westminster through another route). You will support people in their homes and in the local community, guiding them to identify their goals as they begin their new lives in Westminster.
Support to our clients is holistic and will include: support to register with GP and access/understand the UK health system; support to understand and apply for benefits; support and encouragement to engage in Employment, Training and Education opportunities; and support to manage their housing tenancies. Our ultimate goal is for clients to feel safe, respected and hopeful for their future in the UK.
For occupational requirement reasons, we are seeking female applicants only for this post (exemption under the Equality Act 2010; Schedule 9 Part 1). The Hepatitis C Trust has developed projects nationally whereby peers use their lived experience of injecting drug use and hepatitis C, to provide education and training to service users and staff in drug and alcohol, hostel and homeless services, increasing hepatitis C awareness, access to testing and referral to treatment, for people living with hepatitis C.

Working under the guidance of the Peer Programme Manager, this post will continue the development of the project, recruiting and coordinating peers across identified areas within Eastern ODN. Working in partnership with hepatitis C clinical teams, drug and alcohol services and homeless service providers, the post will coordinate delivery of educational workshops, hepatitis C testing in community settings, ensure that service users are referred and supported through hepatitis C treatment and care.

About this vital role
Our successful candidate’s focus will be to provide operational management support across one or more contracts awarded by the HMPPS to deliver Finance, Benefit and Debt (FBD) services in Wales. This will see you provide leadership and operational management support in debt and welfare benefits to a team of Financial Wellbeing Coaches (FWCs), Team Leaders and Administration team employed in the delivery of the contracts, and to plan and support the day-to-day workload for the team and setting performance objectives with the team and monitor progress.
You will also be expected to monitor and manage all aspects of delivery and performance to ensure compliance with policy and procedures and to manage partnerships including local and national delivery partners and any agencies with whom we are developing referral arrangements. Duties and Responsibilities

- On a monthly basis, prepare the management accounts for the organisation. For presentation to the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, ensure arithmetic accuracy, full reconciliation to the general ledger, analysis of all material variances and identification of underlying trends.
- Once the management accounts have been approved, liaise with budget holders to effectively communicate their monthly results, and provide sound guidance and advice on effective budget management and forecasting of future spend.

Position
Reporting into the Head of Communications, this is a strategic and hands-on management role responsible for driving ShareAction’s media function and acting as a key business partner for colleagues across the organisation. You’ll enjoy working in a fast-paced, changing campaigning environment and have excellent organisational skills to be able to manage multiple projects at once. You might have previous experience developing media activity within a campaigning or advocacy organisation or on social, environmental or financial issues.

Your key responsibility will be leading the data migration process, from mapping and cleaning data, to ensuring it aligns with our new CRM structure. You'll work closely with our delivery partner to transform data from Raiser's Edge into Dynamics 365, ensuring all data is correctly mapped and validated before migration. Part of your role will involve minimising disruptions during any downtime and advising on potential risks or training gaps that may arise throughout the project.
You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the migrated data, checking for losses, inaccuracies, or duplications, and developing a robust recovery plan for the migration process. You will also work alongside our delivery partner to carry out thorough testing and validation to ensure the data transfer is accurate and meets the needs of the organisation.
Additionally, you'll support the documentation of data structures and migration processes, keeping stakeholders informed of any data changes or updates. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will provide advice to guide data-led decision-making throughout the project.
This role also involves supporting team training on data standards and the use of Dynamics 365, helping the organisation transition to the new system smoothly.

What are we looking for?
Experience within a Data Lead or Data Manager role and a strong background in CRM migration projects, ideally involving Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You'll have an excellent understanding of data management, migration methodologies, and CRM structures, with hands-on experience in tools such as SQL and data mapping, ELT processes and data validation.
Your experience working on large-scale CRM implementations with third-party delivery partners will be essential, as will your ability to manage data validation and ensure a smooth transition to the new platform.
You'll need excellent analytical skills to interpret data and resolve complex issues, alongside strong organisational and project management abilities. Collaboration and communication skills are key, as you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve successful outcomes.

Job Summary
CAAS provide an ADHD and Autism Support Service for the 8 boroughs of NW London, from our base in Eastcote, with a team of Support Workers. Our work includes offering information, advice, and support to ADHD / autistic people, their families, and professionals in NW London, with the aim of improving quality of life and developing neurodiverse-aware communities. Some of the support is offered through one2one meetings, some of the support is provided through groups and courses which aim to increase understanding and awareness, and provide opportunities for peer support, and some of the support is offered through training and workshops to educate professionals and drive for accommodations to be made to services to allow greater access for our client group.
The Family Team Lead will assist the Family Service Manager in overseeing the operational running and leadership and management of our Family Team at our centre in Eastcote.
The Family Team Lead will be responsible for the line management of some of our Family Support Workers, as well as the direct delivery of services, including being the lead facilitator on some of our parenting courses. As such, we are looking for a friendly, organised and hard-working individual. The role requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication skills and a drive to ensure everyone who seeks support from us has the best possible experience. There is no requirement for any experience of, or understanding of, autism / ADHD, as we will provide training on the conditions. The Community Engagement Department enables our student community leaders to gain the knowledge, skills and connections for themselves and their student communities to thrive.
