The Senior Digital Manager will oversee the delivery of the ambitious growth strategy for National Theatre at Home, having responsibility for driving acquisition, engagement and retention strategies across marketing and product, to drive audience and brand growth.
The role reports to the Head of National Theatre at Home, supporting the strategic delivery as well as reviewing and setting the roadmap against KPIs, and managing a team of two marketers. The role works collaboratively with Data, Programming and content teams across the NT and will play a key role in developing new and innovative ways to bring streamed theatre to new global audiences.

About you
Ideally you will already have experience in an administration or customer service role and looking to start a career in fundraising. Main duties of the job
· Provide support to the department on a range of administrative tasks including, dealing with enquiries (postal, telephone, email, face to face), opening and sorting post
· Represent the charity at internal and external events which includes attending third party and charity owned events, school presentations & promotional activities, this will include some evenings and weekends.
· Manage all event bookings for the Hospital charity corner area. Ensuring area is booked and that stallholders are sent guidelines and relevant certificates sought from suppliers and provide support on the day
· Process one-off and regular donations from both online and offline sources ensuring procedures are followed and information is recorded correctly onto the database
· To assist the fundraisers with administration of staff lottery, gifts in kind, raffle and prize led promotion and fundraising as required including managing gift drives.
· Create an equipment inventory, monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers to order/receive goods necessary for carrying out team fundraising activities (using oracle)
· Support the team with staff initiatives and giveaways including setting up ballots on the charity website
· Visit all our hospitals regularly to support the team with fundraising activities and ensure our branding is visible and up to date
· Ensure the database is kept accurate and up-to-date by recording changes including mailing preferences, address details and financial information
· To manage all collection boxes in the community, ensuring they are logged in and out correctly and recorded on the database. To work with the fundraisers to increase income in this area
· Thank individual supporters and organisations timely and courteous manner and record these communications on the database. This includes sending out fundraising packs, event invitations and event confirmations.
· To recruit and manage volunteers, ensuring they undertake rewarding tasks which are both motivational for the volunteer and cost effective for the charity
· To support the Marketing and Communications Manager by generating content for marketing purposes including social media and producing basic marketing materials

About the role:

This will include managing their Inhouse Repairs Team and external contractors to ensure repairs and void works are completed to the required standards and timescales, along with ensuring their properties are safe, secure, and inspected at the required frequencies. There will be regular contact and liaison with their In-House Repairs Team, staff, external contractors, and residents, so good communication skills are required.
The role will involve frequent travel across their stock portfolio, so you will need to have suitable transportation. This is also a hybrid role, but there will be a need to be in their various offices as and when required.

You’ll be responsible, through the Chief Executive to the Board of Management, for the effective management of support and wellbeing services which includes all operational services across our client's organisation
You will also have responsibility for business development and fundraising, quality and performance, as well as landlord liaison functions within the charity - a property portfolio in the region of 260 units. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will work collaboratively with senior colleagues, Board Members and Charity Trustees.
Job requirements:
- Drive the strategic direction of the organisation, as part of the Executive Team, contributing to the development and delivery of the Group’s corporate plan and all policy formulation at strategic level.
- Demonstrate clear, determined leadership. With specific responsibility for the strategic direction of Revival, Glow and Concrete, you will lead on delivery of the business and growth strategy, budget management, contractual targets and requirements, as well as wider Group objectives.
- Ensure effective governance arrangements for Honeycomb Charitable Services, overseen by the Group Board.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the external operating environment both locally and nationally. Leading on broadening the Group’s partnerships across all areas of operation, in line with business objectives and growth ambitions.
- Build strong relationships with commissioners, partners and stakeholders. Influencing local strategies and seeking out or extending opportunities for innovative models of delivery to meet current and future needs.
- Proactively manage risks around safeguarding / safety of customers, and contract compliance, ensuring all staff are clear on their obligations to report any concerns. Ensure best practice is adopted in reporting internally to the Group Board and externally to bodies such as the Charity Commission.
- To be a dynamic leader and an active member of the Executive Team, liaising with the Board members, Chief Executive, and other Executive Directors on customer, housing and property related services.
- Lead on setting and managing the budget which includes annual rent and service charge reviews for Revival, Glow and Concrete (c.10m)
What they’re looking for:
- A degree level qualification or equivalent.
- A relevant housing qualification (secured or working towards) as outlined in the Competence and Conduct Standard consultation. Or a commitment to secure the qualification within allowed timescales.
- Extensive experience of operating at a senior management level or director level in health, social care, charitable or a relevant support field.
- Evidence of continuous professional development and a commitment to continuous learning for self and others. Significant experience of strategic leadership and responsibility for delivery of care and support services.
- Demonstrable track record and evidence of developing and winning business to achieve growth and sustainability in support services.
- Experience of working in the social housing charity sector preferable.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and work collaboratively with other leaders and managers. Be self-aware, emotionally intelligent, and able to work with, lead and project manage across all teams at all levels.

The Head of Alumni and Supporter Engagement will lead the alumni and supporter engagement team, strategy and associated budgets in order to maximise engagement and develop mutually beneficial relationship to support university wide objectives. You will work closely with the Director and relevant senior leadership to develop and manage the global engagement strategy in collaboration with relevant global teams. Taking the lead on Donor Relations, Communications and Events capabilities with the department, you will effectively support key strategic goals and lead a team of alumni and supporter engagement professionals to success.
The selected candidate will have significant experience of working in a leadership position and managing a team, with proven experience of developing and delivering compelling alumni supporter and stakeholder campaigns. Purpose of the role
As a member of the Business Support Team, the post holder will work closely with our leads and their teams to understand and support organisational and programme requirements across our diverse and exciting areas of interest.
The post holder will work closely with others to plan, anticipate and deliver high-quality support across a range of NDTi projects and work areas. They will pro-actively contribute to organisational life and maintain NDTi’s reputation for excellence with our clients and stakeholder.
Key Activities
- Liaise and work with leads with confidence, replying to external and internal queries where possible and escalating others as needed. Keep in regular contract with team members ensuring that they, alongside external stakeholders, understand the support the post holder can provide.
- Gather the necessary information to complete key contractual paperwork throughout the project lifecycle, including contract set up and the prompt receipt and processing of client contracts. Work with the Finance Manager and relevant lead to ensure that invoicing schedules and billing particulars are up to date, that client specific activity reporting is completed accurately, and NDTi’s schedule for delivery is maintained.
- Maintain a schedule of project outputs and work to ensure reports, events and other deliverables are planned and delivered on time, liaising with colleagues across other work areas where needed.
- Plan, organise and effectively project manage regular events of both online and residential including at scale.
- Use existing and emerging technologies and established practices to set up and plan events, ensuring prompt co-ordination and confirmation of arrangements with venues, participants and presenters.
- Lead the process for delegate and stakeholder sign up, liaising with leads to ensure good representation and attendance levels are achieved. Work with the lead to ensure any specific requirements, for example, allocation of places and accessibility needs are managed and met.
- With the project coordinator, work to deliver the event on time and within budget. Keep leads updated, alerting them to potential overspend or other issues, such as take up/attendance levels that could impact the success of the event, as they arise.
- Actively update website and other source information about our team, our work, our events and our resources, ensuing they are up-to-date, and are in keeping with in house and project specific branding guidelines.
- Assist the Marketing and Communications Manager and wider team to connect with partners, stakeholders and groups with an interest in NDTi’s work via online platforms.
- Organise and lead on the booking process and internal organisation of CLS Network workshops and other Network-wide meetings.
- To manage all CLS invoicing ensuring data from contracts is transferred to an invoice and ensuring invoices are logged within the database.
- Collect data in relation to attendance across the CLS sites at Network wide events and workshops and provide regular reports to Network members and CLS team members as required.
- Attend large gatherings in person, lead the setting up and liaison with the venue and provide the welcome and any support to participants to ensure they get the most out of the experience.
