We’re looking for an enthusiastic Corporate Partnerships Officer to join our small but mighty Partnerships and Philanthropy fundraising team.
The team is made up of seven fundraisers focusing on securing high-value gifts with big impact, both from companies and from trusts and foundations.

Our perfect candidate will ideally have previous experience in corporate fundraising and confidence in growing and managing a diverse fundraising portfolio. In this job, you’ll work closely with the Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager and wider corporate partnerships team to drive forward new business by seeking and securing innovative new partnerships with high-value companies. You’ll also deliver excellent account management by providing our partners with an inspiring supporter experience. Your portfolio may include large Charity-of-the-Year collaborations, nationwide campaign-based partnerships, multi-year partnerships with pharmaceutical companies and sponsorship and Cause Related Marketing (CRM) opportunities.
You'll be joining us at the start of our ambitious and exciting journey, to win more of and grow our strategic, high-value partnerships. You’ll be instrumental in helping our team to reach our ambitious fundraising targets and ultimately improving the lives of everyone affected by bowel cancer.

This is a key role for Marie Curie, responsible for managing a team of over 100 people and having responsibility for over £20 million Income, the recruitment of legacy prospects, the delivery of fundraising events and the strategic approach of supporter facing volunteers.
The Fundraising teams based in communities across the UK are responsible for raising money, driving legacy sign ups, building event participation and profit and growing awareness and engagement of the need for and impact of the charity’s work amongst supporters and people who have the potential to support Marie Curie. With all local relationships managed by this role’s teams, the post will ensure that supporters have a connected, seamless experience.
The ideal candidate will have senior leadership experience in a fundraising environment with a successful track record in increasing voluntary income or revenue. They will also have experience in developing both annual operational and three-year strategic plans, developing creative and innovative solutions and digital marketing and in working with working with volunteers and engaging local communities. This will be combined with a proven track record in managing large high-performing, geographically dispersed teams.

The Felix Project is London's biggest food redistribution charity and the largest end-to-end food redistribution charity in Europe.
Our vision is a London where no one goes hungry and good food is never wasted.
We rescue surplus food from businesses, supermarkets, restaurants and farms. This food is nutritious, in-date, and safe and includes a high proportion of fresh vegetables, fruit, meat and fish. If we did not rescue this food, it would be at risk of going to waste. Instead, we deliver it free of charge to London charities, schools, food banks, food hubs and other organisations serving people in need. Our food is a vital lifeline for children and families, people on low incomes, people who have lost their jobs, the homeless, refugees, domestic abuse survivors, the elderly and keyworkers.
We were founded in 2016 in memory of Felix Byam Shaw, by his father, entrepreneur Justin Byam Shaw.

This is a new role, working as part of a team to grow and improve our volunteer programme. Thousands of individuals volunteer regularly across The Felix Project’s four depots and kitchen, with a smaller number in Fundraising and other teams. The Senior Digital Manager will oversee the delivery of the ambitious growth strategy for National Theatre at Home, having responsibility for driving acquisition, engagement and retention strategies across marketing and product, to drive audience and brand growth.

We are an ambitious hospital charity with an exciting opportunity to join us on our team as a Fundraising & Events Assistant.
We currently raise between £1-2m a year for East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust which has four sites local to Hertfordshire: Lister Hospital (Stevenage), New QEII (Welwyn Garden City), Hertford County Hospital and Mount Vernon Cancer Centre (Northwood). About you
Ideally you will already have experience in an administration or customer service role and looking to start a career in fundraising. Ideally you will be looking for 37.5 hours a week and can work flexibly including some evenings and weekends to support at fundraising events. We will consider applicants who are looking for 20+ hours. Although the job is currently on a 7 month contract, there is a strong potential to extend for the right candidate.
Main duties of the job
· Provide support to the department on a range of administrative tasks including, dealing with enquiries (postal, telephone, email, face to face), opening and sorting post
· Represent the charity at internal and external events which includes attending third party and charity owned events, school presentations & promotional activities, this will include some evenings and weekends.
· Manage all event bookings for the Hospital charity corner area. Ensuring area is booked and that stallholders are sent guidelines and relevant certificates sought from suppliers and provide support on the day
· Process one-off and regular donations from both online and offline sources ensuring procedures are followed and information is recorded correctly onto the database
· To assist the fundraisers with administration of staff lottery, gifts in kind, raffle and prize led promotion and fundraising as required including managing gift drives.
· Create an equipment inventory, monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers to order/receive goods necessary for carrying out team fundraising activities (using oracle)
· Support the team with staff initiatives and giveaways including setting up ballots on the charity website
· Visit all our hospitals regularly to support the team with fundraising activities and ensure our branding is visible and up to date
· Ensure the database is kept accurate and up-to-date by recording changes including mailing preferences, address details and financial information
· To manage all collection boxes in the community, ensuring they are logged in and out correctly and recorded on the database. To work with the fundraisers to increase income in this area
· Thank individual supporters and organisations timely and courteous manner and record these communications on the database. This includes sending out fundraising packs, event invitations and event confirmations.
· To recruit and manage volunteers, ensuring they undertake rewarding tasks which are both motivational for the volunteer and cost effective for the charity
· To support the Marketing and Communications Manager by generating content for marketing purposes including social media and producing basic marketing materials

This will include managing their Inhouse Repairs Team and external contractors to ensure repairs and void works are completed to the required standards and timescales, along with ensuring their properties are safe, secure, and inspected at the required frequencies. There will be regular contact and liaison with their In-House Repairs Team, staff, external contractors, and residents, so good communication skills are required.
The role will involve frequent travel across their stock portfolio, so you will need to have suitable transportation. This is also a hybrid role, but there will be a need to be in their various offices as and when required.

Percival are delighted to be working with Noah Enterprise, and supporting them with their search to hire a new Community & Events Fundraiser. This is a newly created position, arising through their plans to grow the organisation and it's reach. Noah Enterprise are a charitable organisation whose aim is to provide support, welfare and outreach services to individuals in the Luton & Central Bedfordshire areas, experiencing homelessness and poverty.
Reporting into the Head of Fundraising, as the newly appointed Community & Events fundraiser, you will be responsible for making a significant contribution to the charity’s voluntary income, through fundraising at community events and initiatives, and taking the lead on medium and large scale events. As an experienced fundraiser, you will build new, and retain current community relationships with individuals, groups and businesses, to gain support, loyalty and sponsorship. You will also raise brand awareness of Noah’s services within the community.

Noah Enterprise offers a very generous hybrid working model of once a week in the office with the remainder split between working remotely, and spending time with existing and new partners within the geographical region.
As Noah Enterprise’s new Community & Events Fundraiser, your duties and responsibilities will include :
- Contributing towards the Community and Events fundraising voluntary income. Manage your own portfolio and budget.
- Achieving community fundraising targets by researching, developing, organising and executing 3rd party and NOAH led community initiatives, events and fundraising activities.
- Take the lead, and be supported on large scale events, and deliver medium sized events with a focus on community relationships, third party events and groups to include education providers and religious groups.
- Build new and retain current solid and robust community roots and relationships with individuals, groups and businesses, to gain support, loyalty and sponsorship. You will inform and raise brand awareness of NOAHs services within the community
- Initiate and develop relationships with individuals, schools, colleges and universities as well as religious groups, groups, clubs and businesses and social clubs within Luton, Bedfordshire and surrounding counties. Engage and encourage participation in fundraising NOAH initiatives.
- Give talks and presentations about the charity’s work and its fundraising activities. In addition manage and supporting NOAH Ambassadors, FR Groups and FR Volunteers to do the same.
As the new Community & Events fundraiser, your experience and skillsets and attributes will include :
- Previous fundraising experience gained in a not for profit organisation, across any income stream.
- Events management experience preferred but not essential.
- The ability to work autonomously and without direction, using own initiative.
- Previous experience of building relationships.

Key Duties:
- Assist in the development and implementation of individual giving fundraising campaigns to ensure sustainable income growth and long-term donor engagement.

- Experience working with creative, print, digital, and media agencies to achieve optimal results.
- Experience in supporting the planning and budgeting process within an individual giving framework.
- Familiarity with legacy marketing is a plus.

Purpose of the role
As a member of the Business Support Team, the post holder will work closely with our leads and their teams to understand and support organisational and programme requirements across our diverse and exciting areas of interest.

Key Activities
- Liaise and work with leads with confidence, replying to external and internal queries where possible and escalating others as needed. Keep in regular contract with team members ensuring that they, alongside external stakeholders, understand the support the post holder can provide.
- Gather the necessary information to complete key contractual paperwork throughout the project lifecycle, including contract set up and the prompt receipt and processing of client contracts. Work with the Finance Manager and relevant lead to ensure that invoicing schedules and billing particulars are up to date, that client specific activity reporting is completed accurately, and NDTi’s schedule for delivery is maintained.
- Maintain a schedule of project outputs and work to ensure reports, events and other deliverables are planned and delivered on time, liaising with colleagues across other work areas where needed.
- Plan, organise and effectively project manage regular events of both online and residential including at scale.
- Use existing and emerging technologies and established practices to set up and plan events, ensuring prompt co-ordination and confirmation of arrangements with venues, participants and presenters.
- Lead the process for delegate and stakeholder sign up, liaising with leads to ensure good representation and attendance levels are achieved. Work with the lead to ensure any specific requirements, for example, allocation of places and accessibility needs are managed and met.
- With the project coordinator, work to deliver the event on time and within budget. Keep leads updated, alerting them to potential overspend or other issues, such as take up/attendance levels that could impact the success of the event, as they arise.
- Actively update website and other source information about our team, our work, our events and our resources, ensuing they are up-to-date, and are in keeping with in house and project specific branding guidelines.
- Assist the Marketing and Communications Manager and wider team to connect with partners, stakeholders and groups with an interest in NDTi’s work via online platforms.
- Organise and lead on the booking process and internal organisation of CLS Network workshops and other Network-wide meetings.
- To manage all CLS invoicing ensuring data from contracts is transferred to an invoice and ensuring invoices are logged within the database.
- Collect data in relation to attendance across the CLS sites at Network wide events and workshops and provide regular reports to Network members and CLS team members as required.
- Attend large gatherings in person, lead the setting up and liaison with the venue and provide the welcome and any support to participants to ensure they get the most out of the experience.
