About Trans Celebration

Trans Celebration is a trans-led grassroots organisation based in the UK, dedicated to uplifting trans and gender-diverse communities through celebration, advocacy, and education. Our monthly campaigns use creative media like fashion, beauty, and the arts to highlight gender diversity and improve visibility, inclusion, and access to resources.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and strategic SEO Specialist Volunteer to help optimise our online presence and ensure our campaigns and content reach the communities that need them most.

Job Summary

The SEO Specialist Volunteer will play a key role in enhancing the visibility and searchability of Trans Celebration’s website and digital content. This volunteer will work alongside the marketing team to implement SEO best practices, conduct keyword research, improve site structure, and analyse web performance—all to ensure our content reaches a broader audience and amplifies trans voices online.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct keyword research to inform website content and campaign strategies.

· Optimise existing content for improved search engine ranking (meta tags, headers, alt text, etc.).

· Monitor and analyse SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.

· Identify technical SEO issues and collaborate with web/content teams to resolve them.

· Assist in developing backlink strategies and improving domain authority.

· Support the content team in creating SEO-optimised blogs and pages.

· Provide monthly reports on SEO performance and suggest improvements.

· Stay up to date with SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and emerging best practices.

What We’re Looking For

Skills & Competencies:

· Understanding of SEO principles and search engine algorithms.

· Experience using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Moz, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.

· Ability to perform keyword research and competitor analysis.

· Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (especially WordPress).

Events Officer has the responisbility of organising (along with the help of a Trustee Events Manager) our magical visits to children/adults with LD, this could be at the hospital, social groups, refugee centres, libraries etc etc.

They will monitor the chapter email for submitted event booking forms (some of these will come from events organised by the Events Manager on Trustees). These will then be added to the calendar and advertised to volunteers. They will ensure each event organised has a handful of volunteers confirmed within a week of the event itself. They will then provide information and support to a Lead Volunteer to run the events. They will ensure that regular events are being attended by volunteers and that they have the costume and materials that are needed for these. They will follow up after events to ensure social media posts are made, hours are uploaded and that costumes are returned. They will ensure that all volunteers are attending events.

About Emetophobia Action Charity

Emetophobia Action is a UK-based charity dedicated to supporting individuals affected by emetophobia (the fear of vomiting). We work to raise awareness, provide reliable information, and campaign for better understanding and treatment within healthcare and educational settings.

Brand & Marketing Strategist

Calm Nest Collective is looking for a creative and purpose-driven Brand & Marketing Strategist to support us in strengthening how we communicate our mission of building calmer, more inclusive, and neuro-friendly spaces across events, workplaces, and communities.

Many founders think they need better marketing, but what they really need is a clearer brand foundation.
This role will help us align both.

As our volunteer Brand & Marketing Strategist, you will:

• Help refine our brand strategy: positioning, values, voice, audience, messaging, build ICP.
• Clarify how Calm Nest Collective shows up visually and verbally across channels.
• Translate our brand foundations into a meaningful marketing strategy.
• Support the creation of aligned, ethical campaigns that reflect our mission.
• Strengthen community engagement through storytelling and content ideas.
• Ensure consistency of tone and messaging across platforms.

You’ll work closely with the founder to ensure that who we are and how we communicate are fully aligned, creating momentum, clarity, and deeper emotional connection with the people we serve.
This is a volunteer role ideal for someone passionate about wellbeing, inclusion, mental health advocacy, sustainability, and purpose-led branding who wants to contribute their skills to a meaningful mission while growing experience in brand + marketing strategy.

They will follow up after events to ensure social media posts are made, hours are uploaded and that costumes are returned. They will ensure that all volunteers are attending events.
