WECare is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the strategic direction of our digital marketing efforts. Key responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Development
- Lead the overall strategic direction for WECare’s digital marketing, focusing on long-term growth and engagement.
- Develop and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies and communication plans to increase awareness and supporter engagement.

3. Content Oversight & Campaign Management
- Oversee the creation of content (written, visual, multimedia) by internal teams and external partners, ensuring it aligns with WECare’s messaging and goals.
- Act as a strategic guide for content creation, focusing on maintaining consistency and supporting overall digital strategies.
- Ensure content supports broader marketing and fundraising goals while delegating day-to-day content creation to team members and creative professionals.
- Lead the planning and management of major digital marketing campaigns, working closely with relevant teams to ensure success.
4. Partnership & Community Engagement
- Identify and cultivate relationships with sponsors, partners, and local communities to strengthen WECare's support network.

5. Performance & Reporting

Background
The Karen Hilltribes Trust (KHT) is a UK registered Charity that has worked in Northern Thailand for the past three decades. Our mission is to partner with Karen communities to improve their health, livelihoods, and access to education. By taking an integrated approach to the complex socio-economic issues at hand, we aim to achieve sustainable change by empowering Karen communities to improve their own lives.
Since 1986, KHT has transformed the health and well-being of over 50,000 people through the provision of clean drinking water, improved sanitation facilities and hygiene education; secured agriculture as a sustainable livelihood for more than 17,000 farmers through the construction of flood-resistant irrigation systems; and increased accessed to education for 17,000 children and young people through school meals, transport and accommodation, and higher education scholarships.
Main Purpose of The Position
The Fundraising Manager will work closely with the Thai-Karen team and Director of KHT to secure funding to support the successful operation of the charity and implement projects in KHT’s three key programme areas: Community Health; Sustainable Livelihoods; and Access to Education. The role will be primarily desk based but with opportunities to travel to the field. The successful candidate will be directly responsible for:
• Developing and implementing KHT’s fundraising strategy;
• Applying for grants from foundations, corporations, and individuals;
• Implement Prospect Research on existing and new potential donors (major gifts, corporates, trusts and foundations, individual donors) and creating solicitation plans, informing the Director on updates and activities implementation;
• Implementing KHT’s volunteer strategy, ensuring it provides funding to KHT’s projects;
• Ensuring our donors are engaged with high quality materials.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for the following duties:
1. Develop and maintain a fundraising strategy with the Director, paying particular attention to increasing unrestricted funding opportunities.
2. Help develop and implement a CSR strategy to better engage corporations.
3. Manage grant applications for our projects to existing and new funders, who may be foundations, corporations, or individual donors.
4. Implement Prospect Research on existing and new potential donors (major gifts, corporates, trusts and foundations, individual donors) and creating solicitation plans, informing the Director on updates and activities implementation;
5. Check and constantly update Donorfy database, in coordination with KHT Director and KHT Finance Administrator;
6. Recruit volunteers to join our projects in Thailand, organically and potentially through partnerships.
7. Keep relationship with KHT Board of Trustees, in order to keep them informed on any useful material and initiatives they may help KHT with.
8. Implement community fundraising activities and organise talks and fundraising events, with the support and help of KHT Trustees and volunteers.
9. Ensure that the organisation communicates regularly with its supporters, creating bespoke messages to increase engagement and donations and supporting social media content.
10. Ensure that the organisation complies with fundraising regulations set by the Charity Commission, Fundraising Regulator, and other relevant bodies.
11. Visit our team in Northern Thailand on an occasional basis (likely once a year) to better understand our work on the ground and support fundraising initiatives.
12. To perform other such duties as may be required by the Director, which are consistent with the responsibilities of the post.
Person Specification
You’ll likely have:
• Several years of experience in a relevant role fundraising for registered charities.
• Demonstrable success in securing funding through grant applications and by engaging donors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-level written communications in English and adapt writing style for an array of different audiences.
• Knowledge of Charity Commission/Fundraising Regulator regulations pertaining to fundraising.
• High level of computer literacy and a proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Confidence to present the work of the charity to donors and supporters.
• Capable of working within different cultures and with teams from different economic and cultural backgrounds, where English might not be the first language.
• Well organised, able to prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.

Job Purpose
· To manage an exciting, new programme in Southwark implementing a whole school approach (WSA) to food
· To promote, develop and deliver the programme across nurseries, primaries, secondaries and SEN schools in Southwark
· To ensure that the programme is delivered on time and on budget
Key Tasks include:
- Onboard and line-manage a Project Officer and volunteers to support delivery, providing training as required
- Conduct desk research to group schools and nurseries using a RAG rating, based on level of support required to achieve a WSA to food

ROLE SPECIFICS
Location: Hybrid working in London, home working in Bristol, Midlands or North.
Working patterns: 0.6FTE – 1.0FTE with typical working times between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. The role includes weekly travel with early starts and late returns, and approx. 6 overnight stays a year. Flexible work patterns, condensed hours, job share and part time working opportunities open to negotiation.
Salary: Starting salary of £31,812 per annum, rising to £36,299. If based in London this role will receive an additional London weighting of £3,655 per annum. SEAL has a twofold vision; to support students navigating the home energy system and to improve access to student energy efficient properties via landlord engagement and student campaigning. Across the two roles there will be the opportunity to specialise in either student engagement and advocacy or landlord engagement and support.
Key responsibilities include:
• Engage, maintain and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders including students, volunteers, students’ unions, universities, local authorities, landlords and other key organisations.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of programme resources and communications, including social media and website updates.
• Plan, design, and deliver engaging training sessions to a variety of audiences.
• Provide support for students’ union officers and other student campaigners working on housing energy efficiency campaigns, including the design and implementation of a national student home energy campaign.
• Support with the creation and management of sector wide student energy efficiency advisory groups including a home energy efficiency network, student advisory group and stakeholder advisory group.
• Support landlords, student letting agencies and students’ unions to improve the energy efficiency of student accommodation, focusing on implementing energy efficiency initiatives, advice and support.
• Recruit, coordinate, and support student volunteers including line management of student staff when required.

Job description
Following a restructure, DMI is looking to recruit a Grants Management Officer. This new role will provide a critical link between DMI’s national teams, HQ staff, and donors. It is an ideal role for somebody wanting to work in international development / public health as you will be exposed to a broad range of tasks and will work across all of DMI’s projects. You will also have exposure to DMI’s Africa Leadership Group, a new committee that aims to exploit the knowledge and experience of our national leadership. To succeed, you will need to be well-organised and a highly proficient writer (in English). You will also need to have the confidence and interpersonal skills to liaise independently with senior staff in the UK and in DMI’s national offices.
More specifically, the Grant Management Officer role will include the following responsibilities:
- Under the direction of the Head of Operations, collating, revising, and submitting project reports to donors and other stakeholders. This will require regular collaboration with DMI’s national teams (who will typically draft the reports) and other staff at DMI HQ
- Assisting with the effective and efficient implementation of procurement processes across the organisation, ensuring that goods and services are acquired in accordance with DMI’s and donor’s requirements
- Assisting national teams, and relevant staff at DMI HQ, in ensuring that project activities are in compliance with donor guidelines, contractual obligations, and any relevant statutory or legal constraints
- Ensuring DMI maintains thorough and consistent project documentation
- Helping to ensure effective collaboration between departments at HQ to support project execution by DMI’s national teams
- More general operational support across DMI, this will include routine tasks such as contributing to policy and process reviews, risk management and security, and asset management, as well as ad hoc tasks as required
- Organising and attending in-person convenings of DMI’s Africa Leadership Group, anticipated to take place every 12 months. These are expected to be held outside the UK

Person specification
Required knowledge, skills and experience
- A good degree in a relevant field (international development/relations, public health, social sciences etc), or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong interpersonal and, particularly, written communication skills in English, capable of engaging convincingly and professionally with staff at all levels internally as well as with external stakeholders.
- Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Highly proficient IT skills. Competence in routine office applications is essential, experience with relevant specialist software (project management, GIS etc) an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving ability, willing and able to present solutions to operational challenges as well as the challenges themselves.
- The ability to understand different cultural contexts, especially those in sub-Saharan Africa.

The 2026 Centenary is a significant milestone in CPRE’s history. This critical role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the success of the campaign. The postholder will be responsible for developing and managing the Centenary project management plan and engaging key stakeholders, including trustees, volunteers and supporters, internally and externally throughout the organisation, nationally and locally; monitoring objectives; and identifying and mitigating any associated risks.
With exceptional relationship building skills, you will support delivery of the Centenary Appeal, working closely with fundraising teams, and ensure our HNWI donors, key funders and volunteers are stewarded appropriately.
