We are seeking an experienced fundraiser to equip our organisation with the financial resources needed to meet our objectives. The post-holder will lead on growing our charitable income across all funding streams, maximising supporter engagement and fulfilling operational duties, such as overseeing a fit-for-purpose database.
This is a new role with a significant input into our plans and strategies for the future. The successful candidate will report to the CEO and oversee most fundraising income generation.
The Fundraiser will build positive relationships to secure significant income, develop links specifically with churches and individuals and bring in regular/targeted income through recurring donations, fundraising campaigns and events. The ideal candidate will have experience covering several areas including Individual Giving; Churches, Fundraising Appeals/Campaigns as well as experience in managing the operational aspects of fundraising (database, compliance with codes of practice and fundraising regulations, creating campaigns). Through this, you will assist the whole organisation in our commitment to showing kindness, raising self-belief and inspiring hope for the future in the individuals we serve.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work with Senior Leadership Team to develop, deliver, and monitor a fundraising strategy for Pecan.
- Establish systems, procedures, proactive stewardship, and an engagement programme to provide the highest levels of service to Pecan’s supporters.
- Assist with setting up a CRM database with responsibility and maintaining appropriate data capture for the purpose of effective stewardship, fundraising and communications.
- Work with Senior Leadership to develop an Individual Giving and Acquisition strategy that drives growth for individual giving across multi-channel campaigns and initiatives.
- Pioneer and develop a broad range of relationships with churches, organisations, and denominations across Southwark, with support from the CEO.
Key Requirements (specific skills, qualifications required):
- Experience of all fundraising methods
- Excellent strategic planning skills and able to balance competing priorities
- Experience working on either eTapestry, Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce or Donorfy CRM systems
- Research skills, including identifying, analysing, and monitoring potential funders
Desirable knowledge/expertise
- Degree level qualification / Marketing, Finance or CRM qualification
- Working knowledge of local church culture
- Target-driven
- Experience of working with disadvantaged groups

The role
We have recently set a new 3-year strategy, leading to a major transformation of the organisation. To support this, we are building a new Project Delivery function and investing in key capabilities, including project management and business analysis. This role involves collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to define and refine project requirements, develop comprehensive business cases, and ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes. You will also provide mentoring to colleagues and support the organisation in adopting new practices and methodologies.
This is a hybrid role, based in London or Sheffield, with regular travel across the UK.
About you
You are an experienced business analyst with a strong background in supporting complex projects, particularly those involving technology. You have a track record of eliciting and translating business needs into comprehensive and accurate project requirements and working collaboratively with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes. As a self-starter, you can quickly build relationships and support colleagues in adopting new project management and business analysis methodologies. You are patient and supportive, capable of fostering adoption of new practices and ensuring consistency across the organisation.

We’re looking for a supportive and proactive leader to join our community service as a Senior Community Mental Health Recovery Support Worker. The post involves direct work with service users, supervising a team of staff and working in partnership with colleagues across different sectors in Camden. You’ll be working collaboratively alongside partners and statutory providers to adapt the service offers to meet changing local needs.

To join the Treatment Team and work with a case load of clients using psychosocial interventions to reduce substance misuse. As well as GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above (or equivalent), you have significant experience of data entry, manipulation and reporting. Familiar with all aspects of electronic communication such as email, diaries and the intranet, you have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Windows files and folders too. What’s more, you have lots of initiative, are great at multi-tasking, work well within a team and under direction from others and have an absence of an alcohol or substance misuse problem for at least two years.
This is a permanent full-time role fixed term post requiring the post-holder to work 37 hours per week.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Area Support Co-ordinator to lead, manage and support teams of volunteers, develop, and maintain relationships with local services, and ensure that people living with and affected by MND receive an exceptional service, improved support, and are at the heart of our care initiatives.
A fundamental part of the role is ensuring individuals affected by MND receive tailored support. Your responsibilities will include leading and coordinating volunteer activities, developing branch and group capacity, and establishing new groups as needed.
A key focus will be understanding local needs and collaboratively planning, designing, and delivering support activities. About You:
- A proven track record of managing strategic, high value (6 figure) Corporate Partnerships to deliver shared value

- Experience of leading, managing and motivating others and driving change, including leading appraisals and recruitment
Although not essential, we also prefer you to have:
- Experience of working in an NGO corporate fundraising environment

About the role
This is an exciting time for the organisation. They have a new Head of Fundraising, and a very successful Trusts & Grants fundraiser and are now looking to expand the fundraising team to complement the current skills and expertise and strengthen the relationship with supporters.
You will have the opportunity to build relationships with community organisations and corporate partners who fundraise and donate so generously to the organisation to help support young people through grief.
The role is split depending on the hours the selected candidate will work, for the full-time role this position will combine the Community and Corporate Fundraising Manager role with a supporter care position, however further information on responsibilities will be clarified at interview stage should you be looking for the full time position.
Key responsibilities include:
• Responsible for engaging and inspiring the communities
• Grow the existing corporate partnerships and develop new ones
• Deliver activity to maximise funds from the Oxfordshire community
• Building positive and long-term relationships with community partners
• Create presentations on the organisations work and impact, to deliver to community groups
• Manage a small portfolio of fundraising events and community initiatives, including third-party events and challenges, to maximise income and grow our supporter base
• Responsible for recruiting, supporting and stewarding fundraising volunteers
• Optimise the supporter experience of those who fundraise for the charity to deliver agreed objectives and income targets
About you
As the Fundraising Manager, you will have previous experience in a Community and OR Corporate fundraising role, will love developing relationships and can inspire others to act.
To be successful in this role you will have:
• Experience of creating and managing great supporter relationships to deliver agreed objectives and income targets
• Demonstrable understanding of supporter care
• Comfortable working with CRM databases and standard Microsoft Office software
• Effective communication with a range of different people and organisations
• The ability to inspire and persuade through sensitive communications, to rally support and advocate for the needs of our service users
• Ability to drive and have access to a car

Job Outline:
CFAB is a national charity and the UK branch of the International Social Service network. CFAB’s social work team helps to resolve cases involving child protection, children in care, unaccompanied children, and vulnerable adults when the case crosses international borders. CFAB social workers and caseworkers offer advice and guidance to individuals and local authorities and help to link social work services between the UK and other countries.
The main purpose of this role is to assist with the day to day running of the CFAB Advice Line and manage a caseload of allocated inter-country cases originating from the UK or overseas.
Key responsibilities:
To participate in running the advice line service and responding to enquiries made to CFAB:
- Offer advice to local authority professionals, NGOs and individuals on international child protection issues and casework
- Advise on CFAB referral procedure and fees
- Send follow-up information and documents to enquirers
- Liaise with overseas partners for advice and country-specific information
To manage a caseload of allocated cases originating from the UK or overseas:
- Offer advice and guidance to referrers on good practice in international child protection casework

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan and lead-deliver a wide variety of energy and carbon reduction projects and activities with communities, businesses, and individuals across North Wales.
- Plan and support the Energy Advice Team to deliver our service in line with all funder and contract requirements, ensuring quality of support, time management and report requirements are all completed in appropriate time aligned with all requirements.
- Manage and monitor the Energy Advice Team through performance monitoring and monthly review.
- Using a standard Groundwork Federation GHG Inventory Tool for emission reporting develop, deliver and monitor our annual carbon reduction plan, working with business managers to ensure data is recoded correctly and improvements to our carbon footprint are made.
- Facilitate the renewal of the Green Dragon accreditation, implementing and managing our internal environment systems and processes up to a level 3 standard.
- Arrange and carry out home visits to support residents in reducing their carbon emissions and to save money by lowering the level of consumption and cost of energy.
- Advocate and liaise for householders with energy companies and gas and electric network providers to ensure customers receive the best possible deal for their requirements.
- Work with referral partners to identify vulnerable households, and evidence eligibility to provide support with energy advice and administer emergency fuel vouchers.
- Provide effective support, both advisory and practical, to enable people to make positive changes to their behaviour and to improve the quality of their lives; record actions and highlight the importance of keeping warm to the health and wellbeing of residents.
- Assist residents to access other relevant and complementary services and agencies, liaising with other agencies to assist residents to access funding and support to deliver larger energy efficiency measures.
- Liaise with residents on a day-to-day basis in a professional and friendly manner and build good working relationships with them either face to face or through the provision of telephone advice.
- Oversee the booking and scheduling of visits and respond to referrals from funders in a timely manner.

Terrence Higgins Trust have an exciting opportunity for a Health Promotion Specialist, working in Essex as part of the wider Essex Sexual Health Service.
The post holder will support in the design and delivery of effective health promotion (HP) and behaviour change communication (BCC) interventions appropriate to the needs of Young People and other groups at increased risk of poor sexual health outcomes.
The post holder will work closely with educational establishments to directly deliver relationship and sexual health education (RSHE), parent sessions, and educator training in both primary and secondary settings.
Delivery will also involve community engagement approaches that tackle health inequalities including HIV related stigma and discrimination. Delivering targeted interventions that increase knowledge and awareness of sexual health issues including: sexual health testing, consent, confidentiality, LGBTQ+ inclusivity, whilst also increasing access to eC-Card and access to care treatment and the uptake of broader sexual health services across Essex and Thurrock.
