As a Quality Assurance Administrator, you will be a critical function of our work to deliver externally accredited, industry led programmes against our Industrial Cadets framework, endorsed by HRH King Charles III.
You will also support and help refine our internal business processes, especially around our CRM platform, Hubspot. Moreover, you will be given ample opportunity and encouragement to contribute to continuous improvement projects and put forward your own ideas for internal transformation.

Job Description
Quality Assurance
- Deal with external and internal enquiries
- Work closely with Industry Engagement and Partnership team to deliver industry-led (external) accreditation in a timely manner
- Lead the materials ordering process, including the distribution of certificates and badges to regional offices and external partners
- Take the lead on external partner feedback surveys, student data requests and observation reports, working with partners to ensure their completion and return
- Manage Quality Assurance data dashboards and work with the Head of Impact to provide evaluation and impact statistics for external Industrial Cadets accreditations
- Liaise with the Marketing team to update Industrial Cadets and Quality Assurance partner materials (such as certificates and information packs) on a periodic basis
- Perform an internal Quality Assurance moderation process three times a year to ensure consistency of delivery from internal teams and escalate any feedback where appropriate
CRM Support
- Be a Hubspot ‘super-admin’, acting as an initial point of contact for internal staff queries, making changes to the system and escalating queries internally and to external partners where appropriate
- Manage the support ticketing process for Hubspot queries
- Support, and eventually lead, weekly online Hubspot drop-in sessions for internal staff enquiries
- Perform data quality audits on Hubspot, ensuring data is entered consistently by teams in accordance with their processes, cleansing data where appropriate
Business Improvement
- Actively support the Quality Assurance Manager and Operations Director on continuous improvement projects, including supporting with team requirement gathering and process documentation
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline internal processes or potential new initiatives, communicating this to the Quality Assurance Manager

The role of the People Assistant will be to provide administrative support to the People Team. This is a busy generalist HR role and will give you a broad experience to many different elements of HR practice including recruitment, onboarding and induction, metrics and analytics, EDI, safeguarding, wellbeing, volunteers and learning and development within the humanitarian sector.
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is looking to start or develop their HR career. You will be a people person, committed to delivering excellent customer service who is able to work and communicate well with different individuals and teams, both internal and external to ShelterBox.
As the first point of contact for the HR Team the ability to manage different tasks and priorities simultaneously and have excellent attention to detail will be key.
This role will help generate and collate monthly and quarterly people metrics so excellent IT skills (particularly Microsoft Office and database reporting) are essential. As a member of the HR Team, you will be handling a wide range of data, including sensitive and personal information, as such you will work with discretion and adhere to confidentiality.
Achievement of, or study toward, your CIPD Level 3 is preferable but is not essential. Knowledge of basic employment law and HR practices would be advantageous for the role.
Main role and responsibilities
This role will primarily provide administrative support for the day-to-day running of the HR Team as well as delivering administrative tasks for the Learning & Development (L&D) Team and Volunteer Development Manager. This role will also support ongoing strategic work projects of the People Team. This role will also help support the diary management for the Director of People.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
· Administration of all recruitment campaigns including advertising, arranging interviews and candidate management.
· Administer all HR-related documentation in a timely manner. Documents will relate to starters, leavers, Maternity/Paternity, probation completions, etc.
· Generate and report on monthly and quarterly people metrics.
· Management of the HR inbox and timely response to queries.
· Assist with HR project and strategy work
· Information management of the HRIS ensuring electronic records are accurately maintained and updated in accordance with GDPR legislation including personal details, absence management and employment records.
· Monthly employee file auditing, ensuring records are accurately maintained including return to work, probation, and appraisal completions.
· Support internal communications including organisational updates, wellbeing, and staff newsletters.
· Diary management support for the Director of People
· Note-taking and meeting preparation

About the role
We are recruiting for an Assistant Shop Manager to join a busy and creative team in Elephant and Castle. You will join an exciting team and collaborate to build a group of volunteers from all walks of life, raising money to fund Crisis’ work ending homelessness. We are bold with a culture of continuous review and improvement, where we try new things, take risks, and sometimes fail. There will be numerous opportunities to improve our team’s effectiveness. We also work closely with local artists and universities. We’d love you to bring your own ideas, along with your experience of fashion, retail and current trends, to this role. You will have opportunities to build your own skills and career progression through training and development – many of our shop managers were promoted internally. This is a permanent role. You will be primarily based in the Elephant and Castle shop, but you may be required to travel to other shops within London 1 & 2 on a short-term basis.

To be successful in this role you will have retail experience at a supervisory level alongside a genuine interest in charity retail. You will be keen to build your people management skills including working with Crisis members. We are particularly interested in meeting candidates with an interest or background in visual merchandising, although this is not essential. Role Overview
As a member of the Supporter Engagement Team no two days will be the same. You will be essential in helping us improve the lives of those living with Crohn's and Colitis by offering fantastic supporter service and ensuring our members and fundraisers feel valued and keen to continue to support!
The Supporter Engagement Officer plays a pivotal role in achieving this. By taking a lead in the day to day management of the income processing and membership arm of the team ensuring all income is processed quickly and accurately and supporters are thanked efficiently.
About You
You will have experience of working in a similar role, providing a high standard of customer care in a fast-paced environment, handling supporter queries and providing information in a concise and comprehensive manner.
You will be experienced in supervising staff or volunteers and be an effective and approachable networker with a proved track record of building excellent relations with all stakeholders, using high levels of tact and sensitivity when needed.
You'll need strong written and verbal skills and the ability to adapt your style depending on the audience. You'll also be effective at managing challenging situations and competing priorities.
You will have the ability to manage a busy workload and deadlines whilst taking ownership of problems to find a solution where possible, escalating to a manager where required.
You will also have experience of working with databases to produce reports and insights, as well as the managing the handling of cash and finance processes.
Experience of Microsoft office is essential, as well as high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Work Areas:
Acquisition and Retention:
- Work with the Senior Individual Giving Manager to develop, project manage and deliver integrated supporter acquisition across the individual giving portfolio.
- Develop a cause-led approach to fundraising within our Forest Centres, working closely with Districts to coordinate and maximise onsite fundraising potential.
- Work alongside the Digital Marketing team to champion fundraising for individual giving.
- Manage an in-memory programme which will signifcantly support our income growth strategy.
- Support effective acquisition approaches for the cash and regular giving programmes to increase fundraising income through both online and offline activities.
- Work collaboratively to ensure that Forestry England supporters are at the heart of any developments, to ensure excellent supporter engagement through appropriate channels, to minimise donor attrition, and to deliver excellent supporter stewardship to aid retention.
- To use the power of storytelling to drive supporter acquisition and retention.
Analysis and budgets:
- Evaluate fundraising activity against budgets and KPIs, making recommendations for future developments to improve performance.
- Help set annual budgets with regular forecasting.
Other:
- Be a champion for fundraising activity across the organisation, providing support and guidance.
- Ensure high standards of delivery and collaboration are maintained within budgets and procurement requirements.
- Manage escalated supporters’ queries to ensure they are dealt with appropriately to avoid reputational risk.
- Keep up to date with fundraising trends and legislation in relation to public fundraising, and ensure compliance with fundraising regulation and data protection requirements, including the General Data Protection Directive; Ensure all individual giving activity complies with the appropriate regulation and legislation and delivers an excellent experience for supporters.

Your main responsibility will be to help steward our active relationships with donors and supporters around the world, manage delivery of key grant outputs, and build relationships with philanthropic funders and foundations.
This role will require engagement with our global staff team, alongside senior leadership and key stakeholders, and our expansive network of community partners around the world. Salary – UK-based salary range for this role will be £40,000 - £45,000, depending on experience
