Key accountabilities:

The Catalyst Collective is an innovative and rapidly growing non-profit organisation. Since our pilot programme launched in January 2021, we have expanded significantly. Purpose of the Role
As a Senior Regional Lead, you will play a vital role in supporting Local Authorities and housing providers in achieving DAHA accreditation. You will lead a team of Regional Leads, providing supervision and support to ensure their success, while also developing partnerships and promoting innovative housing responses to domestic abuse. This role is key to the delivery of DAHA’s strategic goals and will give you the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of domestic abuse survivors across the housing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and guidance to up to four Regional Leads, helping them achieve their goals and maintain high levels of engagement.
- Work with housing providers and local authorities to promote and support their journey towards achieving DAHA accreditation.
- Plan and deliver workshops, webinars, and training sessions on DAHA standards and domestic abuse housing responses.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with external partners, including Local Authorities and Registered Social Housing Providers.

As one of our vital Supporter Care Assistants, you’ll provide a variety of clear and engaging customer service for Greenpeace supporters via email, phone and post. You’ll respond to routine enquiries, handle donation changes and other administrative matters and answer questions about our campaigns, always making sure that your replies are personalised, accurate and timely.
It will also be an important part of your role to make thank-you calls to long-term donors, to welcome new supporters to Greenpeace, and to handle complaints with empathy and understanding, ensuring a positive experience at all times.
Location: Islington, London. Our hybrid working model enables us to enjoy the benefits of both office based and remote working. We ask that staff work from the office in Islington 40% of their time, with 20% required as a minimum. Reasonable adjustments as well as specific office based needs will be considered for those with long term health conditions and disabilities.
What we're looking for:
• Experience in customer service, supporter care or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to write engaging, personalised responses and handle phone queries confidently, adjusting your tone for different audiences.
• Strong ability to manage a busy workload, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, especially when dealing with a high volume of enquiries.
• Ability to use technology, including database systems and Google Suite, with a willingness to learn new tools and software.
• A genuine interest in environmental issues, with a willingness to learn about Greenpeace’s work and a desire to inspire others to take action.
• The resilience to maintain a positive attitude, remain calm under pressure and bounce back from challenging situations.

The Role
As our Fundraising Manager, you will take on a key role, creating the income we need to undertake our vital work supporting disabled people.
We are looking to further develop and diversify our income streams beyond Trusts and foundation and focus on increasing donations from individuals with an interest in our cause.
Growing our individual supporter base, you will recruit new supporters and build on the excellent foundations laid by our outgoing Community Fundraiser to raise our profile amongst our neighbours.
You will provide outstanding relationship management and donor care to supporters, ensuring they are recognised and thanked for their contribution. Additionally, you will develop and deliver fundraising operational plans, helping to create fundraising materials that encourage and support fundraising potential.
About You
To be considered as our Fundraising Manager, you will need:
- Experience increasing fundraising income from individuals and achieving income targets
- Experience of the effective stewardship of charity donors
- Project planning and management experience
- Experience managing and hitting budgets
- Knowledge of fundraising good practice
- An excellent understanding of donor stewardship and relationship management

About the role
As a Chapter Member at the National Deaf Children's Society, you'll be in a Chapter of like-minded and skilled specialists, experts, and emerging experts. Led by the Chapter Lead all Chapter Members will value and respect each other's contribution and learn and develop collaboratively.
This role will design, implement and manage systems to ensure that fundraising and marketing activity is of a high quality, complies with relevant legislation and sector codes and is consistent with National Deaf Children’s Society policies.
You will carry out a programme of detailed quality assurance activity and monitoring to identify areas where improvements can be made and provide fundraising teams with recommended actions. This work has a particular focus on the management of telemarketing and face to face recruitment.
You will prepare reports for internal teams and stakeholders and provide support and guidance to fundraising staff in relation to compliance and what is required of them.
You will network effectively with peers across the sector and engage with external regulatory and sector bodies, such as the Fundraising Regulator, the CIOF, the DMA and the ICO, to ensure that the organisation is aware of all relevant developments and our views and priorities are taken into consideration; actively participating in sector consultations, meetings and working groups as appropriate.
Occasional travel will be required to shadow and monitor compliance training and to support our fundraising agencies.
What might a day in the life look like?
- Take ownership of and manage our internal Call Monitoring process – selecting and allocating calls from our agencies and listening to the majority to recognise any potential issues or trends that may arise.
- To follow up any feedback with the agencies and ensure they are compliant with fundraising code of practice.
- Updating and monitoring the site lists on our websites to ensure our supporters know where we are.
- Attend monthly and ad-hoc compliance forums and engage with external bodies to ensure we are maintaining standards across the sector. A chance to network with peers and even offer insight into our best practise.
- Quarterly due diligence checks with our agencies, along with monitoring of job adverts and contracts to ensure compliance.
- To manage and monitor our Mystery Shopping programme – engaging with the agencies regarding feedback and follow up, and approving invoices.
- A monthly compliance tracker to be shared internally so we know our key areas of focus.
- Management of our fundraising shadowing programme, with the occasional visits to our agencies for compliance training, feedback and shadowing.
- To help the organisation to deliver excellent standards of supporter care by providing cover for the team where necessary.
- To identify compliance issues which require follow-up or investigation and to conduct or direct any internal investigation.
- To conduct periodic audits (including National Deaf Children’s Society’s fundraising suppliers) to ensure that compliance procedures are followed and that compliance systems are effective.
