Overview of the role – Programmes Administrator:
LST is seeking a detailed-orientated and highly organised professional with a real willingness to support people for the role of Programmes Administrator
This is a crucial role where the postholder will join a small and friendly Registry team supporting Faculty and students across the organisation.
The responsibilities of the post-holder are designed and divided into two main areas: Registry activities and Programmes activities. The post-holder will provide efficient and effective delivery to the Theology and Worship Programmes and Theology and Counselling Programme, while continuing to assist with Registry Office functions.
Key Tasks:
The following key tasks are indicative of the role, rather than exhaustive, and tasks may be amended in response to changing requirements or in line with the skills and experience of the post-holder:
- Supporting the Music Programme Leader with music events, concerts and recitals
- Supporting the Counselling Programme Leader with the organisation of residential weekends and exams

Person specification:
The successful candidate will be naturally detail-orientated, highly organised and efficient. As the postholder will be joining a small and friendly team, a natural warmth and willingness to be a good team-player is important. This is a professional support service role so an understanding of customer service and a real willingness to help people is essential.
London School of Theology is a Christian college and as such it is a requirement of the Person Specification that the postholder must be in sympathy with the Christian ethos, aims and objectives of the School.

As the Finance Director, you will manage the efficient and effective running of the finance department and lead on the strategic development of CSW’s multi-year financial planning providing responsive reporting and adaptive forecasting to the CEO, the SLT (of which you will be part) and the charity’s Board of Trustees. You will be an excellent financial professional, self-motivated and passionate about your work. You are proactive and willing to work well with others to achieve targets. To be successful in this role, you will hold a relevant financial qualification or be qualified by experience. You will have substantial experience at middle or senior financial management level in the commercial or not-for-profit sector, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire people when working in a team. You will possess strong strategic planning skills, and a good grasp of key charity accounting and database software; principally Sage Line 50, Raiser’s Edge, electronic/online banking, Microsoft Office, especially Excel at advanced level. The role
The Monitoring & Evaluation Officer will be part of the Monitoring & Evaluation team, reporting to the Senior Data Analyst.
You will play a key role in advising on and delivering the monitoring and evaluation requirements of the Academy for their portfolio of funding under the International Science Partnerships Fund (ISPF). This includes developing streamlined data collection tools that minimise the burden on award holders and Academy staff whilst meeting stringent reporting requirements.
Other responsibilities include the analysis of data and statistics and their visual representation in reports and presentations for internal and external audiences, including funders, as well as identifying how reporting requirements or strategies developed for ISPF might support other British Academy teams and wider Monitoring and Evaluation requirements.
The role is positioned within the Monitoring & Evaluation team of the British Academy’s Research Directorate and works closely with colleagues in the International team, as well as members of the Policy Directorate and staff located in the Development and Communications Directorate.

Hammersmith and Fulham, Ealing and Hounslow Mind run an innovative crisis prevention service designed as a place for children and young people at risk of mental health crises to de-escalate and have access to a skilled staff team to support them. The Circle is open out of hours (3pm-11pm or 12pm-8pm weekends and holidays), 365 days a year, and has been designed to reduce the need for young people to attend A&E. Co-designed by young people, it is a friendly and accessible space.The mental health adviser role is key to the support that children and young people will receive on site, and you will have the opportunity to work with 5-18 year olds, as well as providing signposting and support to parents/carers and other agencies.
This Mental Health Adviser role would suit an experienced Mental Health Youth Worker, CAMHS support worker, Youth Counsellor, Child Wellbeing Practitioner, Emotional Wellbeing Practitioner, an Assistant Psychologist with some training in MH interventions like CBT, or other roles that have given you experience and skills in working with Children and Young People presenting with difficulties related to their Mental Health.
Key Responsbilities
- Work as part of a team dedicated to providing support to children and young people who are at risk of mental health crisis, or may otherwise attend A&E.
- Offer one to one support via drop in or appointments, and be child-centred in that support.
- Work alongside children and young people, their parents/carers and families in increasing self-management of presenting difficulties.

The role:
This role offers an exciting opportunity to positively impact the lives of rough sleepers here in Woking, by assisting them in finding and maintaining stable housing. As the rough sleeper co-ordinator, you'll employ a strengths-based approach, working alongside various local agencies to provide holistic, trauma-informed support to those who are experiencing homelessness. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee rough sleeper drop in from 8am – 10am weekdays at our Day Centre. Ensuring the rough sleeper drop-in service provides a welcoming and safe space within the resource centre, offering essential amenities like showers, breakfast, and food parcels to address immediate needs.
• Collaborate proactively with the Senior Tenancy Sustainment Officer (STSO) to engage, verify, and offer support to rough sleepers.
• Lead the assessment process for all new clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs and strengths, to tailor support effectively. Maintaining and updating the referrals list, regularly checking on the welfare of clients alongside the staff team at our direct access service.
• Attend Rough Sleeper meetings with the STSO, led by the Rough Sleeping team from Woking Borough Council.
• Attend Streetlink reports and conduct town walks, actively engaging with the community and staying informed about local dynamics to better support clients.
• Maintain comprehensive notes on our database, Salesforce, to provide clear and concise information of interactions and outcomes for clients.
• Guide clients towards relevant services through informed signposting, empowering them to access resources and support, conducive to their individual journeys.
• Actively participate in the varied services provided by YRP, contributing expertise and dedication to the holistic support of clients and the community.

We are looking for a proactive assistant to manage the essential administrative tasks which ensure the delivery of effective Sightsavers campaigns within the Individual Giving (IG) Acquisition team. Who will I be changing the lives of?
All of our learners are aged between 16-25 years, have some level of additional need and as a result have an Educational, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). Some of the most common areas of need that our learners experience are Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH), Autism (ASC), ADHD although we work with learners with a much broader range of needs.
Main Responsibilities
- To be responsible for a caseload of learners with EHCP's aged 16-25 years
- To act as the main point of contact for staff and services with SEND related queries
- To arrange and carry out Annual Reviews and PEP’s as well as completion and submission of all relevant paperwork, acting as chair for these meetings when required
- To assist the Change Leader with the transition process for learners starting at Really NEET as well as those learners leaving Really NEET
- Responsible for over-seeing the progression of learners on completion of the course

The Director of Finance & Operations is responsible for the good financial management and smooth operations of Severn Wye. This role will include
- Organisational development and management:
