Job description

Do you have a keen interest in organisational development and working internationally?

In International Partnerships, our role is to serve our partners and to do as much as we can to make sure that they have what they need so that their translation programmes thrive. We have close relationships with partner organisations in a number of countries where people are coming to know Jesus through the Bible for the first time.

As Lead Consultant, you will be able to get the best from people, managing projects professionally and contributing consulting advice from your own specialism. This is a particularly exciting position, leading on something that is fundamental to what we do – serving our partners.

  • Salary: £50,000-55,000 + benefits
  • Location: Home-based or the option of a desk at our office in Oxford
  • Terms of appointment: Full-time (37.5 hours per week). Permanent
  • Closing date: Wednesday 26 March at 9am
  • Interview date: Tuesday 1 April, in Oxford

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop and oversee a team of specialists
  • Develop and refine strategies for specialist engagement initiatives
  • Optimise systems and implement solutions and improvements
  • Communicate to inspire

Benefits include:

  • 33 days’ annual leave, including bank holidays
  • Competitive contributory pension scheme
  • Employer pension contributions up to 7.5%
  • Fully employer-funded life assurance
  • 24/7 employee assistance programme for emotional and practical support
  • Tax-free home-working allowance
  • Family-friendly employer
  • Monthly in-person team days in Oxfordshire or the Chilterns (expenses covered)
  • Hot-desking facility at Oxford office
  • Fully paid-for professional development opportunities.

It is an occupational requirement of this role that you have a clear, personal commitment to the beliefs set out in our Statement of Faith and Doctrinal Position Statement.
