DFN Project SEARCH offer an evidence-based supported internship model which takes place entirely in the workplace. The programmes provide continuous support to young adults with a learning disability, and autistic people who are aged between 16 – 24 with an Education Health and Care Plan, or equivalent, in their final year of education.
You will be required to identify opportunities to develop and grow DFN Project SEARCH programmes across a geographical area with the aim of supporting the organisation to ensure that as many people as need it have access to DFN Project SEARCH programmes.
In addition, you will be required to develop strategies to ensure that the operational programmes in your area are achieving at least the average outcomes expected for young people in our programmes and so you must be committed to continuous improvement.
You will be specifically required to develop strong partnerships and train and support colleagues within your area. You may also be required to support colleagues promoting DFN Project SEARCH in other areas, further European projects as required and contribute to the development of relevant UK focussed materials.
As a Programme Specialist you will be expected to:
- Demonstrate effective project planning and preparation so that each project delivers achieves the highest quality programme possible and outstanding employment outcomes for the interns.
- Establish effective working relationships with schools, colleges, local authorities, employers and the project professional staff to promote the building of excellent, high quality partnerships at each site to ensure the effective running of programmes and promote sustainability in a volatile environment.

The Lead Practitioner will play a key role in supporting the Approved Premises (AP) Managers in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high standards of care, safety, and rehabilitation opportunities for residents. This includes overseeing staff support, organising shift coverage, coordinating training, and maintaining strong relationships with external partners. The role requires a proactive approach to resident engagement, activity planning, and staff development while working a variety of shifts, including weekends and late shifts.

Key Responsibilities
Staff Support & Rota Management
- Assist the AP Manager in organising and ensuring appropriate rota coverage, including managing last-minute changes.
- Provide day-to-day support to support staff, ensuring clear communication and guidance.
- Disseminate relevant information to staff to ensure smooth service operation.
- Support AP manager to develop good practice across the teams.
Training & Development
- Ensure new team members receive appropriate induction and training.
- Deliver training sessions, including First Aid and other relevant development opportunities.
- Support continuous professional development for staff, ensuring a skilled and competent workforce.
- Co-ordinate the submission of Enabling Environments on-going award process.
- Support the AP manager in preparing for HMIP Inspections.
Meetings & Partnership Working
- Attend and contribute to Equality, Inclusion, and Diversity (EID) meetings and other relevant meetings as required by the AP Manager, within the MOJ
- Liaise with partner organisations, building and maintaining strong links with the local community to enhance support services.
Resident Engagement & Activities
- Liaise with the AP Manager and Activities co-ordinators to ensure a full calendar of activities is available for residents, promoting engagement and rehabilitation.
- Manage the activity calendar, coordinating and overseeing planned events and programmes.
Shift & Working Hours
- Work a variety of shifts to support service needs, including two weekend days per month and four late shifts per month.
- Provide hands-on support within the AP, ensuring a visible leadership presence.
Person Specification
Essential Criteria:
- Experience working within a criminal justice, supported housing or rehabilitation setting.
- Previous experience in a leadership or senior role within a similar setting.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to build effective partnerships with external organisations and community groups.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage staff and residents effectively.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to shift work, including weekends and late shifts.

We're looking for an analytical thinker to join our Facilitation and Planning team as Facilitation and Planning Officer on a 12-month fixed term contract, to cover an internal secondment.
You'll work as part of a team who are responsible for planning and scheduling of all events, conferences and one-to-one sessions across our programme suite. The team recruit and support expert faculty to ensure our programmes are delivered to the highest quality in order to enrich participant learning.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will lead and manage the Finance and Corporate Services functions, ensuring strong financial governance, compliance, and strategic planning. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders including the Board, Executive Team, regulators, auditors, and funders.
You will also act as the organisational lead for financial strategy, treasury management, HR, IT infrastructure, and internal and external communications-ensuring that EastEnd Homes is well-resourced and delivering outstanding services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing leadership across Finance, IT, HR, and Communications, implementing procedures, policies and strategies
- Manage, support, and develop staff across the Finance and Corporate Services teams, including performance reviews, training needs, and continuous improvement

About You:

- Experience of working effectively with a Board or committee, writing and presenting reports, strategies etc.
- Strong understanding of financial governance, legislation, and risk management as well as developing short, medium and long term financial plans which ensure their financial viability over the longer term

Citizens Advice Pembrokeshire (CAP) are seeking a new Chief Executive Officer to lead the charity into the future following the retirement of our current CEO.
We are looking for an ambitious and talented candidate, to provide leadership, strategic vision, direction, and overall management to maximise delivery services and charitable aims and objectives
You will have a knowledge and understanding of the charity sector and knowledge, of the policy, and multi-agency environment in which the advice sector operates. You will have the ability to influence external change and to earn and maintain the trust of those people involved, especially funding bodies and key partner organisations.
You will also come with extensive experience of financial management and budgetary control, and a proven ability to generate income through fundraising and commissioning activities.
Our passionate team makes a real difference to people’s lives, providing essential advice on debt, housing, employment, benefits, and more. In 2024 alone, we helped 4,000 people with over 20,000 issues. Beyond empowering individuals, we also challenge unfair policies, and drive change through our research and campaigns work.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our award-winning Fundraising Team at Birmingham Women’s and Children’s Hospital Charity. The Corporate Partnerships Officer will join our recently established Philanthropy and Partnerships (P&P) team to help us develop and nurture a range of corporate and philanthropic relationships. The Corporate Partnerships Officer will be responsible for account managing a portfolio of new and existing corporate accounts to deliver a sustainable income growth year on year. We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to the Chair of the Board. Reporting to the Governance Manager & Deputy Secretary, you will be part of the Finance and Assurance directorate.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing personal assistance to the Chair, including the coordination of a confidential calendar, managing requests for attendance, travel arrangements, meeting and event coordination, and ensuring the effective use of the Chair’s time. A high level of confidentiality and discretion will be essential in all aspects of your work. While the primary focus will be supporting the Chair, there may be occasional personal assistant support required for other Trustees.
You will bring extensive experience as a Personal Assistant, particularly in supporting senior staff and working within a large organisation. About Leeds Baby Bank
At Leeds Baby Bank our mission is to ensure no child goes without. We support families in Leeds, with children aged 0-5 years, who are experiencing poverty. We provide families with all the essentials and equipment they need for their babies and young children. This includes bed bundles, nappies and toiletries, baby baths, potties, highchairs, prams and buggies, clothes and shoes, toys and books.
Families are referred to Leeds Baby Bank by our professional referral partners. This includes midwives, health visitors and social workers. This ensures we’re helping families who are in the most need. We also run an Outreach project, where we support families in the community at four different community centres across Leeds. Here we provide signposting and advice as well as essential items for young families.
About the role
The Head of Charity will work with the board of trustees to lead the day to day running and management of Leeds Baby Bank. You will be self-motivated and enthusiastic with demonstrable leadership experience and a strategic mindset. The Head of Charity will lead a dedicated staff and volunteer team to achieve the ongoing strategic aims of Leeds Baby Bank, whilst also having the skills to support the charity through a period of ongoing change.

Main duties and responsibilities

- Review policies and procedures proactively and reactively as required, in line with the charity’s review procedures.
- Responsible for the charity’s day to day risk management procedures, this includes updating risk assessments, ensuring that ongoing risks are reported on and highlighting new risks to the Board of Trustees.
- Provide strong leadership, direction and management in all aspects of the charity’s work and represent the charity with stakeholders and publicly.
