You will support with the recruitment, training and development of Helpline Volunteers and Befriending Volunteers. Supporting volunteers in carrying out their roles effectively in providing emotional support, information, and befriending support to people affected by MS.
You will provide support and guidance to volunteers within the Helpline services team including recruitment and training. You will also provide continuous service referral management for national befriending service and provide continuous support to Befriending Volunteers.
You will also support the Helpline Services Volunteer Manager with embedding new volunteer projects into the Helpline and answer enquiries through a range of channels giving up to date, quality, trusted information and emotional support.
The role will require you to contribute to Helpline services out of hours cover between 5-7pm on a weekly basis including supporting volunteers and staff on evening shifts and support with managing safeguarding enquiries as part of the Safeguarding Responder Group including filling in relevant forms and providing relevant. You will also coordinate volunteer recognition events at regular intervals that increase engagement and development.

Job Title: Events Fundraising Officer

Role purpose: You will be leading on a number of the charity’s large events, overseeing on the day event logistics, marketing, planning and fundraiser stewardship. All with the aim of increasing potential income from participants.

About the Role:
This role is a hybrid working role and is based at our Singer Street offices, Islington, London for a minimum of one day a week and home working, subject to operational demand. As a Deputy Head of Service you will assist the Head of Service (HoS) to deliver consistently safe, high-quality support for all service users across the Service and ensure contractual targets are met. You will deputise in the absence of the HoS.

As the Digital Data Officer reporting into the Digital Data Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and leveraging data within the Income Generation team. Imago Dei is a small but growing charity that works with women in prison and once they leave prison. We are seeking a part-time Finance Officer to aid our growth, the role can be a hybrid working role incorporating some office working, and in-person attendance at staff meetings and staff days.
We are looking for a team member that will be able to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the finances of Imago Dei using QuickBooks and associated applications. To ensure, alongside the accountant, that the charity remains compliant with all statutory financial regulations that apply to it and any subsidiaries and coordinating the preparation of data to meet reporting requirements. Main duties:

Following a restructure, DMI is looking to recruit a Grants Management Officer. This new role will provide a critical link between DMI’s national teams, HQ staff, and donors. About the role

Who we are looking for
We are seeking an individual located in South East of England, who possesses the drive, passion, and skills to:
- Develop new Peer Support Groups across a diverse range of communities
- Demonstrate the energy and enthusiasm required to achieve key targets and objectives
- Work collaboratively within the Peer Support and Community Team, as well as throughout the broader organisation, to ensure the development of safe and effective support services for the kinship community.

Background to School Food Matters
School Food Matters (SFM) exists to teach children about food and to improve children’s access to healthy, sustainable food during their time at school. We provide fully funded food education programmes to schools. Our experience delivering these programmes informs and strengthens our campaigns, bringing the voices of children, parents and teachers to government policy.
Young Marketeers
This much-loved programme was started in London in 2012. It is now running in 12 cities across England and is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund for three years. The programme provides hands-on opportunities for children from primary schools to grow fruit and veg from seed to sell at their local market. Young Marketeers is also a platform for School Food Matters to promote food education to schools and communities as a way to support children to live happy and healthy lives. Children learn the art of growing veg from seed, and market traders will share their secrets on how to create a winning market stall. Primary schools will be visited by our gardener in March/April and then again in May/June and receive further tips on how to ensure a bumper crop. And in July, they head to the market to sell their produce, and to meet the mayor!

- Maintain the ethos of the charity and positively promote our work at all times
Person specification
Essential
· Experience of delivering food growing sessions to children
· Knowledge of fruit and vegetable growing
· Excellent administrative and organisational skills with great attention to detail
· Excellent IT skills including excel, word and email
· Experience of building relationships with partner organisations and individuals
· Ability to work in a team, and seek help when needed
· Self-motivated and optimistic with a can-do attitude
Desirable
· Experience of working for a charity or not for profit organisation
· Experience of working in primary schools and engaging children
