We are looking for a Senior Manager – Policy, Government & Evidence Generation. This is a key role for Youth Futures Foundation as a What Works Centre. Reporting to the Head of Public Policy, but working closely with Evaluation and Public Affairs colleagues, this is a unique role, sitting at the intersection of our policy, government relations and evidence generation work. The work of the Public Policy team will focus on the following strategic themes for the organisation:
- Barriers and Discrimination in Employment
- Place based change
- Mental Health and Wellbeing
- Early Intervention and Transition
- Apprenticeships and Vocational Training
- Employment Support Programmes
You will lead and manage our work in two key macro areas:
- Evidence generation opportunities – Engaging with national and local government on evidence generation partnership opportunities, working with the Evidence and Evaluation team to identify new opportunities and supporting the brokerage of trials to test interventions to support marginalised young people.
- Regional policy – Managing our policy work with regional and local government across the youth employment agenda
This role can be based at any of our hubs located in London, Birmingham or Leeds. We currently operate a hybrid model of two-days per week in the office and three-days from home.

The person
As the Whizz Kidz Partnership Development Manager you will be expected to get into the heart of the organisation, understand our ambitions and use your passion, knowledge and skills to help identify and deliver new mutually beneficial corporate partnerships. You will the experience and knowledge of how to identify and quantify the right opportunities for Whizz Kidz and know what it takes to win and manage different types of partnerships – employee engagement, strategic and brand and commercial. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, be comfortable presenting and willing to develop and learn new skills. You will be keen to play a key role within the fundraising and marcomms team to help maintain a positive culture, use your strong relationship management skills internally and externally, help increase brand awareness and unlock vital income to create positive change for young wheelchair users and their families.

• A key role in the Partnerships team focused on generating long term sustainable income (unrestricted/restricted) from the corporate sector by developing income first multi-year employee engagement, strategic and commercial partnerships.

The Benefit and Entitlements Advocate (BEA) is an important position within Stay Safe East. What the job involves
This is an exciting new role within our Integrated Marketing and Media department, managing a talented Media and PR team, creating impactful moments that inspire action and drive change for men.
You’ll be responsible for developing our media and PR approach, ensuring prioritisation to deliver our Communications strategy and campaign objectives. You’ll contribute to future planning, crisis planning, and measuring impact by tracking and evaluating our PR results.
You’ll work with our paid media agency to maximise our media partnerships, ensuring all our work delivers for men. You’ll work alongside our creative content team to help men affected by prostate cancer share their stories and build strong relationships with our spokespeople and key stakeholders.

The purpose of this role is to strengthen LFF’s policy and advocacy efforts. You will be crucial in helping to develop strategic engagement, influence change and strengthen LFF’s impact on public policy, and in doing so, make a significant contribution to the prevention of child sexual abuse.
Bringing together your knowledge and experience engaging with various stakeholders, you will effect change by identifying opportunities to influence decision-making, analyse data to develop policy positions for the organisation, contribute to consultation submissions and provide advice on various policy matters.
Advocacy is one of our three strategic pillars within our current organisational strategy, together with reach and research. It sits within the wider Advocacy and Communications Team which supports the promotion of all areas of our work across various channels: websites, social media, press and PR, marketing and digital advertising. Background: Muslim Charities Forum (MCF) is the UK network for British Muslim-led Voluntary and Community Sector Organisations. MCF seeks to support, connect, and represent these organisations so that they can all experience the blessings of the collective. Through our network we support almost 300 charities and community organisations.
We aim to collectively build a more accountable, transparent, and efficient British Muslim-led Voluntary and Community Sector, to improve our ability—both as individual organisations and as a sector—to contribute to a more just and sustainable world. MCF has a small team, but our impact is far-reaching. Following a period of expansion, MCF is seeking an innovative, motivated and passionate individual to lead on its advocacy capacity building work, sector-wide advocacy work, and delivery of its strategic policy work.
The primary purpose of the role is to build capacity in Muslim-led Voluntary and Community Sector Organisations with differing scales of operating and programmatic focus areas. There will be a particular focus on those Muslim led organisations based in London.
You can expect to be leading on some of the areas as a priority in this role:
• Engaging in outreach with Muslim-led Voluntary and Community Sector Organisations.
• Producing relevant policy and advocacy capacity building materials suitable for those involved in Muslim-led Voluntary and Community Sector Organisations.
• Delivering capacity building engagements with those involved in Muslim-led Voluntary and Community Sector Organisations.
• Hosting roundtables and other group engagements to learn more about the policy and advocacy priorities of Muslim-led Voluntary and Community Sector Organisations.
• Strategically Managing a programmatic budget to outsource elements of MCF’s policy and advocacy capacity building initiatives.
• Building relationships with a range of stakeholders from across the Voluntary and Community Sector, Private Sector, and Public Sector to support capacity building initiatives with Muslim-led Voluntary and Community Sector Organisations. This is an exciting role overseeing MCF’s Policy and Advocacy Unit.

10 Windsor Walk (10WW) is a Community Interest Company established by local therapists concerned to address the provision of intensive psychological services for those most in need.
We meet the needs of local psychoanalysts, psychotherapists and the local community by providing psychotherapy treatment rooms and space for training and events related to developing psychotherapy services.
More than this, we are a hub where therapists and psychoanalysts can meet, work together and exchange ideas on developing the practice as a whole.
- Affordable treatment: We run low- and no-fee psychotherapy for those in need in the local community, alongside Trainees from the Institute of Psychoanalysis who offer low fee psychoanalysis.
