As the Finance Director, you will manage the efficient and effective running of the finance department and lead on the strategic development of CSW’s multi-year financial planning providing responsive reporting and adaptive forecasting to the CEO, the SLT (of which you will be part) and the charity’s Board of Trustees. You will be an excellent financial professional, self-motivated and passionate about your work. You are proactive and willing to work well with others to achieve targets. You are inspired by CSW’s mission and eager to play your part, through this role, in ensuring freedom of religion and belief for all.
To be successful in this role, you will hold a relevant financial qualification or be qualified by experience. You will have substantial experience at middle or senior financial management level in the commercial or not-for-profit sector, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire people when working in a team. You will possess strong strategic planning skills, and a good grasp of key charity accounting and database software; principally Sage Line 50, Raiser’s Edge, electronic/online banking, Microsoft Office, especially Excel at advanced level. You should have good knowledge of financial budgetary and accounting systems, as well as the ability to ensure operational excellence.

Role Requirements
You will provide support to the Community Rehabilitation Service in delivering a multi-tiered model which includes virtual support, early supported discharge from inpatient neurorehabilitation at The Children’s Trust, outpatient packages and community rehabilitation in the Southeast (restricted postcode locations).
Our service delivery aims to promote outcome focussed interventions, safe care, function and participation of children and young people. As such, you will support the provision of therapy and psychology related goals, including specialist equipment, therapy resources and assistive technology, as well as provide support to goal directed independence, self-care, social, leisure and community activities.
With experience of working in a complex environment, across a large and diverse workforce, you will be exceptionally organised with a high-level of attention to detail. You will naturally possess excellent inter-personal skills, and an ability to consult and positively engage with key stakeholders across the organisation.

About the role:
We are looking for a Head of Corporate Fundraising who will drive the organisation’s fundraising revenue by looking for opportunities to optimise and grow. You will use data, insight and subject matter expertise to inform strategy and deliver the corporate fundraising strategy.

Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a fantastic international charity to recruit for a Fundraising Administrator in order to support the philanthropy team in managing fundraising initiatives and will be achieved through efficient administration, researching donor prospects, and specifically supporting the team and Head of World Fellowship and Philanthropy with all administrative duties.
This is a great role for a graduate or someone who is looking to move into the charity sector.
As a Fundraising Administrator you will:
- Provide general administrative support for the Philanthropy team. Coordination of meetings for various groups such as our Development Group and Special Projects Advisory Committee;
- Be an alternative point of contact for team enquiries.
- Monitor the general email inbox, and distribute enquires to the relevant person(s).
- Assist team leads with general administration when requested, including biographies,
letters and receipts.
- Provide support to donors as and when is required such as providing information on
events.
- Proactively supporting with administration of financial transactions such as creating payment reminders and receipts.
- Aiding in the creation of the quarterly newsletter, collating news pieces on the Award and events.
- Assist the team in the run up to events and at events.
- Assist with the day-to-day administration of our CRM, Salesforce, for the team.
- Conduct due diligence reports on new donors and lead the reports through the appropriate channels for approval.
In order to be successful, you must have experienced :
- Previous experience of delivering a high standard of administrative support in a busy office environment
- Demonstrable experience of communicating to a broad range of stakeholders using various media (eg email, publications, letters).
- Experience of Salesforce or similar data management tool
- Experience of working or supporting others in the management of relationships with important stakeholders.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Computer literate. Experienced user of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of email and marketing platforms such as Account Engagement.
- Able to work on own initiative and with little supervision.
- Experience with Canva or another design tool would be beneficial

You will hold a professional accountancy qualification and have substantial financial management experience in an international development environment. The role is fast-paced and complex, and the ideal candidate will need to have presence and ability to effectively manage complex stakeholder needs.

The role
The Associate Technical Advisor will support project management and provision of technical assistance to endemic country governments across a portfolio of NTD projects, with a focus on schistosomiasis (SCH) and soil-transmitted helminthiases (STH). Working with Deputy Directors and Technical Advisors within the Technical Team, the Associate Technical Advisor will contribute to planning and delivery of NTD programming, monitoring of progress and project outcomes, and reporting.
Having excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel, the Associate Technical Advisor will have technical knowledge of global health issues and ideally also the control and elimination of neglected tropical diseases and will support the wider team in working respectfully and in partnership with our colleagues globally. The Associate Technical Advisor will ideally also have experience working in sub-Saharan Africa and effectively managing daily priorities in a flexible and adaptable manner.
