You will be required to improve the quality and outcomes of existing DFN Project SEARCH programmes across a geographical area. This is with the aim of supporting the organisations to ensure that every intern has the best possible chance to gain full-time paid employment. The focus of this role is to ensure continuous improvement across all sites, relating to model fidelity and outcomes. This relates particularly to sites achieving less than 60% employment outcomes.
Our model means that our regional Programme Specialists form new partnerships and develop new DFN Project SEARCH sites, supporting them through to year one of delivery. These sites will then be passed to our Programme Impact Co-ordinator team where you will then be required to continue to nurture these strong partnerships and provide ongoing training and support to colleagues within your region. The HR and Team Coordinator will help ensure that Purposeful Ventures runs smoothly and efficiently.
You’ll work most closely with the Head of People, helping her to keep all of our HR administration in good shape and making sure that current and prospective staff are informed of and supported through HR matters across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities and duties
Provide effective and efficient HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle for both Purposeful Ventures and its incubated ventures and funds, including:
- being the first point of contact for the HR mailbox;
- managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes;
- coordinating all HR admin processes;
- upkeep of the HR Information System, CharlieHR; and
- administration of all recruitment procedures from job application to appointment, using Team Tailor.
Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the Purposeful Ventures Team, by providing team coordination and administrative support, including:
- being the first point of contact for general enquiries;
- managing the team calendar;
- supporting the external IT services contractor;
- providing research and administrative support to the COO;
- ensuring the efficient management of CRM information, team and project documents and templates; and
- minuting incubated ventures’ project board meetings as needed.
Ensure that the Purposeful Ventures team has a pleasant and productive working environment by:
- supporting the operations team to make the Purposeful Ventures office a pleasant, productive, inspiring environment for staff and contractors to work and collaborate;
- keeping the Purposeful Ventures office well stocked with agreed supplies;
- managing the day-to-day coordination of the office and office visitors; and
- monitoring office IT equipment, ensuring items are working well and repaired swiftly and that staff have access to the facilities they need.
Contribute to the smooth running of our finance processes, providing support to finance staff including mailbox monitoring and expenses submissions.

About the role
The senior marketing manager is a new role within the community and events function at Breast Cancer Now. We have ambitious plans for growth across this area of fundraising and believe that this role will be pivotal to the success of this.
With a team of two including a manager and an officer, this role will support the teams’ delivery of the existing marketing portfolio, including community fundraising activity and a range of third-party events. In addition, this role will also oversee the overarching campaign for the Pink Ribbon Walk series, the charity’s flagship walking product. We have ambitious growth plans for the series in 2025 and will be adding another venue to the portfolio as well as increasing participation at each of our existing venues. This role will also lead on the development and delivery of engaging marketing concepts and campaigns to maximise the potential of new fundraising products.
Working collaboratively with teams across the charity, this role will further embed community and events fundraising as core function in the fundraising portfolio. As the expert voice of marketing across community and events, the post holder will support their direct line reports as well as a vibrant team spread across four offices and will work with other marketers in the organisation as well as in house teams such as digital and brand.
About you
An experienced marketeer, you’ll be an expert in promoting fundraising products with a keen eye for detail and creative flair. Your knowledge of dynamic and ambitious six-figure marketing campaigns will enable you to lead the team to success across a variety of projects. You’ll understand the need to approach campaigns on a national and regional level to ensure they speak and engage relevant audiences.
You’ll have experience of working with external digital and OOH marketing agencies to deliver effective and engaging campaigns, and you’ll feel confident in ensuring the charity’s best interests are always at the heart of their work. About this role

Social Media and website

- Work with the Associate Director of Programmes and Business Development to create and develop campaigns (including fundraising and awareness raising campaigns) to be run across social media platforms

About the role
The purpose of the direct marketing executive role is to support the charity’s prize-led fundraising activity, which currently consists of two products – the Breast Cancer Now raffle and the Pink Ribbon lottery. Working closely with the direct marketing officers, you will assist in delivering a wide-range of campaigns across multiple channels (direct mail, email, telemarketing, digital and face-to-face marketing), which recruit and retain supporters to these products. And, you’ll provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the team and the lottery.

The Institute for European Environmental Policy UK[1] (IEEP UK) is a UK registered charity and a not-for-profit sustainability think tank, with over 40 years of experience, based in the UK. As part of the broader IEEP family across Europe, we are dedicated to working with government, civil society, academia and a range of other stakeholders, including European, United Nations and other international bodies, civil society, academia, scientific institutes and business and industry to produce evidence-based research for impact-driven environmental policy solutions. Overall role and responsibilities

1. Financial Management
- Be responsible for and run the organisation’s bookkeeping and financial management processes including invoices, expenses and bank payments.

Personal Specification

- At least 3 years’ relevant professional experience in a similar administrative, financial or management role.
- Experience of using accounting software and managing the financial administration of an organisation including paying and issuing invoices, reconciling bank accounts, and running payroll.

Your role:
The Grantmaking Operations team sits within the Fund’s Operations department and is primarily focused on ensuring that resources are reaching frontline activist organizations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION:
Grantmaking
- Manage due diligence and enhanced grantmaking protocols for a highly complex and high-volume portfolio of grants spanning 50+ countries.
- Inform the development and implementation of grantmaking plans, ensuring they are robust and responsive to changing contexts and needs.
- Research compliance and financial regulation for various country contexts as needed and flag potential areas of risk to the Manager of Grantmaking Policy and Models.
- Identify and flag operational challenges that may have an impact on programmatic grantmaking ambitions, potential donor commitments or grantmaking advisory bodies.
- Coordinate with Program and Grantmaking Operations to ensure grants and grantee relationships are managed according to their risk level and operating context.
