Role Description

Accountabilities
DAY TO DAY DELIVERY OF EVENTS
- Responsible for the overall administration of all student events, ensuring student communication is exceptional. Including event management (covering agenda creation and resource/activity development), student and partner communication/coordination, along with posting opportunities and roles in the weekly newsletter.
STUDENT MANAGEMENT & QUERY HANDLING
- Responsible for the relationship management of the students - including the ability to understand needs, resolve issues, and anticipating and creating a strong relationship on behalf of SEO-London
- Responsible for managing student query escalations and to identify where there are opportunities to improve communication, marketing, or the type of events
- Responsible for managing the programme inboxes (where applicable)
- Responsible for identifying creative and innovative ways to connect, educate and train students
- Provide oversight of higher education applications, CV support, screening, and recruitment preparation
- Responsible for attending campus/school careers events and representing SEO-London professionally with knowledge and enthusiasm
- Organise mentoring and buddying allocations
QUALITY ASSURANCE
- Responsible for ensuring that all information relating to the events and student data is managed within the GDPR guidelines and is updated in Salesforce effectively for tracking purposes.
- Responsible for running reports to track and monitor events from the CRM
Required qualifications

As a Programme Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of all student-related events. Accountabilities
There are three main activities within the France team:
- Outreach (student recruitment),
- Programme Delivery (education and training events for students),
- Business development (attracting new sponsors)
The Programme Coordinator will serve as the administrative officer for the team. You will support the France team as needed and have specific responsibilities for identifying and onboarding students at business schools, engineering schools and universities across France, both online (social media, email marketing, webinars) and offline (in-person campus events and sponsored events). You will also play a key role in executing our social media strategy and managing our presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
Responsibilities include:
- Overall administration of student events, ensuring exceptional communication and coordination.

About the role:
We are seeking a new Head of Business and Operations to play a crucial role in supporting the Head to review and drive continuous improvement.
The key responsibilities in the role will include:
- Finances: You will oversee and manage all finances and a multi million pound budget for the school.
- Human Resources: This will include leading on people strategy, workforce planning and performance management including evaluating the schools operational model.

The IDVA will provide support in the local community and at the Ealing Women’s Wellness Zone. The successful candidate will be co-located up to 5 days a week at the Women’s Wellness Zone.
The IDVA will be closely working alongside CGL colleagues/team to deliver support to women with a range of complex support needs including substance misuse, mental health, domestic abuse, sex working, trafficking, and offending behaviour. The IDVA will work in collaboration with their team members to holistically support women in the borough of Ealing to achieve sustained recovery, improved health and wellbeing, helping women to manage/mitigate risks, and empowering them to reach their fullest potential in society as well as ensuring the voice of survivors informs every stage of the process.
The Senior Multiple Needs IDVA will assess the needs and risks of survivors, carry out short and longer-term risk management, safety planning and support. As well as identify and refer to services appropriate to their needs. They will also proactively advocate and advice women of their rights and options for seeking help and support from other agencies, encouraging them to engage with other agencies, and help co-ordinate the provision of multi-agency support where necessary.
About You:
To be successful as the Senior Multiple Needs IDVA you will need to have:
Excellent understanding of domestic abuse and its effects on women and children, of best practice in supporting survivors of domestic abuse, and of the MARAC. As well as understanding of drug and alcohol issues and experience of working within a related field.
Bringing your experience of risk and needs assessment, safety and support planning, and crisis planning and successfully managing high numbers of referrals and experience of working in a co-located setting with another agency and providing consultations/briefings to professionals to support in upskilling them around Domestic Abuse. The candidate will have experience of partnership working and of maintaining excellent working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to work as part of an innovative service, designed to offer multi-disciplinary wrap-around support to women with multiple needs, with the aim of facilitating long-term recovery.

Background to the Role
Do you have helpline or call centre experience? Are you good at communicating on the telephone? Do you enjoy helping people to find information and solutions to challenges? Are you approachable and a good communicator? We need you to join our high volume, friendly helpline team of staff and volunteers, answering calls and providing information and support to older people in Croydon.
Our helpline is a first point of contact for many older people and their families and carers as they tackle a variety of issues around finance, social engagement, housing and council tax, travel concessions such as Blue Badge and Taxi card. You will play a crucial role in answering our busy Information & Advice Helpline phone: listening carefully and sympathetically to callers, finding solutions to their queries or issues and. The role is varied and very rewarding, and no two days are the same.
Main Duties (but not limited to)
- Providing information and signposting to callers to our Helpline and to people enquiring by email
- Entering new client referrals on our database and recording each new enquiry on our systems
- Supporting and supervising volunteers within the I&A Team

About the role:
We are pleased to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our advice team at Citizens Advice Richmond as a Manage Your Money Lead.
In this role you will be working alongside volunteer advisers, providing holistic advice and support to households in financial crisis and provide advice around income maximisation, managing fuel costs including leading on our Energy Advice Project, benefit take-up, applying for grants to help with costs arising from the cost-of-living crisis, reducing indebtedness and budgeting and money management to help to prevent future financial crisis.
The purpose of this role is to reduce the stigma for low-income households around needing and accessing financial support and give people confidence to seek cheaper alternatives to contract costs around, for example, telephone, tv and broadband.
The project includes support on preparing personal income and expenditure details which can be used by residents themselves when negotiating with debtors on repayment plans.
This work will have a focus on community-based outreach work, working alongside organisations such as foodbanks and community centres. It will aim to prevent future or recurring hardship.
This role is funded by City Bridge Foundation.
