We have an incredible opportunity for a Individual Giving Officer - (Digital Mobilisation) to join our team n a part-time basis, working 21 hours per week across 3 days. Ideally, these hours will include Tuesdays.

About You
Do you have experience in delivering digital mobilisation campaigns? Engaging with supporters on supporter journeys via emails? Or converting digital leads into cash donors, regular givers, or lottery players, whilst also engaging them with advocacy or campaigning actions.

About the Role
This role will be pivotal in growing the Help for Heroes email supporter base driving income and engagement from different audiences. It’s an exciting chance to be a part of a rapidly growing Individual Giving programme, to working with internal and external stakeholders to produce digital campaigns with advocacy and campaigning at the heart of what you do.
You will be involved in recruiting, engaging and converting the supporter community across digital channels, predominantly via email and DotDigital. It is key advanced engaging supporter journeys via email, following and creating automation journeys whilst also coming up with creative ideas for execution. Motivating supporters to engage with the charity, whether by signing our latest petition, donating, or signing up to become a regular giver.
Additionally, you’ll be able to report and analyse on all elements of our digital mobilisation campaigns, reacting to audience and sector insight to optimise our supporter journey.
About the Team
You’ll be joining the wider Commercial /Fundraising Directorate, who are focused on driving income for Help for Heroes. And you’ll be working directly in the Individual Giving team, a quickly growing team within the Directorate. Help for Heroes has supported more than 30,000 people since 2007, and you can be a part of making such an incredible difference every day.

CPAG’s grant income from trusts, foundations, and some statutory income has grown significantly to nearly £2 million annually. The Trusts Fundraiser will work with the Head of Fundraising to expand the pipeline, raise restricted and unrestricted grant income, and build relations with funders.
You will have outstanding communication skills, a highly organised approach to work, strong self-motivation and enjoy working in a small team.

Having recently won a major national award for Fundraising Team of the Year at the annual Third Sector awards, East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH) is now seeking an outstanding income generation leader to help realise it’s ambitions of reaching more children, young people and families across the East Anglian region that need our care.
We’re looking for an experienced Director of Fundraising and Marketing & Communications to join the executive leadership team at EACH. This role offers flexibility to work from any of our three hospices at Milton near Cambridge, The Treehouse in Ipswich and The Nook, near Norwich, combined with hybrid working.
East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) provides specialist care for babies, children and young people with life-threatening conditions across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk and supports their families. As Director of Fundraising and Marketing & Communications you will lead the strategic planning and delivery of the Marketing and Fundraising annual plan (£7.5m) across all income streams, including major giving, community and events, corporate, trust and foundation teams. Flexibility and resilience are key, as you'll need to adapt to changing situations while staying motivated. A full clean driving licence and the ability to work some evenings and weekends are also required.

We are seeking a London Church Engagement Manager to lead on developing gospel partnerships with churches in London. The Finance Manager role is a newly created role which is being introduced to strengthen the organisation’s financial management and control systems. The postholder will work across the breadth of the finance function preparing internal management accounts and external annual accounts.
In 2024, Cord changed its finance system to use Business Central. The Finance Manager will become the organisation’s main ‘admin’ user of the finance system. In the near-term, there will be a particular focus on rolling out further functionality of the system.
The Finance Manager will have oversight of the UK finance function through the line management of the UK Finance Officer and will directly deliver on the international side of operations in the areas of donor compliance, programme financial management, partner financial monitoring, and reporting. About the Role
This role is an exciting opportunity to work for Mind BLMK as part of the Fundraising & Engagement Team.
Acting as the first point of contact for all Fundraising & Comms enquiries and in line with Mind BLMK’s Fundraising and Communications Strategy, this is a busy role and will require excellent stewardship and donor care skills as well as meticulous organisation and innovative thinking. QuarterFive are delighted to be partnering with The Orpheus Centre, which supports young disabled adults to live and work as independently as they are able. They do this through developing their confidence and independent living skills, using arts-based, bespoke learning, work experience and supported living programmes delivered from their base in Surrey. All of their learners are learning disabled and some are also physically disabled.
The Orpheus Centre is located at a beautiful converted farm that provides teaching and performance spaces and self-contained accommodation. However, their success in enabling these young people to thrive means that they are over subscribed every year and have outgrown the current facilities.
The capital appeal will convert a building next to the Centre to allow for more learners to enrol, in particular more learners with more complex needs. Currently, the quiet phase is projected for 2024-2027, with the build phase being projected for 2027-2029.
The Head of Capital Appeal will sit on the SMT, reporting to the CEO, and be responsible for leading a small team of fundraisers also dedicated to raising funds for the build. While there will be a team to support, the Head of Capital Appeal will spend most of their time personally fundraising as well. There are existing opportunities, including a well-connected President (also the Founder), a Capital Appeal Committee which will be set up, and an existing pool of donors. A focus on new business, however, will also be crucial for the success of the project.
As Head of Capital Appeal, you will:
- Develop, implement and monitor the private and public phases of the capital appeal strategy to enable the Orpheus Centre to meet the appeal target
- Establish a high performing capital appeal committee of volunteers to cultivate and steward potential significant donors
- Deliver target income from a range of sources, primarily major donors, trusts and foundations and statutory sources, but not discounting other viable income streams
- Personally secure significant major gifts for the capital project
- Design, recruit and lead a team of fundraisers to support on fundraising for the capital project
- Research and identify potential funders for the capital project
- Work closely with the build project team, to ensure clear communication between the funding and the building of the project
- Provide timely reports for Senior Management Team and Trustees to facilitate effective cash flow management and decision making
Ideal skills and experience:
- Significant experience in a senior high value fundraising role
- Demonstrable experience of securing 5- and 6-figure major gifts
- Extensive track record in working with trusts, major donors and statutory funders
- Experience of line managing teams of fundraisers
