The Role
This is an exciting role which will be crucial in driving our Regional Fundraising vision to be at the heart of our communities. We need an army of recognisable volunteers beside us in all our communities, empowered to drive lasting change for people affected by stroke and support our plans for income growth.
Your team will be proactively acquiring new volunteers through various products and propositions. Leading the design and delivery of a high value network of ‘business boards’ and testing new, innovative ways to enable our supporters to donate their time to us. About the Opportunity
RI has recently entered into a partnership with Takeda Pharmaceuticals, to implement a four-year project medical supply chain project. This project will focus on building the capacity of 20 local pharmaceutical and medical device suppliers in four countries where Relief International (RI) has existing programming: Afghanistan, Yemen, Myanmar, and Syria.
Providing technical leadership, the project Pharmacy Manager working in close collaboration with the Project Director and project Supply Chain Manager, will support activities of the project deliverables.
Your Responsibilities
This role includes the following responsibilities.
- Lead on national health stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for the project and its sustainability post project (medical regulatory authority, ministry of health, pharmacy associations, public sector medical procurement departments).
- Work with national peer health stakeholders to ensure their understanding, and engagement / support for the project (iNGOs, Health Clusters, aid management partners, UN stakeholders.
- Reach out to other iNGOs active in the project countries to harmonize product portfolios, and develop support for quality standards
- Champion the RI database for medical products including the RI Medical Supply List (MSL), manufacturers, distributors to include relevant quality data about products and suppliers
- Help the Supply Chain and Procurement Coordinator on sourcing and verifying medical assurance quality certificates with local suppliers to enable RI to conduct and improve local medical supply procurement
- Support sub-contractor activities as agreed in the sub-contractor agreement, and Collaborating with the Pharmacy advisor, lead in conducting regular reviews and assessments of sub-contractor work and progress and providing inputs into required reports
About You
You will bring the following experience and skills.
- A master's or bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a related field, OR equivalent working experience.
- Proven experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders in challenging environments, and working with large medical supply components in complex contexts
- Track record in project progress monitoring, tracking and reporting, qualitative and quantitative
- Knowledge of donor and other international medical quality assurance standards, and skills with host country institutions, and international organizations.
- Comprehensive understanding of medical product quality assurance certification
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating programs with a technical scope similar to the activity, especially focusing on medical procurement & supply chain.
- Being able to successfully operate in an international environment with people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and technical areas.
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Fluency in English required.

The Bridge Project South West delivers the Independent Sexual Violence Advisor Service across Devon and Cornwall for all adults and children who have reported, or are considering reporting sexual assault, rape or sexual abuse. The Bridge Project is a service of TWCC Projects Ltd which is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Women’s Centre Cornwall. The Women’s Centre Cornwall are the lead provider and contract holder for the service which is delivered in partnership with Devon Rape Crisis and Sexual Abuse Services, Intercom Trust, Konnect Communities, The Children’s Society, The Olive Project and West Cornwall Women’s Aid
PURPOSE
Having commenced the service on 1st October 2024, this is an exciting time to join the service. Working closely with the Head of Services, the post-holder will lead the team of experienced staff to realise the innovative new vision for the service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that all adults and children accessing The Bridge Project receive a high quality, trauma informed service that meets their needs and supports any engagement with the criminal justice process
- Ensure that the services are accessible to everyone who needs them and tailored to address any barriers to ensure that individual needs are met
- Ensure that all staff receive high quality line management and support with an emphasis on dynamic caseload management and staff wellbeing
- Line management of Team Leaders and other staff as appropriate
- Provide effective Contract Management including responsibility for performance and reporting
- Ensure that all staff understand their role, practice good professional boundaries and work in accordance with Bridge Project expectations, policies and procedures
- Support the team to embrace the partnership model of working and embed a “team around the person” approach
- Support the Head of Services in strengthening the Bridge Project partnership

Your purpose
To deliver a high quality experience to schools in your region through expert relationship management, driving high levels of engagement, retention and renewal and enabling our membership to have the greatest impact in each Voice 21 Oracy School.
Your responsibilities
Relationship management and network
- Build and manage strong relationships with member schools and key stakeholders across your region in order to add value to their membership, driving engagement, long term loyalty and ultimately impact in our schools.
- Use your understanding of member schools in your region to create ‘wow moments’ across the membership journey (e.g. dropping in to meet with key stakeholders or sending free tickets to a school for an event).
- Manage group projects in your region, including sending communications, project planning and reporting to group commissioners or funders. This includes working with our large and highly successful Voice North East Group
- Represent Voice 21 effectively to external audiences in meetings and events (e.g. virtual webinars to support schools as they start their membership or progress meetings with group project commissioners).
- Develop our school network in your region (e.g. organising and delivering regional network events), using this to enhance school experience and act as a tool for growth, value and retention.
- Identify and develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders in your region in order to understand the educational landscape and work with colleagues in the Engagement (Growth) team to strengthen and grow our network.
School journey and experience
- Provide an excellent customer experience for member schools and key stakeholders (e.g. Local Authorities and Multi-Academy Trusts) from sign up through to renewal, acting as the first point of contact for your Voice 21 Oracy Schools.
- Own the membership journey and school experience for your region, including the underlying processes, activities and comms that support their membership.
- Gain frontline insights from listening to member schools in your region - collect, track and analyse data about their patterns of behaviour and use these insights to improve their experience.
- Use your understanding of our membership offer to support and guide schools in your region to access member benefits that best meet their needs, are most impactful for their students and steward them towards accreditation (e.g. use diagnostic tools to set action plans for the membership year and signpost to Voice 21 products, resources and events).
- Bring together data (from our CRM system, our Programme team and impact and engagement monitoring) to understand and own the ‘complete picture’ of each school’s member journey in your region - use insights to manage and increase engagement; proactively share insights gained, internally (e.g. with the Programme team about attendance or school feedback) and externally (reporting to a group project commissioner or funder).
- Own membership renewals in your region, helping the Engagement team to deliver our annual school renewal targets (70%+).

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
1. Service Management and Administration:

Oversee the administration of all services such as BSL courses, interpreting services, Deaf Awareness, and other related training courses.

CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.

The Role
This is a newly created role to shape impact measurement and evaluation at CoppaFeel! and ensure we meet our objective of being insight & impact driven in everything we do. This role will be integral in supporting us achieve our new strategy and deliver upon our recently refreshed Theory of Change, bringing us closer to ensuring all breast cancers in young people are diagnosed early and accurately.
You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation to implement our new monitoring and evaluation framework, leading on the management and development of the framework alongside general impact reporting. This role will be at the heart of establishing a data-driven culture, using both our internal and externally commissioned data to provide insights for decision making across all departments. The outputs from your work will support insight generation to shape our strategy development and future investment decisions alongside improving evaluation practices allowing us to better report on our impact.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.
You will report into the Head of Community & Engagement and sit within the Education team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Strategy
- You will support the generation of insights to inform our strategy development and future investment decisions.

- You will lead on ensuring all departments are implementing our monitoring and evaluation framework where appropriate, with robust data collection processes set up for all areas of our awareness and education work.

Fauna & Flora is seeking an experienced professional to support it’s fundraising from statutory (government and multilateral) donors.
You will support colleagues and partners to develop high-quality proposal packages and reports for priority donors and ensure their timely submission. You will work across the statutory funding portfolio, critiquing proposals, providing editing and formatting support, and ensuring that all documents produced for donors meet their criteria, as well as follow Fauna & Flora’s approval and submission procedures. Sue Ryder has an exciting career opportunity within our Marketing, Communications and Digital services directorate for a driven and impactful Social Media Manager. The successful applicant will oversee and develop the strategic management and growth of Sue Ryder’s busy social media pages.
About the role:
This is an exciting time to join Sue Ryder and take the lead in shaping our social media offering. You will drive paid activity across Meta and other channels as needed, overseeing ad accounts to support key income-generating initiatives, including fundraising and retail, as well as supporting our volunteering opportunities. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in increasing our brand awareness and promotion of our online bereavement support services.
With at least two years of line management experience in a similar role, you will be the expert on our organic and paid activity with a strong understanding of analysing and acting upon digital metrics. Leading a proactive team, you will help to showcase our support, drive engagement and amplify our messaging.
You will be the champion for our platforms and manage our reputation online with the support of our Senior Digital Manager and Head of Digital. You’ll also have excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to prioritise workloads for yourself and your team.
About you:
• Demonstratable experience of managing and moderating a busy portfolio of social media accounts
• A confident communicator with the ability to share knowledge and influence across levels, securing buy-in from across the organisation
• Experience of planning, implementing and optimising paid social media campaigns across a range of objectives and budgets, prioritising for relevant channels where necessary
• Excellent knowledge of social media monitoring, scheduling and listening tools (ideally Sprout Social)
• A keen eye for detail and design alongside excellent copywriting and proofreading skills
• Excellent understanding of social media strategy, delivering new and innovative ways to increase engagement
• Confident in planning, sourcing and editing creative content across a range of formats (image, video and graphics)
• Intermediate level skills in Canva, Photoshop and Premier Pro (or other image and video editing software)
• Experience of utilising social media analytics to provide reporting and analysis
• Proven line management skills with at least two years of experience, along with the ability to influence colleagues across other directorates
• A can-do approach, with a positive attitude and willingness to support others across the organisation

Galapagos Conservation Trust (GCT) is the only UK registered charity to focus exclusively on supporting the conservation and sustainability of the Galapagos Islands, Ecuador. Our programmes respond to major threats to the Islands and the surrounding marine reserve including pollution, invasive species, overfishing and climate change. We take a ‘science to solutions’ approach, ensuring our programmes are based on robust science and result in solutions being implemented. We work in collaboration with an ecosystem of partners, taking a ‘grassroots to Government’ approach to ensure conservation solutions are co-designed, accepted, and effective.
Role Description
Our membership community are the lifeblood of GCT, representing a passionate group primarily based in the UK, inspired by the magic of Galapagos. Through their membership donations, this community provides a critical stream of income, protecting this special place long after people visit and represent our best advocates for protecting Galapagos into the future. We are seeking a special individual who can help us reach more of this UK audience and catalyse a growth in new supporter recruitment. At GCT, we truly believe that regenerative tourism can be part of the solution for conservation and this role will also drive stronger connections with tourism businesses and other targeted corporates to grow GCT’s income, donor recruitment opportunities and also to disseminate messaging to influence more sustainable practices in the Galapagos tourism industry.
Reporting to the CEO, the Membership & Regenerative Tourism Manager will drive the development and implementation of three key GCT strategies: Membership, Corporate fundraising & Regenerative Tourism. The role will line manage the Individual Giving Fundraiser who is responsible for managing GCT’s contact database and membership/corporate fundraising administration.
What you’ll deliver:
Membership
· Working with the Individual Giving Fundraiser you will oversee a growth in GCT’s membership (targets to be agreed upon appointment) whilst ensuring our strong record of supporter retention is maintained, ensuring our members feel a valued part of protecting Galapagos.
· Working with the Individual Giving Fundraiser and Communications team, you will develop and deliver high quality communications to members and tourism contacts, growing recruitment and ongoing engagement.
· Working with the Individual Giving Fundraiser you will manage GCT’s contact database (CRM) and will refine GCT’s membership, supporter and corporate data tracking processes, reporting monthly and quarterly indicators to the Senior Leadership Team and Board.
· You will ensure robust administration of membership, supporter and corporate income, with an ‘all-hands-on-deck’ attitude during busy income processing times.
· You will lead promotional activities for legacy gifts, stewarding legacy pledgers.
· You will support the Senior Philanthropy Manager in donor relationship management, ensuring a strong donor journey at all levels.
· You will provide strategic input to the CEO for ongoing membership, tourism and corporate fundraising strategy delivery and development.
Corporate Partnerships
· Working with the CEO and Senior Philanthropy Manager, you will review and relaunch GCT’s corporate membership/ sponsorship scheme in 2025 linking with GCT’s 30th Anniversary.
· Working with the Senior Leadership Team you will support the development and implementation of GCT’s first Galapagos Regenerative Tourism Partner initiative (aiming to generate c. £50K per year towards regenerative tourism work).
· You will continue recruitment and cultivation of GCT’s corporate partners from the travel industry and other industries, ensuring partnership deliverables and income targets are met.
· You will support the Senior Philanthropy Manager with logistics, promotion and fundraising strategies for the GCT cruises.
Regenerative Tourism
· You will stay informed of tourism news from Galapagos and trends for UK tourists including attending relevant networking events, updating the wider GCT team on a quarterly basis.
· Support GCT’s position on the Galapagos Regenerative Tourism Working Group.
· Ensure opportunities to share regenerative tourism messaging are optimised to increase industry uptake of biodiversity and local community positive solutions.
General
· Stay informed of existing and new fundraising legislation and guidance from the Fundraising Regulator, keeping the Senior Leadership Team updated of any changes.
· Support for GCT events such as our annual Galapagos Day.
· Ensure GCT’s fundraising and contact data management policies are kept up to date and implemented across the organisation.
· To support other team members as required at busy times.

Work Experience & Skills Required:
o Experience delivering six figure annual income targets.
o A demonstrable track record in membership management and/or corporate fundraising.
o Skilled networker with proven ability to develop and cultivate new relationships and steward existing ones.
o Highly organised with the ability to plan, prioritise and deliver to tight timeframes.
o Strong finance/budget planning experience with ability to track targets, RoI and KPIs.
o Excellent written and verbal communications skills, experience in best practice customer service.
o High digital literacy, confident in a variety of softwares (e.g. Excel and other Microsoft Office programmes, databases and CRM systems).
o Excellent team management skills with evidence of supporting others to achieve their potential, experience in training others desirable.
Desirable:
o Experience working in the charity sector and particularly in environment/conservation or the tourism sector will be an advantage.
o Evidence of fundraising and/or marketing skills e.g. a qualification or training course is desirable.
o Spanish language ability is an advantage but not critical to this role.
o Confidence in public speaking to a variety of audiences and experience facilitating workshops is beneficial.
Place of work: GCT offices, central London (UK) with potential for occasional national and international travel; based in London office at least 2 days per week, option to work from home up to 3 days per week. Hours of work: 35 hours (5 days) per week.
Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 depending on experience, 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
