We are looking for an experienced strategic leader in health services influencing at a local and national level to lead a major new Fracture Liaison Service implementation programme to develop our existing local support offer into a systematic, national brokering effort which can be delivered at scale.
Fracture Liaison Services (FLS) are the world standard for preventing further life changing fractures once a person has suffered their first broken bone. We’ve succeeded in getting FLS mandated in England and Wales, and we are now poised to play an ambitious, pro-active role in the rollout of Fracture Liaison Services (FLS) in England and to work with services in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland to embed high quality FLS. This is an exciting new role to lead our work to support the roll out of universal, high quality FLS, preventing 74,000 fractures over the next five years, including 31,000 life-threatening hip fractures.
You will develop and manage an ambitious programme to influence and support the implementation of new FLS across the UK, developing and rolling out a major new FLS implementation programme to achieve 100% FLS coverage in England by 2030 ensuring FLS meet recognised quality standards.
Working with Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), and Health Boards, you will use data and analysis to make the case for FLS to local commissioners, providing the support and tools local clinical leaders need to secure agreement for implementing FLS in their area.
You will also lead the charity’s work with all nations around monitoring FLS delivery, and supporting improvement of existing FLS, to achieve recognized standards of good practice to achieve our aim of enabling access to high quality FLS for everyone regardless of where they live.
Reporting to the Director of Services, Influencing and Innovation, you will lead the service improvement team and be a member of the Leadership Team, playing a key role in strategic and operational decision making for the whole organisation.

Role Summary
The main function of the Programme Officer, Northern Ireland role is to support delivery of Into Film programmes and activities in Northern Ireland and contribute to achieving deliverables as required by programme funders.
The Programme Officer, Northern Ireland will work across all three main strands of the Into Film offer: Screen Careers, Film for Learning and Filmmaking.
Main Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and delivery of a nation-specific operational plan.
- Work with colleagues to ensure that schools, colleges and educational institutions engage with the Into Film offer.
- Support educators’ enquiries by phone, email and face-to-face.
- Work with the Marketing and Communications team to run targeted recruitment, engagement and retention campaigns, including screenings, in-school visits and CPD.
- Work with the Marketing and Communications team to drive recruitment for the Into Film Festival, and with a designated Programme Delivery Coordinator to secure entries for the Into Film Awards.
- Support colleagues to develop a regional network of strategic partners including exhibitors, umbrella organisations and the FAN network, and ensure that schools, colleges and educational institutions are aware of and accessing opportunities.
- Professionally represent Into Film at conferences, events and festivals engaging key partners and educators with the Into Film offer.
- Support colleagues with filmmaking workshops, CPD sessions and Youth Advisory Council meetings.
- Work with the Marketing and Communications team to deliver targeted and automated communications to schools, colleges and educational institutions in Northern Ireland.
- Work with the Marketing and Communications team to develop Into Film products and activities that respond to and meet the needs and interests of schools, colleges and educational institutions.
- Responsibility for CRM management of film clubs in Northern Ireland, ensuring that all data is clean and updated, including all non-automated activity and multiple club registrations.
- Ensure that user activity is monitored, evaluated and reported, and used to inform ongoing engagement and retention activity.
- Collate and report on monthly/quarterly Key Performance Indicators.
- Keep up to date with the Northern Ireland Education System.
- Undertake general administrative and office management tasks to support the smooth running of the team and the office, including, but not limited to booking travel, dealing with purchase orders and invoices, and ordering stationery.
- Deputise for a Programme Coordinator or Lead when necessary.
- Any other reasonable duties assigned by Into Film.

Role Summary
The Marketing Officer role plays an integral part in the Marketing team, supporting the Marketing Coordinators to plan, execute, track and evaluate campaigns that promote the Into Film programme. The Marketing Officer leads on all marketing email communications.
Main Responsibilities:
- Marketing lead on all Into Film email communications – management and scheduling of all email communications to Into Film database and external audiences; management of email communications calendar; management of Email Service Provider (‘ESP’) – Into Film currently uses Salesforce Marketing Cloud; maintaining the integrity of the email contact list; writing copy, building, segmenting and sending emails.
- Support Marketing Coordinators on planning, copywriting and coordination of the marketing of Into Film campaigns across paid, organic and earned media.
- Lead on delivery and evaluation of specific marketing campaigns across the Into Film offer, when requested across the academic year.
- Lead on Customer Relationship Management (‘CRM’) reporting – Into Film currently uses Salesforce – including setting up dashboards, creating effective reports, and working closely with the Product & Technology team to ensure the CRM is being used to its full potential; ensure work is driven towards meeting targets and achieves effective ROI.
- Ongoing analysis of email reporting and performance to inform future marketing and communications strategies and plans.

- Experience of using a range of analytics tools to help monitor, optimise and evaluate campaign performance including Google Analytics, CRMs and ESPs.
- Experience of using CRMs (ideally Salesforce) to segment audiences, create campaigns, target audiences and report on activity.
- Experience of managing marketing and communications campaigns across owned, paid and earned channels.
- Management of campaigns and implementing tracking, undertaking evaluation based on performance of KPIs.
- Experience of copywriting and producing content for a range of channels and audiences.
Desirable:
- A good understanding of the education market and how teachers can use film (and the arts more broadly) to meet their teaching and learning objectives.
