This is an exciting new role joining Hope at Home’s Senior Leadership Team with the scope to make a real difference in people’s lives and shape the direction of the charity. You'll work closely with the Operations Director, CEO and a range of stakeholders to manage the development and day-to-day running of Hope at Home’s housing service. You will be joining the charity in an exciting period as we are embarking on setting Hope at Home’s new three-year strategy in a collaborative process that your role will directly feed into and will be guided by input from our service users.
Hours: 35 per week.
Reporting To: Operations Director but as this is a pilot project, you'll be expected to work closely with CEO and Operations Director.
Location: Home working with regular travel along M1 corridor between Sheffield and Derby, you'll need to live within 1 hours travel of these key locations.

The Role:
Planning the project set up
Over the first 6 months of the role and in conjunction with the CEO and Operations Director, you will plan and begin execution of the housing pilot. This will include the development of a fully costed project plan.
Part of the project set up will include working with a wide range of stakeholders: Local Authorities, Landlords or housing providers, Registered Providers, Funders and relevant regulatory bodies.
You will be responsible for securing the use of suitable properties, working with contractors to ensure maintenance and establishing all relevant policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and best practice are followed as well as developing standard operating procedures for service delivery.
With excellent communication skills and working knowledge, you will establish relationships with relevant Housing Benefit departments to ensure income is secured on behalf of our residents and work on gaining Supported Exempt Accommodation Status.
Planning for service delivery
Your role will involve the development and oversight of case management support to all residents, including recruiting and line managing support workers.
Taking into account the wishes and needs of the residents, you will develop a high-quality service which meets regulatory standards and compliance with Regulator of Social Housing Standards.
As a pilot, you will work in conjunction with the Operations Director to monitor outcomes and evaluate the service to ensure we are meeting agreed expectations.

About the role
The Senior Project Officer will be supporting the delivery and documentation of Sightsavers’ ELFA project. You will collaborate with District Local Governments (DLGs) across all Lymphatic Filariasis (LF) endemic regions of Mozambique. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that LF elimination project activities are meticulously planned, implemented, monitored, evaluated, and documented in accordance with the highest standards outlined in Sightsavers’ Programme & Implementation Manual (PIM).
Responsibilities
- Support partners in managing all aspects of the project cycle, including planning, implementation, monitoring, learning, adaptation, and evaluation.
- Work with partners to identify technical support needs for LF elimination estimates.
- Ensure project activities align with WHO guidelines and MoH of Mozambique standards.
- Implement project activities according to Sightsavers’ standards and quality assessment tools (QSAT).
- Coordinate transition and advocacy work with the government for project sustainability.
- Uphold gender, equity, social inclusion, value for money, and sustainability in interventions through integrated plans.
- Ensure routine data collection, entry, cleaning, and storage meet program needs and Sightsavers’ standards.
- Review and provide feedback on data collection methodologies and documentation protocols.
- Support partners in making project documentation, reports, and related materials accessible and timely.
- Identify the best means to verify documentation for elimination dossiers and share learnings with Sightsavers.
- Ensure timely, evidence-based reports, assisting the Institutional Fundraising Team as needed.
- Identify key program areas for data analysis and learning, fostering knowledge sharing among partners and within Sightsavers.
- Support project partners in developing district reports and annual project and donor reports.
- Manage partnerships, ensuring high-quality project deliverables from National, Provincial, District, and Local Governments.
- Develop relationships with District Local Governments to achieve project objectives.
- Represent Sightsavers to Provincial, District Local Governments, and development partners.
- Assist project partners in preparing budgets and requisitions for activities.
- Support finance teams in preparing project budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure timely submission of financial or activity returns by partners.
- Manage and utilise project assets according to Sightsavers’ policies.
- Ensure MPC, agreements, and due diligence reports for project partners are in place.
- Share project stories monthly with the country communication focal point for internal news feeds.
- Represent the project at forums and meetings, advocating for project aims and objectives.

Jobholder Requirements
Essential:
- A tertiary qualification (bachelor’s or above) in social sciences, public health, development studies, or equivalent.
- Demonstrable experience in implementing programmes, particularly health programmes and/or neglected tropical disease programmes with a focus on elimination.
- Experience in managing and guiding project teams to successful project implementation.
- Knowledge of the WHO LF approach to elimination.
- Experience working with Provincial and District Local Governments health departments.
- Demonstrated experience with statistical and data analysis packages (SPSS, STATA, Excel, Power BI).
- Prior experience in qualitative and quantitative data collection.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office programs, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge and experience of working with district local governments and district health systems.
- Knowledge and experience of the NGO sector.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise activities and develop plans.
- Proven ability to deliver and implement projects, ensuring high-quality work to agreed standards.
- Excellent team working skills, understanding the impact of their work on others and contributing positively to a global team.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in community mobilisation.
- Experience in advocacy work in health and general development.
- Proficiency in additional languages such as French, Portuguese, Arabic, Swahili, or Yoruba.
- A good understanding or keen interest in local cultures and country-specific challenges.

About the role
We’re looking for a case study officer to join our talented and ambitious press, PR and celebrity team.
The successful candidate will support all elements of the charity’s case study function including recruiting and engaging new individuals with the charity who are willing to share their personal experiences of breast cancer to support our work and managing and nurturing key relationships day-to-day so they have the best possible experience when supporting the charity.
A key element of the role will be supporting colleagues in the press, PR and celebrity team to identify and seize opportunities for case studies to share their experiences to raise awareness of breast cancer, Breast Cancer Now and how we’re here for anyone affected by this devastating disease.
You’ll will work with teams across the organisation to support them in sharing the voices of people affected by breast cancer through their work. Liaising closely with colleagues to understand where case study support is required, you’ll identify the people who, through sharing their personal experiences, can best support activities to deliver on charity objectives. Key to this will be gathering the relevant insight and identifying ways we can engage case studies with our work in a way that’s mutually beneficial.
About you
You’ll have a good understanding of issues impacting people affected by breast cancer. With this you’ll have an awareness of, sensitivity to and ability to adapt to their changing needs and circumstances and how this might impact their ability or wish to support the charity’s work.
When engaging individuals with sharing their story to support us, you’ll approach this work with professionalism, sensitivity and care at all times, being sure to identify opportunities bring about mutual benefit for both parties.
Handling sensitive information appropriately at all times is key to this role, and requires you to have a knowledge of GDPR regulations and a commitment to[VS3] following Breast Cancer Now’s compliance and confidentiality regulations. You’ll also be proficient in using CRM tools to store and record interactions and sensitive data relating to supporters.
A strong verbal and written communicator with high levels of organisation, you’ll be prompt in responding to supporters and colleagues appropriately and with clear and accurate information. You will also be a quick learner and work well as part of a fast-paced press, PR and celebrity team.

The role will support Alzheimer’s Research UK (ARUK) to seize opportunities for improving the political environment for dementia research, capitalising on opportunities to increase our impact in parliament and with government to strive for a cure.
The role will work closely with policy colleagues to help develop opportunities for influencing key stakeholders within and outside government and its agencies to help Alzheimer’s Research UK improve the dementia research environment. This is a very creative directorate, and the post holder will have opportunities to work on projects that take the charity in exciting new directions. The role is likely to include frequent work in Westminster and Whitehall and elsewhere in the UK.
Main duties and responsibilities of the role:
Public Affairs:
· Work with the policy and public affairs team, as well as the wider organisation, to help further develop and implement the public affairs strategy.
· Identify, develop and deliver proactive and reactive parliamentary activity to grow ARUK’s network of engaged, informed and supportive political stakeholders.
· Work across the policy and public affairs team to assist in developing tailored briefings and materials to further ARUK’s policy and public affairs ambitions.
· Keep abreast of the dementia research and political environments from national and international perspectives and use intelligence and insight to help inform the team’s work and direction.

IPS Grow is a national programme designed to support the expansion of Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services in mental health and drug & alcohol teams across England. It is funded by NHS England and Improvement (NHSE/I), the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), and Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID). A core element of the programme is the expert assistance provided by a team of IPS experts, known as IPS Grow Leads, to support providers to improve their fidelity to the IPS model and achieve better employment outcomes for their clients. Subject to funding award, we are recruiting to a Project Support Officer. This role will provide essential support to enable the whole team to effectively and efficiently deliver a wide range of provision to IPS services nationally.
The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity to expand the IPS Grow team, aimed at helping health systems deliver high quality evidence-based employment practice. We are a well-established service, led by Social Finance and are funded by NHS England and DWP to support the expansion of IPS services across mental health and drug and alcohol teams.
We are looking for a Project Support Officer to focus on supporting the IPS Grow team and programme within the Health + Work team at Social Finance. This role will include providing project and administrative support to the team to ensure we have real impact. The role will report into the Team Head for IPS Grow.
Responsibilities
The key requirements of the role are:
Provide project support and coordination of IPS fidelity reviews:

Support the coordination of IPS fidelity reviews;

Support with collection and collation of data, helping generate insight and contribution to the evaluation of our work and of the services we support. This may also include data entry and contributing to standard reports;

Provide support of team events and workshops, both internal and with the services we support;

Provide ad hoc support to other aspects of the team’s project work and take on special projects, as required.
Provide administrative support to the programme:

Support the Senior team within IPS Grow, with project planning and monitoring to ensure the programme remains on track;

Produce documents such as monthly reports which may require collation of input from multiple parties and documents and compiling into spreadsheets or presentation slides, in collaboration with members of the Senior team;

Provide support for co-ordination of IPS qualification delivery and professional registration;

Liaise with regional leads, NHS Trusts and IPS providers and other key stakeholders as required;

Support the delivery of specific administrative tasks and processes including minuting and action-log management of meetings and Boards;

Coordinate diaries, schedule meetings and book rooms with internal and external parties, including arranging for materials and equipment to be available, as required;

Support IPS Grow Leads to schedule complex meetings in their regions;

Monitor team mailbox and act as a first line response for queries;

Book travel and accommodation, including group bookings (e.g., trains, hotels) for the team;

Manage expenses generated by travel and meeting bookings on internal systems, accurately and in a timely manner;

Support the team knowledge management hub and operational manual whilst ensuring a clear document version control and management process in place;
Provide additional administrative support as required from time to time;

In this role you’ll use insight from patients and healthcare professionals, data and research to develop evidence-based policy positions and recommendations. About the Role
As the Supporter Engagement Manager, you will oversee the Supporter Engagement team to ensure all donations, enquiries, comments, and complaints are processed compliantly and efficiently across multiple channels, including post, phone, and online. You will also take the lead on developing the charity's community fundraising programme, ensuring supporters are inspired, engaged, and connected to its mission.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Line-manage the Supporter Engagement team, including Supporter Engagement Officers (x3), Senior Community Fundraising Officer, and Supporter Engagement & Database Assistant.
* Supporter Engagement: Oversee the processing of donations and post while ensuring compliance with charity regulations. Manage responses to enquiries, comments, and complaints with sensitivity and professionalism.
* Community Fundraising: Develop and deliver a community fundraising programme that inspires supporters and grows the charity's network.
* Data Management: Work closely with the Database team to ensure accurate and effective logging of activity (preferably using Raiser's Edge).
* Compliance: Ensure full operational compliance with charity regulations, GDPR, and data protection practices.
* Process Optimisation: Establish and develop processes and procedures to enhance performance and supporter satisfaction.
About You

Key Responsibilities
To manage the day to day running of our branches volunteer service, offering emotional and practical support to those with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses, along with those closest to them, such as family, friends and carers when our branch managers are on annual leave or ill.

- To take client referrals and liaise with relevant health, social service and voluntary services staff
