Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Communications and Engagement Director to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the charity's communications strategy, focusing on brand-building and media outreach. You will also lead external communications efforts, including overseeing grant fundraising initiatives. This is a permanent, full-time or part-time (minimum 4 days per week) role with flexible working options.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communications plan to promote the charity’s work.
- Lead media outreach efforts, increasing the charity's visibility and profile.
- Oversee communications across all platforms, including digital, print, and events.
- Lead and support the fundraising communications efforts, with a focus on grant fundraising.
- Work closely with internal teams to align communications strategy with the charity's mission and objectives.
- Provide empowering leadership to the communications team.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience in developing and executing communications strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and empower your team.
- Solid understanding of the voluntary giving sector, ethical giving practices, and the Fundraising Code of Practice.
- Knowledge of key communication tools across mainstream media, digital, print, and events.
- An understanding of the UK legal system is beneficial but not essential.

We have a great opportunity for a Philanthropy Manager working for the amazing Royal Medical Benevolent Fund, reporting to the Head of Fundraising and Comms. The Philanthropy Manager has an opportunity to raise funds to support doctors, medical students and their families with financial help, mental health support and practical advice when they need it. About The Role
As the Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role within the Data, Insight & Performance team, ensuring effective project planning and resource management to meet evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Capacity Management: Lead planning and prioritisation processes to enable effective management of research and analysis needs.

At Ambitious about Autism, we're currently looking for an Employment Coach to join our team on a 12 month FTC.
You'll support the digital transformation of the employability service by developing new and innovative ways to share information, advice and guidance with candidates. We are delighted to be working with a wonderful hospital charity who are searching for a temporary Individual Giving Manager (2-3 months). This charity seeks to improve and enhance the care and treatment for patients in their hospitals.
In this role, you will develop fundraising appeals, products and campaigns to individual supporters in order to grow fundraising income and increase engagement. You will focus on recruiting, and developing relationships with all donors using direct mail, email, digital engagement and lottery. To be successful in the role of Individual Giving Manger, you will need:
- Demonstrable experience of developing fundraising plans, with ability to write compelling fundraising copy for appeals
- Experience of project managing fundraising or marketing campaigns and appeals
- Experience of delivering to an agreed budget and reforecasting income and expenditure when required

We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Individual Giving Officer working for the food redistribution charity, The Felix Project. This role will support the Senior Individual Giving and Legacies Manager in developing the individual giving programmes. You will bring in your own ideas, and help to develop existing and new propositions, delivering creative supporter journeys that build long-term loyalty and value.
