About the role:

This role is based in London but is home based and you must be flexible across England and Wales.

As a Peer Support Operations Manager you will be:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of a range of peer support services and projects across Homicide and Victim Support.
  • Be responsible for managing performance and staff delivery service.
  • Support Head and Deputy Head of Service to identify opportunities and develop services to improve peer support, including providing data and reports to Deputy Head of Service when needed.
  • Be a key point of contact for external agencies, both statutory and voluntary, in relation to peer support.


You will need:

Undergraduate degree or relevant professional qualification.

Knowledge and understanding of government policy related to victims and criminal justice system.

Extensive knowledge of voluntary and statutory agencies.

Knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding.

A proven track record of successful delivery of trauma informed services.

Experience of leading and managing people.

Experience of leadership and management and implementation of change management.

Able to manage a demanding workload.
