DFN Project SEARCH is delivering transformative change, supporting, and helping young people with learning disabilities and autism into the world of work. Nationally only 4.8% of people with special educational needs and disabilities gain permanent paid employment in the UK yet 70 percent of DFN Project SEARCH graduates gain jobs, 60 percent of them achieving full-time permanent roles.
You will be required to improve the quality and outcomes of existing DFN Project SEARCH programmes across a geographical area. This is with the aim of supporting the organisations to ensure that every intern has the best possible chance to gain full-time paid employment. The focus of this role is to ensure continuous improvement across all sites, relating to model fidelity and outcomes. This relates particularly to sites achieving less than 60% employment outcomes.
Our model means that our regional Programme Specialists form new partnerships and develop new DFN Project SEARCH sites, supporting them through to year one of delivery. These sites will then be passed to our Programme Impact Co-ordinator team where you will then be required to continue to nurture these strong partnerships and provide ongoing training and support to colleagues within your region. You may also be required to support colleagues by promoting DFN Project SEARCH in other areas and contribute to the development of relevant new focussed materials and resources.

Groups
· To organise and facilitate Online Groups including administration and promotion activities.
· Report on any relevant feedback with aims to improve the service.
· To assist with finding speakers.
· To understand and follow the Charity’s rules on confidentiality.
Other Activities
· Work with the Communications Team to keep social media and the charity’s website up to date with Groups and Events.
· Ensure administration is undertaken for all Groups and Events.
· Ensure Key Performance Indicators are kept up to date on the charity’s database (e-tapestry).
· Other tasks relevant to the level of this post may be asked of you.
· Attend our EDI Working Group meetings.
Location
The post will be located in the Midlands, working from home. Extensive travel across the Midlands will be an essential part of the role, which may require driving or using public transport. Therefore, owning or having access to a vehicle is essential. Monthly visits to the London office are required. Travel expenses will be reimbursed.

As a Trusts and Foundations Manager you will be at the heart of our strategic vision. You will lead on building new and stewarding existing relationships to secure substantial funding from Trust and Foundations to support our core services, across Child and Family Therapy Services and the School. There will also be opportunities to support an upcoming capital appeal.

What you will be working on:
- You’ll secure significant income from a portfolio of Charitable Trusts and Foundations against agreed annual targets and in line with Pace strategy.
- You’ll proactively identify, develop and support relationships with Charitable Trusts and Foundations (including with their trustees and officers) and provide exceptional ongoing stewardship.
- You’ll collaborate with Pace Trustees and Patrons, the senior leadership team and cross-functional teams, including, Pace School, Child and Family Therapy Services, fundraising and marketing, to support funding applications, data collection/monitoring and impact reporting.

About Welcome Friends
Welcome Friends helps to alleviate loneliness and isolation in the over 50’s in Merthyr Tydfil and Rhondda Cynon Taf by recruiting and training volunteers who are subsequently matched to beneficiaries who will visit them every week. More about the role

BACKGROUND
The Donor Conception Network is a charity offering support to families (and prospective families) who are using a donor (egg, sperm or embryo) to conceive their children.
This is a really exciting time for the charity and a great moment to join us as we build on our 30th Anniversary last year. We recently launched a new website that has upgraded our online presence, giving you a great new platform to utilise as part of raising awareness of our services and resources. You’ll be working with our excellent digital consultant who knows the charity very well and can support you in delivering your goals. The marketing manager is responsible for creating and delivering a cohesive marketing and communications strategy that:
- Grows membership, book sales and event bookings;
- Improves communications with our stakeholders to increase visibility and awareness of the Network’s unique offer and value. This includes traditional offline channels but also across our digital platforms too, including Google, social media and email;
- Raises the profile of DCN, strengthens our brand and cements our position as the leading voice for the donor conception community;

- Marketing and communications strategy: create and deliver a marketing and communications strategy including an annual plan and tactics delivery;
- Social media: develop a social media strategy that integrates with the overarching marketing plan.
- You will work with the digital consultant to execute this strategy, ensuring it aligns with our organisational goals and strengthens our brand presence.
- Website content management: ensure the DCN website is an effective and persuasive marketing tool. Assess options for additional functionality, and ensure content remains up to date.
- Brand and reputation management: use marketing and communications tools and opportunities to ensure the DCN brand is well known and respected in the fertility space
- Media and PR: maximise relevant opportunities to promote the Network and raise awareness of, and interest in, our organisation.

Our Hackney Parent Support project is commissioned by Hackney Council, to offer infant feeding support across the region in both community and hospital settings and parenting courses for families throughout the Hackney region. The support is delivered by staff and volunteer peer supporters.
We are seeking a capable Service Engagement Lead to manage, coordinate and support both the Infant feeding and Parenting course projects. This role is split between being out in the community and working from home, it will include regular travel across the Hackney borough (expenses will be reimbursed).
About the Role
Working closely with the Hackney Parent Support team, you will be responsible for the service engagement and promotion of our community-based services across Hackney. Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:
· Line managing the paid peer supporters within the Hackney staff team.
· Coordinating and maintaining the active social media and Infant Feeding Services website.
· Advertising volunteering opportunities across varying platforms including social media and in person at local events.

You must have good communication skills and be able to build relationships and create a rapport with a wide range of people easily. This is a large project and covers multiple locations so you must be able to confidently prioritise your own work, be highly organised and able to work independently.
Being able to make decisions and respond appropriately to our staff, peer supporters and parents and other external stakeholders is essential, alongside good IT skills– including Outlook, Word and Excel – and you must have good attention to detail.
It is essential for this post that you undertake the training to become an NCT Breastfeeding Peer Supporter. This requires experience of giving breastmilk. The training can be undertaken within your working hours. There will also be training on the EPEC (Empowering Parents, Empowering Communities course) provided by South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust.
The role is 28 hours per week, with the hours worked across the week between the core hours of 9-5, however, will include occasional evening and weekends. This is role is based out in the community within Hackney with some home working.
